I dont allow myself the treat of donuts very often. When I do, they better be worth the sugar splurge. They better be delicious.This place is MORE than worth it. These are the best donuts Ive ever tasted. The simple glazed donut is phenomenal but the blueberry cake is simply heaven. The jalapeño cheese sausage rolls are very tasty and the croissants are to die for. If you want an indulgent yummy treat...this is the place.

Sunrise donuts was exceptional!I had the ham, cheese, and egg croissant which was filling and very delicious. It was also only $2.50!!! Which is insane for how much you grt and how filling it is. The croissant was fluffy and the ingredients used were quality. I also tried their maple donut which was also very delicious, it was just the right amount of sweet and the texture was perfect. Lastly, the service was superb. The owner was very attentive, efficient, and polite. Her shop was definitely practicing safety during the pandemic and everything, down to the donut trays, were neat and clean.We will definitely be coming back soon! :)

Exceptional service, came in at ~11:30 and were out the door with our donuts and breakfast croissants in hand by 11:35. Prices were very affordable. Also they took covid hygiene far more seriously than most other businesses. Definitely will be returning back very soon!

RECOMMEND!!! People are super nice and honest! Donuts are still so delicious even after 16 hours later! I devoured sausage roles as soon as I got them. If you life spicy, get sausage rolls with jalapeños! Also they got great collection of drinks: juices, milks, coffee, etc. This place is a must-check-out if you are anywhere near Dallas. :)

The creme filled donuts are custard/Bavarian filling- Not the traditional white creme. Just an FYI if you ask for creme filled donuts- it will be Bavarian filling. I love how Fluffy and soft the donuts are. They do have a pretty strong yeast taste.

First I want to say that this is a hidden gem. The owner was very pleasant and very sweet. There were some choices to select from and wish there were more.I got a dozen of chocolate and regular donut holes. There were not enough chocolate donut holes so she gave me some regular donut holes instead and that was fine.The prices was very reasonable. When I got to my car to have a taste they were very soft and sweet. They were homemade and you can tell. There were a lot of love that went in them.I will be coming back to this location again.

Discovered this place a few years ago and beyond glad I did. Might just be donuts and kolaches, but brings me absolute joy every time I get a chance to grab some. I can almost always depend on them to have glazed donuts and kolaches available and the customer service is always polite and helpful. Theyve also put in a ton of effort to keep both their customers and their employees safe during the pandemic. Dallas needs more places with the character of Sunrise Donuts.One time I even got some extra donut holes, whether it was because they were out of regular kolaches or were getting ready to shut down for the day, it was much appreciated either way.

4 DOLLAR CC MINIMUM. Honestly, a typical donut run should not cost over 4 bucks... I had to add stuff to my order that I didnt want to buy. Other than that, the glazed donuts are fluffy and chewy. This is the hands down best tasting donut shop in Dallas. Other donut joints will do crazy stuff like bacon donuts and crazy shapes and flavors but if you want just good, regular, delicious donuts, this is the place. Nice and friendly staff as well.

Exactly the same as any donut shop you’ve ever visited. Same selection, same red baskets. 2 tables: no more, no less. A trash can that’s likely full and difficult to find. And all the drinks to be stocked in the cooler conveniently placed in the walkway leading behind the counter.

Finally found a good, local donut shop. GREAT donuts, good kolaches, reasonable prices. Friendly employees helped me select a good variety. Will definitely return!

Omg. Got there at 6:09am (they open at 5:00). Doughnuts were still warm. Had a cinnamon roll and a long John. Need to get out of town before I gain 100lbs. Doughnuts were light and airy.Staff was very friendly. Small place. They don’t have an overwhelming number of choices. But more than enough for me. There were some breakfasty looking pastries with meat and stuff. I only had eyes for the sweets. Stopping there on way to airport even though I swore only one doughnut run per trip. On a quality with DK doughnuts in Santa Monica where they overlap at half the price.Can you tell I like them? You will too.
