Solid grocery store that blends quality with reasonable prices. Would highly recommend as a go-to for a full cart of groceries. Produce is high quality and fresh. Service is average and out of stocks are becoming more commonplace these days. One rarely has to wait to use the self-checkouts.

Used to be okay, but in the past few weeks the quality of customer service has gone way down. Every week our grocery pickup is delayed for some reason, or there’s things out of stock that they replace with ridiculous substitutions. For example, one time they replaced gluten free sandwich bread with whole wheat artisan bread. There’s a huge difference between those, especially for Celiacs. When we tried to refuse the substitution, they would not let us - we had to walk in and talk to customer services, which defeated the whole purpose of a PICKUP order. This time was the last straw. We checked in for pickup and the employee working the area was playing with a cup with his mask off and his AirPods in. He refused to come over, even when we were waving him over. After 20 minutes, I finally called the pickup department, and he answered and said “It’s not my job to do this,” to which I asked if he was the pickup department. He confirmed that he was the pickup employee for the night but said that he had no idea anyone was outside waiting. He refused to listen to anything I said and hung up before I could even give him my name to check in the system. I am astonished at the rudeness he exhibited and I will not return to this location.

Worst customer service ever!!! Why is it so difficult to have a real conversation and be kind anymore? Just tried to make a return. Instead of it being handled professionally, the “manager” becomes overly dramatic by berating me and walking away. It’s clear he has no skills at all to hold this position. Listen to your customers. Find ways to help them. Certainly don’t berate them!

The staff was really friendly, as always. David helped me get some fresh green leaf lettuce. The produce section was great, given its labor day weekend.

Inconvenient. Don’t order delivery from Kroger because you will end up losing time. Spent thirty minutes adding to my online cart, received 1/3 of order and was charged for entire order, spent an hour calling to get the rest of the order delivered. Kroger was only able to refund the $70 with of food we did not receive because they couldn’t offer to resend the delivery driver with remaining items. Now need to go to the grocery store and get the rest of the items. So basically we wasted our time with ordering delivery which was suppose to give us more time.

Stacy in Deli (whom I told is a manager) left her deli employee by himself when they are severely understaffed. Lucky for me he was very kind and helped me with my purchase 10 minutes before closing, however I have ZERO respect for a manager that leaves early, leaving her poor staff alone to help customers AND close. Stacy, you need to take a class on what being a manager really is, especially considering you told me over the phone that you would be staying to help me with my order? 😂But five stars for your employee whom in my opinion is better suited for your position!

Arrived late, near 10:00 p.m. Cashiering staff WAY under staffed. Only 1 working. More than acceptable wait time. Management didnt seem to be on site or focused on customer service. Beautiful store, nicely stocked and attractively merchandised. Check out experience canceled all the positive first impressions. Opportunity! You can do better.

This is the best Kroger in Dfw area. I went there over labor weekend the produce is always fresh the staff are always helpful and kind. I won’t shop anywhere else

It was once a great place to pick up a hot lunch, but the chicken tenders and the fried chicken just hard, dried out and tough as leather, I thought I had bought some jerky, the freshly rolled sushi 🍣🍣🍣 is awesome, the fresh fruit cups are great, service is always good

I think Ill consider not being worth shopping here again. The overall attitude stinks all around, with some very few exceptions for sure. On the dairy or bakery side, some over may not appreciate customers of the likes of me bringing money at this location because of my good God given looks and despite my natural kindness... Oh well, thank you for letting me know otherwise that uncivilized way. People are very strange. Fake!A simple question about a product may be too much to ask. Amusing!

I wrote a review of a different Kroger’s grocery store above two years ago. It was the largest one I’d ever seen until last weekend. Size was not the first thing I noticed this time, It was the building’s remarkable design and style. I didn’t attempt try to take pictures inside because I couldn’t determine how to express the felling inside because it was too large. I like to go to Kroger’s at night because I usually find a few great baked desserts on sale at less than half price. There’s a large pharmacy, large bakery and employees who actually offer assistance. Checkout is quick thanks to the option is using either individual lanes with cashiers or four self checkout clusters. I did take a few photos of stores’s unique architectural before I went inside.

Manager closed the Courtesy booth as I walked up (2.30) saying the clerk didn’t show up. If he couldn’t make an adjustment with the 5 other cashiers on duty, that should be when he becomes the courtesy booth clerk. His non-caring manner was the worst.

The Fish monger was awesome. Fast, efficient and helpful in making a decision about seasoning of my crab legs. Loved the legs and he was great too!

Shopped here for 10 years and am having to give up on them. They keep re-setting the store just to increase sales and now we cant find anything. Soy sauce is not in international food? Tissues are not in paper goods? Eye ointments and drops not in pharmacy section? No one to help so will shop elsewhere.

