So happy to have discovered the most amazing and professional florist in the city. The customer service is like no other; from walking into their store to getting my wedding bouquet delivered to my doorstep, my experience was extremely pleasant. The team was extremely supportive and patient with me through the long decision making process as I was getting two of them . They were also really good at communicating and even shared the final look with me ahead of time for any additional changes I may want. They really did make me feel special and the flowers were just breathtaking! I felt like a Queen!

Very happy with my recent experience at Dr. Delphinium! Delivery was super fast, within three hours or ordering. This was important to me as a lifelong family friend had passed away while I was out of state. I was concerned because they live in a gated community and I didnt have the code; however, the driver contacted me when he couldnt get in, and he happily waited until he could follow a FedEx truck inside. I really appreciated his follow up call letting me know he was successful!If you want a gorgeous and memorable floral arrangement delivered in Dallas, Dr. D is the GO TO florist. Sure, their prices are higher than competitors, but you absolutely get what you pay for in this case. :0)I cant provide a pic of the arrangement, but I ordered the Blue Nile premium arrangement and the recipient said it was a work of art.

I ordered an arrangement for my wifes bday in the morning. Girl taking the order said it would be delivered by end of day but never gave me a delivery window. Worked from home in anticipation of seeing my wifes reaction once her arrangement showed up. Nothing showed up. Called twice to check on the status of the delivery. 1st call, I was told it was on a vehicle and on its way. 2nd call, close to 6pm, Dr Delphinium rep claims it was delivered at 1:45pm and was left at doorstep. We had nothing. I requested a full refund and will never consider using them again. Thanks for ruining my wifes bday surprise Dr. Delphinium.

Ive been using Dr Delphinium to send my boyfriend surprise gifts for the past 3 years and I will never use anyone else. All of their gift offerings have a more luxury feel to them, like something more special and unique than the offerings of other similar companies. I just used them again today and, as always, the delivery was on time and the items received were just as well put together as the display images they use on their website.

Flowers as always were gorgeous, but delivered without card as requested. Sent as a birthday gift and receiver didn’t know who sent them. Frustrating. Was offered refund for handwritten card that wasn’t delivered with order. Too little and not good customer service.

I walked in around 10AM today looking for a bouquet for my courthouse wedding. The lady who helped us out was very sweet and knowledgeable and was able to help me figure out what to get that would go with my dress. The selection of flowers and plants are the best collection in DFW. Not only are there premade arrangements, but there is also a green house behind the main building. I thought the bright collection of moss was fun. However, I understand there was a new hire there today in the Greenhouse and when I inquired the type of plant and care - she said to Google it. Which is not helpful, but offensive - because I didn’t come out of my way to this specialty store for that kind of dialogue. Maybe next time say, “I think it’s this - let’s find out together.” Other than that, my first experience here, I was in awe and I am definitely coming back.

The flower arrangement is beautiful, but not what i ordered. I ordered an assortment of colored roses, not the red roses, for a reason. My dad had an affinity for roses and this was a gift for my mother on the 1st anniversary of my fathers passing. I felt that red roses were romantic and not what I intended for my mother to receive from me.

I placed my order by telephone from England, the assistant was charming and helpful and I am told from the recipient their flowers were stunning.

I was searching for a florist to deliver flowers to my niece who is in Dallas for her special birthday. I used to live in Dallas, (and now live in beautiful, peaceful Vancouver, Canada), and remembered some of the names of the better stores. Having said that, ordering flowers online, from a different country no less, is not always easy. You worry about quality and on time delivery. I fortunately remembered Dr. Delphinium. The flowers and balloons arrived today, right on time and my niece is over the moon! Theyre beautiful and did a great job. Although their pricing and delivery costs are a bit high, (reason for a 4 star, not 5 star rating), it is most worth the cost. The quality and piece of mind is worth it.

