My daughters love the characters presented in this store. I just hate there was a line but they found what they were looking for so Im happy

This place is always great and their clothes are so amazing and stylish. I always love buying my jewelry from there because they have lots to pick from. I also really like their anime selection!

This store is for if you wanna have a creative side. There are so many cute outfits, and jewelry. They have a lot of shirts with singers, rappers, tv shows and ect. They also have a wall of Funko Pops, so you can probably find some people you like. The employees are super kind and helpful. I recommend for people who wanna try out a creative style.

The store was nice, as usual. Only reason I didnt give it a 5 is because they barely had clothes. That made me so sad

My purpose for going to Hot Topic Galleria was for a pyramid belt. I assumed anyone working at HT knows what a pyramid belt looks like but the youngster at the entrance told me they didnt have any in stock. I stuck my head in the store and from where I was standing in line I could clearly see a rack with pyramid belts on display. I m not sure if this person was trying to get rid of me and shorten the line with her dismissive comment or was merely incompetent but HT could train their staff better. It was bad enough having to wait 45 minutes just to get in the door but I can appreciate social distancing. However, once inside I was able to get my belt and even found some bargains on the clearance rack which was good. The person at the register was professional and helpful. She gave me a coupon for $ 15 off my next purchase so I will continue shopping at HT but probably online until they get rid of the line.

Don’t waste your time. You can’t use hot cash to buy multiples of one item. Employee didn’t know, had to call the manager. After they couldn’t find their rule, they called it company policy. Worst words to tell a customer. They don’t want your business.

Hot topic has a variety of items from different popular anime and movies. Such as Dragon Ball Z, Harry Potter, Lilo & Stich, The Night Before Christmas, Game Of Thrones, Supernatural, and so forth. They also have a big wall with Funko Pops and another wall with a variety of Tshirts. We mainly come here for the POPS, Harry Potter and Dragon Ball Z merchandise.

Love coming here and the managers are always so amazing 💗💗

They pretty much always give out Hot Cash which is awesome because that means I never really pay full price for what Im getting. And I just love how relevant everything is. Nice and up to date merchandise and the staff is pretty unique and friendly (:

Called in the morning to ask if they had gotten stock on squishmallows, they told me no then posted that they had them and sold out. Don’t waste your time because they will just lie to you.

Great store for various thing but have noticed that their pop figure section has gotten smaller.

Glad they expanded the anime section, it was much needed. I wish they had more XL items mostly just small and mediums left. Alot to choose from though, staff was really nice.

Stop asking for a number and email with my SS# my blood type my adress my first born D.O.B and my moms D.O.B the lines get long AF beacuse of that. Its so annoying.

After over 30 years, these guys have still got it! There is a reason that these stores always seem to thrive while the rest of the malls around them crumble to dust at an ever-increasing pace.Not only did they have enough relevant and cool shirts and accessories for my 13-year-old daughter (who is becoming quite fashion-conscious and has very cool tastes) to leave the store feeling completely thrilled with her purchase... I wound up buying six sweet new t-shirts for myself! On top of it all, the customer service I received was top-notch, as everyone was polite, cheerful, and eager to help.And help they did! My every question and request was answered and fulfilled almost immediately. Finally, the icing on the cake? As Im walking out the cashier proceeds to hand me a big enough stack of theses special coupons (which basically work like Kohls cash) to ensure that any $270 purchase I make (either in-store or online) between 3/5 and 3/17/2020 will cost me only $135! Im not normally one to spend extra money for sale items for the sake of saving money (since its actually COSTING me more money in reality), but 50% off a purchase that size is just going to be too good to pass up.Keep up the great work, Hot Topic, and you are sure to thrive for (at least) another 30 years! Thank you.

Brittany (excuse me if I spell her name wrong) did an excellent job with my exchange and answered all of my questions (with help from another employee) she was a real treat! Checked at the back for a short that I soooo desperately wanted and pronounced my name correctly! Not what it used to be but still a good waste of time

If you are looking for good band t-shirts look no further. They have a large selection and the sales staff are very helpful and really cool.

The store is clean and the staff friendly. Its still a tight fit so it feels crowded quickly so go early if you can!

I have always loved this place.. Great for the younger crowd (14-25), but it has something for all ages.. Inventory consists of skateboards, skater garb, band t-shirts, and punk/alternative accessories. Great novelty gifts, as well... Very reminiscent of the old Spencers stores, only a little edgier.. Highly recommended if you are looking for something fun.

It was amazing, but there was a slight problem with paying because the cashiers were talking and not paying attention. Awful videos on their TV🤢

Wasnt much which I was surprised since the mall its bigger then my home town Brownsville Tx and our Hot topic has way more stuff I waited in line for 20 minutes for nothing 😞.

Aesthetically varied shop with gear for punk, fandom, LGBTQ+, contemporary jewelry, pins, buttons, clothing and more!

This hot topic has a little bit more space than the one in Stonebriar, and they still provide some of the cool shirts that they also have at the Frisco location. the only con is the price of the shirts. it is ridiculous. it is like $22, or $23, for a shirt, but that is would you would expect from something from this store. I will be coming back here again soon.

Staff is always helpful here! They greet you from the moment you walk in the store. The employees have changed thru the years that Ive been coming to this location but still a great store!

The variety here is slowly declining. It used to be focused more on music, now its mainly movies. The only reason I shop here is for the beautful dresses. They have the most reasonably priced rockabilly dresses, that are very well made. Alot come from an England company. Some of the staff is oblivious to customers, but others are super cool and helpful. Also, the discount racks hold amazing treasures!! Take the time to comb through it all! Some of the regular merchandise is crazy expensive, so pay attention to prices. Overall good store, if you cant find something there check online, they have alot of stuff on there too.

I love Hot Topic, if I had an endless amount of money I would probably spend most of it there. This location is not my favorite due to their lack of space but they are one of my top three favorite locations.
