I selected 3 runners and had them in 2 days to evaluate in my home. A return shipping label was also provided for me to return the rugs. My white hand made rug was stained with red wine and bunch of other things and was basically ruined. I had heard good things about Arsin Rug Care so I thought Id give them a shot. Finding a handmade Oriental rug to match heirloom furniture pieces from my grandmother is probably one of the most frustrating things me and my wife had to do. We tried looking online but there were so many it made our search even more difficult. We ended up hiring a designer who took us to Arsin Rug Gallery. It didn’t even take an hour for us to decide as they had an antique Turkish rug on display that we fell in love with. It was a bit over our budget but the owners were kind enough to give us a reasonable deal. Great people and fantastic rug collection.We will be shopping here again

I bought 3 rugs from them. they were good quality and good price. one of them was antique, it is 120 years old. They have very good customer service and nice gallery with huge inventory. I paid with a good finance plan no interest. I recommended them.