By far the best Kroger I’ve been to and always go out of my way to visit! Always fully stocked layout is great and store is well staffed. The self checkout attendants are never elsewhere when you need them and the fruit section is always fresh!

Always clean and well stocked. They have cock soup, salad cream, and Digestives in case your diet isnt complex enough. Definitely will recommend.

This is the nicest Kroger Ive been to. It also generally has a very decent organic food selection. It seems better than a nearby Whole Foods and is at a friendlier price point.

Everybody that shops there looks like their health is important. I love the salad bar. Pesto pasta chicken chives bacon bits. They didnt have onions. Gotta have the cranberries!!

When the reverse osmosis machine only took money without dispensing water a refund was requested. Seems the office/help counter did not know or did the asst. manager on duty. Surprising they felt a couple dollar refund would break the store - oh well on to Tom Thumb.

This Kroger is out of everything. The produce section is the worst i have seen since like 96 The shelves are not stocked. The carts are all sitting in the parking lot because there is no staff. And I bought taco shells and 6 out of 10 were broken into small pieces.

Long time shopper. I like the store but seems like Krogers is moving towards more of a business model where customers check themselves out and not have any employee checkout lanes open.Its becoming more frequent and I get it, just not a fan of that for myself when purchasing several items for the week or when I see handicapped customers trying to make that work.Have to start going to other grocery store chains which sucks because I like coming here but I get the business side of it using less employees, its just not for me.

Good selection of items, however staff couldn’t care less to assist on buying a bottle of champagne after I waited 10+ minutes...

This place has a big logistics problem! This place used to be the best until they completely changed everything about a year ago. Now they are always out of stock on popular items because they lowered their stock and shelf space to make room for stuff that clearly no one buys. They used to have such a good selection of low-cal ice cream and now there are only a few options and they are all picked through while the non-dairy and keto have been given 4 whole sections and are completely untouched. Its actually funny to look at the HaloTop section compared to the rest of the shelves around it. Why take away most of your biggest sellers and replace with stuff people clearly dont want! I used to looooove going to this store and now it frustrates me so much I find myself down the street at a different place more often.

I’ve had it with this store. They completely rearrange the store every 6 months but that’s just one reason. I’ve been in there multiple times during the pandemic and shoppers are walking around without masks. If they don’t care then I don’t either. There are plenty of other places to go.

Easy and convenient to grab what you need. There is a parking garage attached to the store so getting in and out is super easy. The store is well maintained and the staff is helpful.

If you are looking for something specific, probably you won’t find it because it’s out of stock. It is unbelievable that a store this big is always out of something you need. They try to have many of everything that they end up having nothing of anything, just the basics (and not always).Regarding the staff, they always seem to be in a bad mood.

This is one of the nicest grocery stores in Dallas. It’s HUGE in terms of selection. Prices are very reasonable on almost every item. The curbside pick-up is fast and accurate (my wife loves it). There’s an Exxon/7-Eleven at the entrance, so great if you need gas on the same run.

Terrible checkout line situation every single time. They want you to do all the work at the self-checkouts. They should go through a Trader Joes sometime to see real customer service.

I want to thank Justin and the manager who helped me at the floral department, today. I picked these flowers up for a friend, and placed them on her fathers grave at the DFW National Cemetery. I know its busy over there, but thank you for taking the time to get the order. She really appreciates the flowers.

David in the bakery department is absolutely a courteous and helpful member. Every time we go, hes always sure to be so kind. He will say hello with a smile to all customers passing his post. He is also incredibly helpful in the bakery, going off of his experience and personal input at times. If you ever stop to have a talk with David, youll be delighted to hear the positivity and friendliness in his voice and words. He always makes my wife and I smile as we shop around the store, and his department (bakery/deli) is always our last one to swing by.

Great variety of products for those on a managed budget. Sales always help us save a decent percentage when we buy our groceries weekly. Gas points help us save on our fuel budget too! Best Kroger in Dallas!!

My favorite store to visit for many years. Have been shopping here for around 18 years. However, now that we are in the middle of a pandemic, there is nothing more that I want to do that get in and get out just as quickly as possible. So what does Kroger do in the middle of a PANDEMIC?? Rearrange the entire store so you dont know where anything is now and you have to stay in there three times as long to find what you are looking for. Way to look out for your customers Kroger. Seriously, whos genius idea was this??

Will Never come here again!!!Cashier and Bagger were rude!! The Boy with glasses was terrible at bagging and its literally the easiest job!!! Everything was falling out, bread was squished, heavy items were on top of light items. And all the bags were on top of eachother!!! It was a mess!! I cant believe for my first time experience this happened!! Such a shame for a nice store!!!

