Looking for deep rich paint colors and found them. I was able to purchase samples to try before I commit to a color.

These guys are AWESOME. I went in today with the smallest color sample imaginable for them to match and the team members here were able to match the color perfectly! Very reasonable prices and quick service.

Great selection of some of the best paint on the market. Benjamin Moore and a few items from fine paints of Europe which is the the best paint made. I bought 3 gallons of Benjamin Moore fresh start oil primer.

Amazing place, the manager was friendly, extremely knowledgeable and helped us choose interior and exterior paint for our first time tackling house projects. Great price and selection. Wonderful customer service, we will be back again!

Always excellent quality and service, especially now during the pandemic. Weve been able to keep up our paint supply. Wonderful Denise comes to our car, picks up payment and puts the paint in in our trunk. (Fun to watch the BMX bike rider while we wait)

Very friendly staff a d very knowledgeable

When you go into this place you just feel like youre going to get some stuff accomplished. They have everything laid out and in an inspiring way. You walk in there and you feel like youre a professional painter. Tarps rollers tape the whole nine! It takes a little bit of time to get your order. But they just give you more time to shop all the cool gadgets and stuff that they have available. I didnt hang any wallpaper but it made me want to go look for some.

Terrible experience with this Downtown Dallas location! Wrongly mixed 20 gallons of wall paint (one gal pigment in 5 gal bucket). Went back for 5 more gallons which was wrongly mixed again but came out to be correct after they tried and fix it. Was basically told at the start even though we made the color incorrectly is your fault for painting with out making sure all 50 gals were not the color on the label..... Ok I guess I shouldnt trust a paint store to make the correct stock color paint?Had to battle with several people and got haggled on for extra labor costs to repaint an entire 4k sq ft home. Manager forgets to credit me on the final terms on reparations. WEEKS later and yet to see my refund on my credit statement. Will definitely never bring business back to TP&W and will be in contact with the companies owner!Try your luck somewhere else!

Very helpful and have a thorough inventory.Paint samples are rather expensive but that could be more of a brand thing (Benjamin Moore) than company pricing.

Totally lacking in customer service..... Only going to purchase paint there because thats what my painter uses. If it were up to me, Id go to Sherwin Williams where no matter the location, the staff is very helpful and friendly and makes you feel as if they really want your business. Was in this store for ten minutes and no one bothered to approach me or ask if I needed help. I finally asked a question and got a very curt yes as a reply..... And no, there were no other customers in the store at the time.
