My husband (Chad Crowther) is a Outside Sales Representative at this Aramsco & Interlink Supply - Dallas location. His knowledge in the industry spans back 20 years. In 1999 he started Carpet Cleaning, and then Restoration. On the Restoration side, he acquired his skills in carpet installation. In 2011 we started up our own business in Salt Lake City, UT, and ran it for 7 years until he decided he wanted to move back to his home State of Texas. He is very passionate about this industry, and prides himself in having the opportunity to help others. Take it from me (his wife) when I say, he makes himself available for all his customers. Answering his phone whenever and for whoever. He truly LOVES this industry! He is always willing to help!!!

It is great to be able to call someone when you are not sure what to do about the challenge facing you. In the last month, I have been challenged with issues outside of my knowledge. Very very unprofessional company ! Beware this company will hold your money hostage even if they make the mistake . I placed an order and never received it and 2 weeks later i get charged for shippng because the product was delivered back to them , they charged my card 58.26 cents more without my consent. Very very bad company

The biggest reason I buy from armsco one person and his name is Chad Crowther. He is super knowledgeable and always so helpful. He really takes the time to listens to me. He always know what to recommend. Ask for Chad and you’ll get awesome service and knowledge

This review is not in regards to how this company does business, it is strictly based on the illegal parking in my neighborhood by their company truck. This truck is illegally parked for multiple reasons. It is parked within 20 feet of a driveway AND a 4-way intersection causing a very dangerous situation. It is also parked directly across from another vehicle causing more difficulty. That vehicle has not moved recently and was there when the driver parked the truck. The vehicle parked across from the truck also had its window smashed out, with glass on the ground. Drivers are unable to avoid the glass due to this commercial truck. DOT # 378767 license plate # 108k79 truck # 789060. I also have pictures. If this truck is not relocated in a timely manner the police will be notified.

This company used to hire knowledgeable workers but the new employees dont know very much and are not helpful