On Sunday I went grocery shopping here like almost every weekend. But this time a specific employee stood out positively. She was working the self checkout areas helping customers, and I realized I forgot my Kroger card in my car. She let me go grab it and finished scanning and bagging my items for me. She was extremely approachable and happy to help and made me really enjoy my time at the store. Sadly I forgot her name but regardless I wanted to share.

I went today to get some things. They only had one entrance open. Within that entrance the only door that wasnt covered by carts was the exit, where people were coming out and it is only 8:00, and they close at 1:00AM. I usually love this Kroger, but the fact that they are not doing the best to protect people during this pandemic is atrocious. They are purposefully running people into each other with one exit open.

Pickup order was not ready the day it was scheduled and they did not have half my items available (14). But packaged well and friendly staff.

I literally passed one other Kroger to get here from my old apartment. The staff is super friendly, specially one of the guys at the bakery. Hes always smiling and waving at people. Everything is always in order and well stocked. I now live 30 minutes away and still drive out there to get my groceries.

Very beautiful store! Aisles were well zoned the produce had great selections and quality. The woman who checked us out was very nice and interactive. The only issue with this visit was the bathroom floor was just covered in a layer of water very strange and gross. Especially if you are were open shoes eek.

I love this store its off Greenville and mockingbird in Dallas, all the employees in there were so friendly one one out of his way to help me out. Thats what I like someone is willing to help you without acting like youre bothering them. I used to bring one of my customers I cleaned house for up there on Tuesdays, they give away sample thats something theyre cooking in the back by the meat every Tuesday morning its always very good

I call this store My Kroger. Its the best. It has varieties in foods and supplies and friend staff to help you find what you need. I believe it was built for me and others who like a good place e to shop. Kudos to David in the bakery. Love it.

There self check out took my 20 dollars nd said I didnt pay.. My stuff was 6 dollars.. Woman said someone on there way. Waited 10mins nobody came.. I had to leave.. Will never come back to this krogers..

Be careful there is an older black guy unhooking cars gear shift cables from under the driverside door and then coming up and saying he will fix it for money. if this happens to you get security first or call the police first. look under the driverside of the car and you will see a black cable running from the font to the real axle. it will be detached right before the rear wheel. just re atach it it you will be ok it takes about a minute.sad times we live in

I wanted to purchase a spiral ham that was on sale but the price marked on tag did not reflect the sale price. I asked a Kroger associate in the meat department and he said it should ring up with sale price when I used my customer loyal card. When I went to check out the sale price did not come up. I had to wait several minutes for the cashier to speak with meat department. She was able to confirm sale price and it worked out fine. However I think your computer system should automatically calculate sale prices since you use a bar coding system.

The store is well stocked and perfectly clean. Great produce. Good prices. But———I don’t often use the deli. When I did recently, I felt that the clerk was annoyed with me. I needed 2 types of cheeses and 3 meats. I thought she would die of despair each time I asked for another item. It took 20 minutes to get my items even though I was the only customer. Did I see an eye roll? Maybe. Otherwise I still go out of my way to shop at this particular location.

Never spending another dime here. Placed an order for grocery pickup. The items that they subbed with were not even alike. For example, I was given almond milk COFFEE CREAMER as a sub for regular oatmilk. Theyd rather do that than give me a refund or not charge me and just count the item as out of stock. Also they gave me rotten vegetables. Didnt want to risk my health so I couldnt get a refund since they dont want to pick up the incorrect items from the curbside pickup area themselves and instead want me to enter the store. Plus they stated that they are not taking back any items due to COVID19. A waste.

There are several supermarkets between home and this Kroger, but between dealing with the crowds, getting good prices and good produce, this Kroger is well worth the longer drive for an overall better experience.Theres always fresh produce, great choice of deli meats & cheeses (Boars Head!) and they carry my preferred brands of grocery products. The Deli staff are always very nice and sweet people, though during the busy hours you could be waiting a long while for your turn to be served. Similarly, during the busy hours there could be long lines, but the Express Checkout and Self Checkout can be a life saver there. Overall, try to avoid the busiest times (Saturday and Sunday afternoons mostly) and itll be a pleasant time.

Staff person that helped me at check out was quick to help me get through the line as quick as possible. Being that I only purchased two items, I appreciated her being attentive to me wanting to check out promptly.

This is my favorite Kroger in town for a few reasons.#1 the replenishment is normally fantastic.#2 The staff, especially at the meat/seafood counter, is the best in town. #3 Its convenient and easy to get to from pretty much anywhere.Overall the experience in this store is consistently high and the employees treat you fairly and are readily available for assistance.Note that they did just a do a reorganization of the store which was mildly confusing for someone who doesnt do that much grocery shopping.

