I always receive amazing service at this location. Very friendly, patient associates work here.

I came to do a return and they told me I just had to sign a slip because they had a new system and had to mail it back. Well, apparently that slip mentioned a fee for returning by mail. Now Im stuck with the bill to pay it even though they made me do the return this way and they are the ones who opted to return by mail. I never would have done the return anyway. Its very sneaky that they did not mention this.

The associate who helped me to locate the right size purse I was looking for was so polite and nice. Everytime I go into this Vera Bradley, they are so nice and helpful, I love this store!
