You can tell them your what you have on you mind, they will design it and deliver a quality solution. My custom kitchen is beautiful and very functional. All my friends make comments about it and ask where I had it built. It’s a real focal point of our Oasis we built in our backyard.I highly recommend Backyard Empire.

Just got my island delivered by Michael and Chris. These guys were awesome, they went above and beyond for us. They were helpful and friendly, we laughed the entire time. We love our new island! Thanks guys!

DO NOT use this company!! We ordered an outdoor kitchen and a fire pit from Backyard Empire in March 2019. We found them at a home show in Denver. The product looked nice and we dealt with Aaron as our sales person. The kitchen was supposed to be delivered in April and after long series of excuses was finally delivered the end of May. The kitchen had damage to it and we were also missing several items for the fire pit. If we have any communication with the company it is always an excuse. We are still waiting on repair of our kitchen and at this point looks like I will have to fix it myself. Along with still not receiving the missing items, we were also not given the correct grill. The grill we received is almost $2000 cheaper than the grill we were supposed to receive. We were told that we would receive a credit but cannot get a call back from from anyone in the company. Please do not by from this company!!! They said Lifetime Warranty? What a joke!!

Although the quality of our units was good, and installation team was EXCELLENT, the BBQ unit was not manufactured to agreed upon specifications and they have yet to issue me my agreed upon credit, and refuse to answer the phone. NOT HAPPY. Id hold off buying from them

If I could rate this a negative 5 stars.... I would. My poor family has been waiting for their tiki hut to arrive since early March from BACKYARD EMPIRE. Every. Single. Time. we have called this company, we are getting no answers and excuses on why they cant come and bring our PREPAID product. Now, we have given them money in advance for a product that was never received. This company is a SCAM. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. Trust me, youll be glad you decided to go through other companies for your outdoor patio/kitchen.Dont believe me, look at the other reviews. I wished I had read them before giving them my cash.P.S.- we are STILL waiting for the product to arrive (even as of today..over 60+ days later than they told us...)Sincerely,A Scammed Customer by Backyard Empire.

My family purchased a unit from Backyard Empire, and everything turned out great. Not saying anyone is falsely giving negative reviews, but prompt service, and on time delivery

We installed cameras for this company. After working along side these guys as they built cabinets and I put in the camera system I will say this much for sure the quilty and handmanship that they put into there craft. It top notch. If I ever need a back yard patio built they are the company who would do it. There products are built to last.

Stay away from Backyard Empire. They are very unprofessional. From the delivery guys dropping F-bombs left and right to the wholesale manager never calling you back. They are more of a “take your money and run” type of business. I’ve been trying to get repairs done and a grill cover for 2 weeks now and when I call the “WHOLESALE MANAGER” all he tells me is “ oh ok we’ll get that taken care of for you”. To top it all off the grill wasn’t even made to the specs we agreed on. Please be cautious of Backyard Empire.

I echo the same sentiments from the lady who wanted to give negative stars. I was very dissatisfied in the product quality, customer service or lack there of, and unprofessionalism. It amazes me they travel to these home & garden shows selling people a bill of goods. We had so many issues my contractor on my patio had to fix their errors. We are still awaiting replacement appliances that were damaged. So sickening! STAY AWAY, BUYER BEWARE & for sure don’t use cash !