Everyone was great from the order entry person, to the delivery, which was on time, and the delivery 🚚 driver went out of his way to help with the delivery as the arrangement was pretty heavy . I sent them a lot of emails over a course of a year. And I mean A LOT. I changed this, added that, came up with different designs I wanted. And the entire time they were prompt, professional, and kind. Amy and Sarah really understood my vision and when I sent them photos showing the centerpieces I wanted they pretty much created them exactly like what was shown. Ordered flowers online for a loved one having surgery. I called the hospital first to understand what their process for flower deliveries since she was in surgery and not in a room yet. The hospital said they receive in flowers and then deliver once the patient is out of surgery. I have a cold and cannot visit my loved one for fear of spreading my infection to her or others in the hospital so I was counting on the flowers to bring some cheer and show my love since I couldnt be there. How frustrating it is to constantly call family and ask, did they arrive, did they arrive? She was in her room by 5 and no flowers yesterday. No flowers today. I called Dr. Delphinium and the person who answered the phone stated yes, we checked yesterday and she was not in a room so we did not deliver. I dont know what happened after that. I let her know my loved one will be discharged later today so no need to deliver and she stated they could deliver at a home which would be fine except she lives in Wichita Falls TX. She then proceeded to say, well we can credit your money back, as if they are doing me a favor! I told her yes, I expect my money to be credited back especially since I was not provided any services. I was never notified that they could not deliver yesterday or today but apparently they didnt realize it either until I called. I guess they would have just kept my money if I never called. Horrible!!!!!!!

My grandparents 77th wedding anniversary was this past Thursday (2-1) and I decided to try Dr. Delphiniums. I own a flower shop in Alabama and had visited their store at Christmas when we were in Dallas visiting. The store was beautiful, the arrangements were stunning and the staff was friendly. Based on this, I sent them the order. What was sent was disappointing. I asked for something short and low as my grandparents do not have much room in their house for something large. I got that. I received a turd brown vase with tulips, unopened stargazer lilies, spray roses and seeded eucalyptus crammed in the vase. There was no design to it and it was underwhelming. I sent a total of $100.00 that was to include delivery. For that kind of money I was expecting a bit more especially after I saw the beautiful arrangements that came out of the store at Christmas. I hate leaving reviews like this and I know they have talented designers but on my grandparents flowers, they missed the mark.

They delivered dead flowers to my house after my daughter passed. I asked the not to leave them when the driver sent a text and called me yet he did anyway only to have them sit in the heat for two days. I emailed them on their website-no response. Boo DD7/25 - stil not a word from them.

My wife was going to be tied up in meetings during the last half of the day and I needed to make sure they arrived before noon. Dr. Delphiniums had an option to deliver before noon, and they arrived with plenty of time to spare. I also liked the confirmation email letting me know they had been delivered. As most people whove ordered flowers for someone knows, wondering if a delivery has been made or wondering if itll deliver on-time can be nerve-racking! Dr. Delphiniums took the uncertainty out of the purchase and delivered a fantastic bouquet. Thanks so much!

02/14/2013Sadly, I had a negative experience for Valentines Day... The flower arrangement looked rushed and unprofessional (maybe extra help for the holiday?). The cupcakes were given to another person (again, thinking extra help for the holiday?). The flowers were still very pretty but I was very disappointed. The order was placed 02/05/2013 and I was feeling very confident that the cupcakes versus chocolates piece would set it apart from other times, instead this is the first time she has failed to receive something more than flowers at her office from me in 7 years. Disappointed :( They offered cupcakes (a dozen versus the 6) on another day or a refund and I took the refund. I dont want something I didnt pay for on a different day. I just wanted what I paid for delivered the it was scheduled.01/30/2013Ever since I left the Plano area I have struggled to find a florist that can deliver a quality product at a reasonable price. Thank you Dr. Delphinium Designs and & Events for becoming my go-to florist! I needed to change my deliver date, no problems or issues. I really needed this to go well as the last three floral ventures had been horrible. You made my wifes birthday an even more special event! I would recommend your services to any and all or my friends. Oh and the delivery person singing Happy Birthday to my wife made her day as much as the flowers!

I asked for a special arrangement for a sudden and tragic funeral. To my surprise, when I arrived, the arrangement I ordered was sitting on the greeting table where all guests signed in. It was simply beautiful and made me feel so good that our arrangement was one that was used to greet all guests and the first to see as everyone walked in the door. It helped to brighten a very sad day.Thanks so much for such an outstanding design.