This store is huge with a decent selection of gluten free items and an amazing wine selection, but there is definitely a downside to shopping at this location. It takes forever to get anything from the deli or meat counter (expect lines because everyone who works here is really slow) and checking out takes equally as long. If you just need to pop in for something quick maybe try some place else. If you are very patient and have time to waste then the prices and product are great.

I think this is a great Kroger’s!!! I go here often. I stopped going for a while because they profiled a lot but that was back in 2013ish. Now it’s very pleasant to be in. Organized. The lines go by pretty quick.

In store music (PA) is so loud I had to repeat myself several times attempting to speak with pharmacist. There is no patient pharmacist privacy when both have to yell at each other.

Super limited organic produce compared to every other Kroger I have been to and very inefficient checkout lanes so be prepared to wait. However its pretty nice inside and decent non-produce selection. This store selection is behind the times on what younger customers want which is organic produce and high quality food items

Good walking distance from home. Good selection of fresh produce. Do not get fish there. If you can smell it the fish IS NOT FRESH. Employees are friendly and helpful

This Kroger has really gone down hill in the last year! It used to be helpful, cheerful, adequate check out lines, but now its hard to get good help, staff seem disgruntled, the check out lines are crazy long, and the pharmacy is done right rude. Ive shopped here for years so have wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt and hope that things would change, but its only gotten worse. Will look for another grocery store and pharmacy. Not worth my peace of mind ~

It was awesome...ran into some old friends and when i got to checkout was pleasantly surprised that they actually unload the basket for you. I was tired and a nice man took my groceries to the car and loaded them into my trunk. Go Team Kroger!

Love the store, they always have good specials, fresh produce and even good sushi. The wine selection is pretty broad as well. Pretty much everything you need.

Terrible store. They do not honor their ads. The store manager changes the rules as he sees fit. I wouldve made a big deal and gotten the manager to tell me to my face, but I felt so bad for the lady checking me out. I wont be back.

Do not shop here. I used to love this store. It used to be an absolute delightful experience, that has changed. I have never witnessed a place make a complete 180 like this. It takes me twice as long to shop here because each isle is packed full of promotional product stands. They have taken what was an isle designed for two carts and made it to where only one cart can maneuver. The shoppers are on edge constantly having to move out of the way to let oncoming carts pass. You cannot complete a thought before having to move over and over. It is an absolute nightmare. Most unenjoyable shopping experience in town aside from possibly Walmart. I cannot stress enough how much time you will spend filling your cart and how miserable everyone is trying to navigate the isles.

People are very friendly, but disappointed with how little safety measure they have. They were out of wipes to wipe the cart. No hand sanitizer. They were not enforcing masks, which means people can easily walk around coughing on food. If its that way, I cant imagine behind closed doors they are taking any precautions with the food either.

Great customer service and sale items are ALWAYS in stock. The layout of the store creates more space making it look more open and inviting.

I LOVE this Kroger. This is the best Kroger that I have been to, hands down. They have a sushi bar and they can make your requests. They have a great wine and beer selection. Their organic section is amazing! They have great coffee, great prices. They have great sales even Redbox!!

This particular location is reasonably staff with friendly workers. However, some fruits are routinely not available/sold out, such as bananas, certain apple and berries. There needs to be extra on hand available in back stock.

Store doesnt take apple pay like its 1999. Tried downloading Kroger app to use Kroger pay as recommended. App sucked and just froze everytime I tried to upload card info. Tried to log onto Kroger wifi as recommended, everytime I connected, an error page popped up and said try again.... Guy was nice, but this place and everything about it is ghetto.. I cant support places that cant invest in their own infrastructure

The visit could hinge been better IF the manager Joe didnt reprimand an employee for assisting a customer. I informed him that the gentleman displayed excellent customer service as he, Joe, told me that that was affluent but he should have been somewhere else in the back, working. I informed Joe that I sent for the gentleman when I saw the excellent care he was giving to the previous customer. Joe then informed me that he still needed to be in his place in the back filling the milk. I told him that when I saw how good he was with the lady I sent another employee to get him to assist me and I informed Joe that perhaps he should put that gentleman in the front because he has excellent customer service skills. I also informed you that the gentleman that was assisting me did not inform me of the fact that he was reprimanded it was the guest services worker who informed me and as a matter of fact I had to wait on her to finish showing a cake someone gave her to the register staff. Maybe that gentleman would be well-served to work in the guest services office because he apparently cares about the customers

Overall, an excellent Kroger! Checkout lines can sometime be long, but that is simply due to the heavy traffic which this store receives rather than a lack of open lanes. Selection and service are both excellent, and pricing is very reasonable when you combine Shoppers Card savings and digital coupons from their app!Also, just FYI, this location has Campisis pizzas available to go in the prepared foods area just inside the main entrance.
