Loved their customer service. Product showed up quicker than expected and even heard about new patches theyre going to be making. Love how easy it is to swap our patch styles and plan to switch out every month! Definitely worth looking into and see if you get a chance to speak with Hank Darby himself.

Product is awesome, the team is even better. We walked into their office from out of town and they were beyond amazing to us. They shared their quality products with us, chatted with us for a bit and shared the legend of Hank Darby with us. Seriously, these guys are awesome and I have a new favorite hat.

Love the graphics and designs. Customer service was the best part though. I accidentally ordered the wrong product and they were able to change the order the same day I made the purchase, without any problem.Also, awesome spokesdog. Hope he gets paid well in milk bones!

Such a great experience with these guys. Being in from out of town, some friends and I came in to find Hank Darby. I was blown away by how friendly the staff was and how much fun we could have buying hats. Ill be ording again in the future.
