Call the day before and ask to have a hose ready at 8:30 the next morning when I arrived after 8:30 it was not ready and they hadnt even started on it not particularly friendly either

Good guys can be a bit of a wait at times but its very rare that they do not have what I need. Would recommend for for any hydraulic or pneumatic needs.

Well for some reason they didnt have a common fitting in stock and I had to make a trip to two different stores.. but I will have to say they used to have everything in stock IDk.

These guys are pros, they ask all the right questions to make sure you get the part you need, and how you want it. Definitely will be back

Decent service and good selection. The price isnt always the best and sometimes the wait is long, but this is the place to go when you need something today and you cant wait. There is also a much bigger Fort Worth location (and others) so you can transfer parts from there if its not in stock in Dallas.

Be careful working for this company. Will fire you without warning & even without write ups. Will make promises that they wanna keep you & them sack you the next week & not allow you to pick up your things.

Their good but need more counter people

Front counter service was very very helpful. I took in some hoses, and fittings for a hydraulic system that broke down me. I didnt know where to start, as to giving them sizes for fitting or threads. The fellas just grabbed the parts I brought in and took over. In and out with all that I need. thanks

The few times Ive been here the was great and very helpful.

Came in to get a 3/8 x 18 hose made and waited over an hour. No communication on what was going, had to ask another service guy to check on it.

I buy American made products and support small business but the mark up on items is ridiculous, I needed a 1 hydraulic wing coupling $162.06 . I found out online (amazon) $55.24 including shipping. Had to wait a day but saved alot of money!!
