Standard old train car style diner. Clean, food was ok (typical breakfast). Prices normal for the area. Wait staff courteous and prompt. Would return again
Over medium eggs done perfect ! They still slice potatoes for home fries! Breakfast and was good but thin, bacon was done perfectly. Me personally I didnt care for the sausage. Very clean place very nice, hard working, very efficient people working there. I feel bad I forget the ladys name that was our waitress but she was very good very nice got our order perfectly done. Way to go Dallas diner found another good breakfast place.

Love their food, reasonably priced, big portions. A Family owned business , passed down from generation to generation. Very polite. If you have not tried this place do yourself a favor and go have an amazing meal, fast service and always a smile. Enjoy
Not one of my better dining experiences. Staff was nice, but that was about it. French onion soup was the worst Ive ever had. Besides being very salty, there was no discernible onion in it. Sadly, the appearance was that of canned pet food. The burger wasnt all that tasty. Fries were so-so. In spite of a rather extensive menu, my impression is that the quality of the food lacks. On the brighter side, our waitress was polite and served us very well. Prices are reasonable. No gluten free items on the menu.

We waited over an hour for our food. I got a special that was to come with soup salad and bread and butter.only got soup. The meatloaf must have be leftover from pre-covid... Paper straws were just nasty,the table was as sticky as a subway restroom.
Went in for breakfast we were seated at the back room. As we opened the utensils the napkin was dirty with ketchup the utensils had stains on them told the server and again utensils were dirty finally the 3rd time was ok. The shades that were the sideways strips going side to side were dirty. It looked like the place needed a good paint job to brighten up the place. Also a good cleaning not just cleaning the tables. Around the walls and the seats in the booths light fixtures all of these things need to be all updated.
Don’t know if they recently changed managers or cooks but the food was awful. Waited 40 mins for the food to come out and when it finally came it was cold, like it was just forgotten. My mother’s pancakes were so hard she couldn’t even cut it. The bacon was over cooked. My burger was super Greasy and fries were cold. My brother asked for extra fries and they threw onion rings on it instead. Never again.Also we saw one of the employees blow his nose didn’t wash his hands and proceeded to wrap napkins around silverware I know people are getting vaccinated but that was just gross

Always very friendly staff. Extensive menu with all the diner classics plus a good Italian selection. The prices are great and the portions are huge. If you go with a special you get soup, salad, an entree, beverage and desert. We take my in-laws every time they visit.

I give this place a 1 star n thats because the server was nice. The food was the worst food I have had, my son and I did not eat our main food, ate the eggs n burnt bacon that my other son left because he did not like. Still paid $45 n yes I did tip the waitress because well she is not the cook. I do not recommend this place at all.

Okay, when we first walked in we did not expect much, it looks stuck on the 1980s. But the prices are great, breakfast specials are phenomenal, the servers are polite and personable. But the best thing about this place is the food. I have been told the owner and his son are the cooks. The food is amazing, seasoned expertly, cooked to perfection and always served at correct temperature. We continue to go back, especially for unbeatable breakfast special. I love the scrapple and my son goes crazy for the breakfast sausages. I highly reccomend.
Foods good, waitresses friendly, good place to sit and eat by yourself with a newspaper. And coffee is always fresh. Quiet and relaxing.

Unfortunately they dont even deserve the one star I have to give them to write this review. I ordered thru UberEats, after I had picked up my diabetic boyfriend from the hospital after the stroke he had. I ordered the crab cakes, he ordered the open face hour turnkey. Ill admit I took a chance with the crab cakes. I wont do it again. It was all filling, except for the outside whetted they coated the cake in shredded imitation crab meat, that they then fried until it was like chewing tire tread. The turkey was rancid, my boyfriend will probably end up back in the hospital because of how sick its made him. Never ever again. And Ill make sure I let everyone know.
The two stars represented only because the food was hot when it was delivered...i ordered 18oz new york strip steak my steak was supposed to be rare it was indeed over cooked 100x and it was soo rough i couldnt even chew it as if it were microwaved...all my food was BLAND with no taste,my salad was supposed to come with blue cheese they gave me ranch the soup i ordered must have been 3months old it had a ball of cheese in it and mushy bread floating in it....although the muscles marinara was good and the breaded mushrooms was good too,they gave me ranch dressing with that too when i clearly specifically asked for MARINARA....I Will never be ordering from here again as long as i live also would NEVER recommend to anyone EVER✌

Came to the diner to get something to eat. Decided to sit out the counter which I am glad I did now. The waitress was nice however she pulled her mask down and coughed into her hand. Not only did she cough into her hand she didnt proceeded touching the menus and the countertop. I mentioned something to her and she just ignore me never washing her hands or wiping off the menus This is the biggest way to spread the Virus..I stopped eating As for my check and left The waitress never even apologized and realized what she did. I told the lady at the counter and she agreed. You really need to follow health standards. Even without the covid virus, This is an unacceptable practice. You cannot cough into your hand and touch the counters and the menus Thats cross-contamination!

