Soto, the driver, was on time, professional, and he knew what he was doing. This was not a simple tow. Tesla model 3 in the garage that would not go into tow mode. Which means, Soto had to work in a small space and to make sure the wheels did not rotate. Great job.

Terrible customer service from the manager. Geico recommended these people to pick up a customers car and drop it off at our business. I contacted Tow Jam spoke to the manager at 6 pm explained we close at 7 she pulled her driver up on a gps and mentioned he was in traffic and would be at our business before 7. I contacted her the manager after 7 and asked where the driver was . Her exact words were that the driver came back to her lot and that he had contacted me and that I had told him that I close at 6:30. I was never contacted by the driver as I waited even after 7. I explained to the manager that her driver was lying to her and I never received a call expecting her to make him bring the car tonight, she through an attitude telling me she believes her lazy lying driver. I will be contacting Geico myself since they use these people. Bad liars and wasted my time waiting for them.

Oh my goodness!! Hands down one the best tow experiences. And you don’t hear that often when dealing with a blow out on I-45 North 2 exits away from work. I got a blow out and was estimated a hour for pick up. It took maybe 20-30 minutes. Communication through call/text was great. They sent a text to track the driver. Naturally, completely irritated at the tire (brand new!) and was destined for a terrible day but was greeted with jokes, giggles, a smile, and a ride to the tire shop. Thank you for turning my Wednesday around!

My old Vintage car and I were out at 10:30 PM Friday night for a test drive, and it died and would not start. I called several tow companies .....some seemed sketchy, because they probably are sketchy. No one picked up the phone, they wouldnt service my part of town, 4 hours out, etc. I remembered in the several years agoI had used Tow Jam for my last tow. Well, they are STILL in business, and STILL have the best service. My dispatcher was very friendly, gave me the price and told me when to expect a truck. Wrecker was there sooner than promised. Very nice clean flatbed unit for my car, and a very courteous professional driver named Peter. He got me home and helped me get my car into the garage. Spoke with Redd in dispatch the next morning, also very friendly and courteous. I would not think of using a different tow company in my part of Dallas, and I would try to use them anywhere in the metroplex if I have another problem!

If I could give more than 5 stars I would! We had Brandon come and help us too (After reading several reviews, I see that Brandon is one of the champion drivers). This was a Geico roadside service and it was streamlined and effortless from A to Z. We hardly had to wait at all, then when Brandon showed up in the truck, total professionalism and was an exuberant, friendly young man. Lightning fast.
