My 14yr old and 9yr old boys share a room, for now. The beds I purchased from Unique Piece Furniture, fit perfectly! I bought a full size and twin size of the same bed...the boys love them! I did have to buy a box spring for each bed, because the memory foam mattresses, the boys already had, wouldve sat too low on the frame. New living room set is next.😉

Josh, Regina and Paul were extremely helpful! They have an awesome selection of unique pieces you won’t find in other stores and have the best pricing out of any furniture store we’ve been to thus far, they helped us find what we needed in exactly the color we wanted and weren’t pushy about buying more than exactly what we wanted.Fully furnishing a new home is SUPER stressful but the team at Unique Pieces helped alleviate the pressure and make the process as simple as possible. 10/10 recommend giving them your business!!!!!

If I could give this company zero stars I would I ordered a bed on July 3 2020 I was told the bed would be delivered August 15th the bed didn’t come until August 20 which was not the issue when the bed was delivered they did not deliver my bed rails so the bed could not be set up and the dresser had scratches all over it this set was obviously a used model the company did say they would bring me another dresser and did not deny the set being used . After speaking to them I was told that the bed rails would be shipped From the company that following week . 1 week passed I called and was told that the bed rails were now shipped Via UPS straight from Ashley and they will call me back with a tracking number. On September 1st I received a text that unique piece furniture was coming on September 4 with my bed rails I was confused because I was just told 3 days prior that they were coming via UPS . I immediately called and asked what was going on and was told that the company would be delivery the rails them self and setting up my bed . So September 4th comes after waiting for the drivers all day they finally come around 7is pm to inform me they were told my bed rails were already at my house and they don’t have them . On September 5th I called Unique piece furniture back and told them what was going on this time I was giving a tracking number and said my bed rails were coming now via FEDEX. So I waited and the bed rails were shipped to my home on September 7th but the bed rails were obviously used And nothing that was suppose to be in the box was there no screws, no support legs nothing but rails with no screws . I was livid and called the company and said these rails are obviously used the ends of each rail was flared with what looked like marker over it also the wood was spread apart at the ends. Unique piece furniture kept telling me they were shipped directly from Ashley even though the shipping label states it came from . I end up asking them to come pick the bed up immediately and refund me . I will NEVER do business with the company again . Very unprofessional. This is not my opinion but a FACT this this bedroom set was either from somebody house and/or a floor model.

We bought furniture originally 4 months ago, when shipped a piece had been broken which we understood that things happen. We was told it would be several months before the new piece would be shipped which obviously was upsetting. We still worked with the company on getting the piece delivered. Now it is time for the missing furniture to be delivered and the location can’t seem to arrange or be honest when the missing piece will be at the location . The staff doesn’t call you to update on delivery or trucks “breaking down” twice now. When communicating with the staff no one seems to know what information each manager is communicating. They are very misinforming and misleading. We had a terrible experience with this business. Still have yet to receive our missing piece of furniture SEVERAL months later.

First, I ordered a bedroom set in March to be delivered when I closed on my house in May. The sales guy said oh we have it in stock we will hold it until youre ready for delivery. When I called to schedule delivery I was told the furniture hadnt come in yet. I was told one thing when I ordered it and now I have to wait.Fast forward to the delivery, The bed frame, dresser and chest of drawers are on the truck but not the mirror and night stand. Then the delivery guy couldnt put the bed frame together so I had to wait for someone else to come amd finished the install.I finally received the nightstand some weeks later and finally the mirror (dirty) weeks after that. Let me also say each time my deliveries were late. I receive a notification for one window and they show up hours afterward. This company is very inconsiderate of others time. Yet they always give you an excuse of being tied up on another delivery. (EVERYTIME)I also ordered a chest of drawers and nightstand for my daughters room. I received the notification for the delivery. I immediately called to request they make me the first delivery because I had to leave town to get my daughter to a basketball tournament. I called at 10am the morning of to make sure they were coming to me first and was told they were loading the truck and would be there before noon. As I am typing this is is 5 minutes before 1pm and they have not arrived. Again the excuse was they got tied up on something. Yet I was supposed to be their first delivery. I was told they would be here within the hour Yet the store is literally 15 minutes from my house, 20 minites if you get caught at the stop lights.I will never order anything else from this store unless I am going to pick it up myself. The customer service is horrible! The delivery service is worse!The delivery truck arrives as Im walking out of the door and the furniture is damaged.

