I want to recognize this store & its manager,Huck, as having outstanding customer service & quite simply he is one of the nicest guys you’ll ever meet. He spent an hour in a hot car in his parking lot trying to program my new key fob . And I didn’t start this journey at his store; he did this as a courtesy to me & to the manager(Rob) of Crossroads Ace. He turned a situation that “ went south” quickly into one that had a successful outcome. He & his store are a wonderful asset to our community.

Nice small hardware store. Well stocked, great service. Ordered a BBQ here and they assembled it for free, and helped me load it. Highly recommended.

I was looking for paint and had a great experience with a young man working at there, he is from Rockmart. He was very knowledgeable regarding what type of paint I should use that would work for my porch. Also for the best paint to use inside of my home. So glad they are 5 minutes from my home. All the employees are so nice

Excellent customer service from start to finish. After shopping at Lowes almost exclusively for the last few years, it was refreshing to finally shop at a place that valued me as a customer. They assembled my grill and even submitted a warranty claim for me for something that was broken in the box and then delivered it - assembled (!) - and helped me get it in place.

Great place to go when you don’t want to go to Home Depot

This was our first time stopping in to this location since it opened. The store itself was mostly neat and tidy which was appreciated. What disappointed me is that price matching the stores incorrect signage doesnt apply. When I informed the cashier about the incorrect price of the item I wanted to purchase I received a short answer of well the price probably changed not too long ago. Do you still want it? No, not if youre not going to honor your own sign. So over all okay but not as inclined to stop in when I get a better feeling and better service at a bigger name store.

Went in for a key to get made, the guy that cut my key was very nice and professional. Will be back

And compared to Lowes and Home Depot, where you trouble finding someone to help you, this Ace Hardware store is a true neighborhood store with Helpful Service With A Smile!!!

Well my experience was very good and just wanted to share it. I love going to ace hardware because of the customer service experience each person receives. I had a great guy ask me if I needed help and if he didn’t know where it was or if they had it he would find out for me. He was very personable and asked how I was doing and was funny as well. He just was so helpful and kind every step through what I needed. I would certainly recommend going to ace especially if you want to receive great customer service.

Usually great but today I couldnt leave 2 chains to be sharpened because the one guy was not there and apparently 3 people cant write my name down on a tag!

I would give it ZERO stars if I could.I arrived at the store at 5 pm and overheard a man at the door asking someone inside if they were closed. The store doesnt close till 6 pm, I had already double-checked before I made the trip so I was a bit confused. When I entered the young man would not move from in front of the buggies until I asked him to. The other young man asked if I needed help and I let him know I need a gallon of paint mixed. I was then notified by the first young man that they, ARE NOT MIXING PAINT TODAY!. Needless to say, I was very angry. Not only with his tone but at the fact that I drove to this store just for their paint. I like it better than what Home Depot carries. I also know from mixing paint at Home Depot, where I was once an employee, that it does not take but a few minutes. Well, under the hour that was left before the store closed.As I was leaving I saw my husband driving towards the store. When he got home ha said that he too was hurried and felt rushed as if he was not wanted there. He looked at his phone and noticed that it was 5:12 pm.So, I dont think I will be going back to a store where the employees think that speaking to customers in a rude and unprofessional way, and acting as if the store is not open to at least three different people is good work ethics.EXTREMELY DISAPOINTED IN THIS STORE and the managements ability to train its employees.

This store has everything that Home Depot has! It is so convenient from Dallas and the staff is extremely friendly and helpful.

The only reason I am giving 2 stars instead of 1 is because I have been here in the past and received great service. The last few times have been a different experience. I havent seen some long time employees and wonder what happened to them and their excellent attention and help. My trip one evening this week was very frustrating as one employee was uninterested in helping customers and completely disappeared. He left a nice boy and sweet cashier to try to help everyone by themselves. While they really tried it was obvious they were overwhelmed and it was terribly difficult for those of us needing help. Maybe management needs to have more people if one decides to take long breaks with customers in store.

Living in Dallas Ga. Ace is very close and Very Convenient and customer service is Excellent!

Love this place. More expensive than L & HD but you dont have to HUNT down a employee. They are knowledgeable but more importantly they dont blow smoke up your..... if they dont know they find someone who does. They keep their selection of hard ware you know the little doo dads and fasteners, the reason you went there in the first place well stocked. They are the kind of place thats closest to what you used to find in my youth except no firearms or ammo, telling on my age now!

Very clean & open for easy shopping. Great place to go & get those items. You need to finish that honey do list. Beats going into Hiram thats for sure. Very friendly staff & helpful.

Very nice store, and the staff are always friendly and very helpful. Its nice to have an Ace in the area again, and open on Sunday, too. Their stock isnt quite as thorough as some of the larger and more established Aces, but that may come with time, and they have what I need more often than not.

I went to Ace Hardware store here in Dallas and placed a order for 26 bags of mulch. They deliver it and unloaded it no problem. The young man that delivered it was super nice and well manner. I wish I could remember his name but he was top notch. Thank you..

Clean, helpful staff, I would give 5 stars if only they carried plumbing repair equipment like shark bites and 5 sections of varying pipe sizes.

These are the same great folks who own the Brookstone Ace Hardware. They will make every visit a rewarding experience. The people here are very knowledgeable and just the best people to deal with. They will always be my first place to go when I need something. The best part is the more often you visit, the more you realize how much they have to offer. If you dont know, you need to just stop by and look around. Visit for a while and then you will have a better understanding of what I have described. This will then became your favorite place too.

I dont want to get into what happened during my visit yesterday online here because I have always been treated well. I would like it if the owner would reach out to me if at all possible. Its over a Stihl saw I tried to purchase and was not allowed for some reason.

Fantastic store,I have always liked Ace they may not have all the stuff the bigger hardware stores have,but you can get most stuff you need for home repairs in a pinch.And you cant beat there nut and bolts bins. Plus they still have that good ol small town mom and pop feeling about them.

I swung by for a battery for my car remote. The staff was so helpful figuring out how to get it open, getting the right quirky battery and making me laugh when I was stressed out and in a hurry. What a terrific staff. Great selection of things you didnt even know you needed but are so happy now that you have them! Shop local and I bet that this Ace has anything you need!

Ace is the place! Instead of HD or Lowes. They may be a little more expensive, but much more helpful and ease of getting in and out quickly.

Stopped into this Ace Hardware looking for some screws that would hold my vanity tag and frames onto my car. Brian went above and beyond by not only helping me find the right screws, but making sure my tags were secured to my vehicle before leaving the parking lot. Andrea, the cashier, was very friendly as well.

Husband kept getting aggravated with his old chainsaw. So we decided to drive over to Dallas and look at Stihl Chainsaws. He has some of their other items and like their quality. Riain greeted us with all smiles. Talked about the chainsaws and gave husband the info he needed to make his decision. We were In and out in less than 30 minutes! Highly recommend! Will shop here again.

Tried to swing in and get a few handyman accessories at 10:45 on a Sunday. That’s about lunch time. Apparently they think the target DIY customer sleeps all day as they weren’t open yet. TSC and Home Depot both were, oh well.

The service manager really helped me out, he got me up an running in less than an hour. Thanks Ron Myers.