My family loves Dallas Diner. You always get large portions and the food is very good. The waitresses are so sweet, friendly, and excellent service! We eat here all the time! Great prices very affordable. The omelets are the Best!!

My first time here I was in awe at how fast they got our food to us and how absolutely delicious everything was. Even the coffee was exceptionally delightful. This hidden gem is now my go-to diner spot and I have yet to be disappointed.
First time @ restaurant. It looks scruffy and we almost left. Very glad we stayed ....excellent food, excellent pricing and a super nice young lady waited on us.

A wonderful dining experience. The prices are reasonable, but the food is outstanding. I had the feeling of dining in a lavish upscale restaurant, but in a quaint local setting with budget prices. This restaurant could easily command much higher prices and should be located in Los Angeles or New York City. It is the equivalent of finding a fortune in buried treasure in the modest side of town.
Two times there, two times i found hair in my food. I would have to say the the standards and practices of making sure hair doesn’t end up in their food is lacking. 2/2 times? Not acceptable!

Dont sleep on Dallas Diner. I know because theres a lot of Eagle fans out there that affects it, but the food is delicious, the service quick and excellent, and a spacious and comfortable eatery. The included comp wine with entrees is a classy and special touch. Bravo for a great date night meal. Easy to reach from the highways and byways, plenty of parking and a nice area makes this a great place for all hours to dine out. Buon apetit!!
Great prices. My daughter and I had an early bird special. Total for both Meals came to 25.00 including tax. We each had a salad, entree, beverage and desert. Food was excellent.

This was our first time eating here, just passing through this town and stopped in for breakfast. The prices were very reasonable for the large portions we received. The French Toast was delicious and my husband was very happy with his biscuits and gravy. The place was not very busy and we received our food quickly. If were ever in the area again, um sure well be stopping in again.

The food was delicious. It was a 4 course meal at a reasonable price. I mean, I had soup, salad, surf & turf and cheesecake for dessert. I am not ashamed to say that I ate it all! Then on the way out I saw something that I wasnt quite sure what it was so I asked the young man that was behind the register what it was and he said it was Turkish Baklava. I told him I was still wasnt quite sure what it was and he said it was a desert and if I would like to try some. He gave me one for free and I fell in love with it! We ended up taking some home and again Im not ashamed to say that some of it did not make it home from the car ride. I cannot wait to go back there again!
The food was just OK. We were a larger party with a few kids. There was no one there when we walked in. When we first sat, the server came by twice, rather quickly to grab the order. We werent ready. When we were, we sat for nearly 20 minutes waiting for him to come back to take the order. There was a lot of food for a very reasonable price, but across the group, we had mixed reviews of the quality of food.

Ive eaten there several times, even brought back food for co workers because it was so good and the portions are huge. I also took my family there. The food is fresh and delicious. You really get a lot for your money. The staff is friendly and the ambiance is refreshing. 5 stars every time. :)
Been coming here since old enough to remember. While I think the place has changed hands & downsized a bit over the years, the foods still good & I saw in there today that they are offering Free Delivery. I think thats a great idea!

Very bad experience. Waitress that took our order never gave her name and once we put our order in apparently she left without notice. Waited awhile for our food to come after we asked a different waitress for our food. Sadly my wife did not care for what she ordered which is understandable it happens. But again still had to wait to get someones attention to take away my wifes plate. Once taken away a different waitress came give us our check, my wife asked for ice cream that comes with the kids meal and the server clearly didnt understand. Apparently the first server didnt charge as a kids meal but an adult plate and charged use for a large chocolate milk instead of what was included with the kids meal. The waitress decided to give us an attitude about it. When she actually agreed to give my daughter ice cream we clearly stated no whipped cream and she still gave us a lot of whipped cream following an attitude. Then I went to talk to manager who instead of apologizing to us for the horrible service he just decided to just simply argue with us and have us a hard time about the bill being billed wrong. The restaurant was not busy at all and it was just issue after issue with the service. Nothing but attitude and the icing on the cake when we were about to leave our waitress appeared back after disappearing for almost an hour.