I had mostly had great experiences with this company up until my last purchase. After initially waiting months for my furniture, I ended up receiving furniture that was defective. The recliner in the sectional would not recline. I was assured that it would be replaced. It is now a year after I initially placed my order and this still has not fixed. I have placed calls to check the status of my replacement sectional only to not be called back or followed up with. At this point, Ive chalked it up to a loss, but it just takes one bad experience like this to deter me from ever doing business with you again.

I had a great experience shopping at Unique Pieces! When I went in I was looking for a new couch,. I didn’t any specific style in mind and knew that when I saw it I would know that was the one! I was browsing and a salesperson asked if I needed help, I told him, “I am just looking.” He said “ok, please let me know if I can help!” He wasn’t pushy at all! He answered my questions I had. I bought a 3 piece sectional couch with a lounger!! Their team that delivered it were kind and very professional! I have been recommending Unique Pieces to family and friends!!

They have nice furniture and all but pretty much alot of their furniture has to be ordered which can take about 2 months. They wont sell you the items off the floor either if its their last item.

Horrible experience! Paid for a bed and it took almost 8 weeks for delivery and when it came it was missing pieces. Called the store and they tried to charge me more money for the additional pieces. I refused delivery and they issued a refund! Customer service is non-existent after the sale. Avoid the trouble! Shop some place else!

My rating is based on my delivery experience! Prescribed pain medication was taken by the delivery drivers who delivered the bedroom set. I just gave birth so my newborn started to cry which meant there was time that no one could monitor the delivery drivers. Please take into consideration and if you choose to deliver, do not leave them alone!I love our bedroom set and it was affordable as well! But we will not give them our business. Yes, this incident has been brought to their attention as well.

Even after delivery and set up fee.Fast forward to today and I was highly pleased with the delivery process. I received a text and automated call a few days ago that my delivery would be for Tuesday May 11th between 11:30am-2:30 pm and to confirm. I received another text today that my delivery driver was 30 mins away and in the area! Very pleased at the consistent updates.Andrew was super nice and courteous. He immediately came in my home and put up my bed without any problems and did everything I asked. I made sure I tipped him.. the only thing I did not like was how he was doing delivery and setting things up by himself.. I don’t feel that is fair for such a tedious process. Outside of that, I will definitely be shopping here again in the future. ♥️

Heads up... dont even bother looking online. Clearance tent had miscellaneous items that were damaged & way overpriced! We ordered an Ashley armless chair on January 8, 2021. It is now the end of April and we still have not received the chair. It was originally promised to arrive in February 2021. Every time we call we are told it will be another month. We are really disappointed. So unprofessional never come back to this store

I was very disappointed with this company. I placed the order and was told there was a 6-8 week delivery timeframe.Two weeks later, I was told that the desk I wanted was not available. One week following that, the sizable deposit had not been returned to my credit card.It is poor service to take 2 weeks to tell me you could not get the piece I wanted. I called competitors who were able to tell me within 24 hours if they could complete my order or not.I am also stuck paying interest while waiting for my refund.There is some internal process in this company which is not working. Your experience may vary, but you should be aware of mine before doing business with these folks.

Very displeased with this store. I don’t not feel they put their customers first. A piece of furniture was purchased and brought into a home that had a infestation of bed bugs in Feb. Not only do you get the “I will call you back” nothing has been done. I am positive they would not allow their family with a very small child to suffer as they “will call you back”. To even give one star is a very very far reach. The issue has caused loss of work and Dr appts. What ever happened to treat others as you want to be treated. I would guess their family is not getting bitten all night with nasty bugs

However, they have so much quality and inexpensive furniture, I continued to look around and found a beautiful bedroom set with the help of Ms. Virginia. She was so patient with me. The furniture brand name and the quality is superb. Finally, the prices are very competitive (usually cheaper for the same furniture you’ll find at other furniture stores.) Had to wait 7 weeks for one nightstand to come in then finally got notice to go pick it up.. sat at the warehouse for 40 minutes only for them to tell me they couldn’t find my item. Won’t be ordering through this company again.

