Im done ordering from this place. buyer beware. Ive had successful orders from them, but recently they have screwed up multiple times and Im done. Not only have they cancelled orders without notifying me, they have also delayed orders for months because of backordered items without notifying me, as well as claiming to have shipped expensive orders that never arrived.yikes.

Everytime Iwe have needed hoops for our embroidery machines these guys have had them in stock and fast inside counter sales too....thanks

This is my second time ordering from GSG and i definitely would recommend them. i did try other supply stores but have not found one that is as simple to order as this place. they make it so simple to place your order, very helpful. most importantly to me very straight forward, they will let you know if an item is in backorder before you place your order unlike some other places.

Graphic solution since they was in a title store in down town dallas, today i called to place in order and i can barely talk in the phone cause am sick and the lady who was trying to help me place my order just kicked me out because i told her i cant talk to loud over the phone, i dont remember her name was, she gave me a. Awful customer. Service. Awful.

Actually pretty good for a chain, especially the ribs. Friendly folks, fairly inexpensive. No outside dining. But plenty of room inside.

I order all my t-shirt, embroidery and sign supplies here. So convenient to call in my order and have it at my door same day. They always have what I need, friendly helpful staff and great prices. This place makes it possible for me to run a successful home based business and I am very happy with the service. Highly recommend this company.

I recently purchased a big item from company. During purchase no mention of return policy was stated. Of course as must seller they were most helpful during the buying process. Not even 5 days after i asked about the return policy and got no response, after pressuring for a response i received very incomplete policy, basically stating that a return was not accepted. If is very unfortunate as i have had other great experiences with company but with this exchange they have lost all my business and any referrals

GSG sells supplies that encompass a variety of industries like sign, screen print, embroidery that makes them a literal one stop shop. The people in city sales desk are always willing to help and answer questions no matter how mudane they are. Phone support is excellent and their trade show displays are legendary.

I can tell you theres one place that every time I go I have always had a five-star experience it would be GSG Dallas.

Just called to make a simple question, man that answer the phone became very rude after he notice I had an accent, then when he found out I was not a member he told me that I can’t go to his business instead of explaining me how to become a member...well whatever, I just go the next supplier.

Went in placed an order for 1 item, very fast service!

I did have a mishap on an order and originally was unsatisfied. However I got a call and the issue has been resolved. I have to say I can respect a company that is willing to correct mistakes. The gentleman I spoke was very nice and I will return to this store and try them again.

Found about 4 or more charges on my credit card that do not match any invoices when i logged in online to look at my order history. I called and spoke with my sales rep- who transferred me to Calvin...left a voicemail and eventually i got to speak with him. Explained what i was calling about- he then said speak with Carolina. I have called a couple times and even left voicemail. No call back... sure would like to find out what the charges are for when they dont match any invoices.