Well upon entry we were not greeted, we waited 20-30 mins while they helped other customers before we finally pulled someone to assist us once they were done helping those people. Then after all that they didn’t have anything we wanted in stock and the wait time for them to be in stock was late October and no idea they said. They do have some good prices but if they don’t have the product to sell it’s pointless. We drove over an hour to get there and left disappointed.However on the way back hone around the corner we passed another furniture store called Woodstock furniture outlet and we found a dining set and sectional sofa at a great price and in stock set to deliver this week!Update:In response to your reply, I understand waiting my turn but not being acknowledged period is flat out poor customer service! Busy or not a simple “hello someone will be right with you” can go a long way. That would’ve eased the fact that after driving over an hour to visit your location after speaking with someone over the phone that morning saying the table was there to actually arriving and it was not in stock. I just hope you try to do better with other customers “busy” or not.

Purchased a sectional the sales and delivery staff were professional and helpful, i noticed damage later the same day and i called customer service they offered replacement of damaged part of sectional which I never received. Also beware of the financing through great American finance, as they try to hide interest even if it is supposed to be intrest free. It took months to receive this furniture,but given the way things have been this past year I expected that

Disappointing, a few good deals and a few good couches, the rest were overpriced and not great quality. The dining tables and the bedroom furniture were particle board cheap and tacky looking. Seems to be par for the course with most furniture stores lately they just dont make quality affordable furniture anymore..

I purchased a bed and a sectional from Unique and was very satisfied with the price and quality of the furniture. Sales personnel were very kind. I was not satisfied with $40 I was charged to assemble my furniture. Assembly is not included with delivery charge. Never experienced that from a furniture store. That should be mentioned from the beginning that the delivery charge and assembly charge are separate.

Customer service was excellent. Purchasing was easy. Overall Unique Piece Furniture deserves 5stars but they didn’t have the Hallenberg collection I went for & it would be 5/6 weeks before it could be ordered.

Communication issue in the beginning, however the owner called me while he was on a cruise to resolve the issue. Delivery guys very professional and hardworking. Love the furniture and the price. Would recommend to friends and family.

Had an Amazing experience with the company! Julie was a great help! She answered every question we had, and also helped us make tough decisions on what type of furniture to get for our home. The delivery drivers Dillon and Keenan were so polite. They were delicate with our new furniture, and were even kind enough to ask where I wanted the furniture placed. They installed everything quickly and efficiently. I would Recommend Julie, Dillon, and Keenan to anybody! Unique Piece Furniture is definitely the way to go!

Keenan helped me, I was a little hurried as I’d already searched online. Keenan was knowledgeable and made sure that what I took home was classy, updated and most of all COMFORTABLE!He helped me and accommodated my schedule as I had to to get my son to practice. Drove by this store on my way somewhere else and on a whim decided to stop and go inside. So glad I did. They had several unique pieces that I haven’t seen anywhere else. I found a beautiful kitchen island that cost a fraction of what I would have paid anywhere else. The customer service was great. I will definitely be going back.

Furniture is nice looking but most of it is fake wood vinyl print stuff that will probably not last the time it takes to pay off the furniture.

Worst Furniture Company Ever! Stay away unless you want to throw money down drain. They claimed sleeper was covered under manufacturer warranty for one year, I called 2 month later about this random shard sticking out the back of my sofa and now they claim ignorance. Only Josh can answer my question and he is always busy. Do yourself a favor and go buy quality furniture from someone else.Update - 9/11/2018Joshua at Unique Piece has reached out to me and been helpful in filling warranty with Ashley (manufacturer) to get replacement. Hope to have new sleeper in home within coming week. Will update post with more details.Update - 9/26/2018Unique Piece delivered new sleeper over the weekend. Delivery team was professional and courteous with Joshua reaching out to me this past Monday to check results. I update rating to 4 stars solely for the effort of Joshua to correct the issue. Like before the delivery team informed me of my year warranty but hopefully I will not need to use it again but if so I believe Joshua will again handle the situation appropriately.
