Love the space and different vinyl choices however they have this eco lite vinyl that isn’t about nothing no good because it doesn’t adhere to the sticky paper everything comes off when weeding this vinyl but everything else is great

First time there, and was so lost because there was so much! Lucky repeat customers were very helpful AND the staff was excellent! They explained how to handle the vinyl and they have take home instructions! And they have signs in the store to explain stuff too if you are afraid to ask. They have soooo many options, they have so many canvases, staff is so helpful and bilingual. Would love to keep this store to myself but that would be a disservice to everyone needing vinyl starting off for fun, or for a business. They have my business.

A crafters paradise! Far from where I live but worth the trip. They didnt have what I originally went for (white waterslide paper) but all the other extras made up for it. Definitely will be making another 50 min trip back asap! Those in crafting world check them out. You will not be disappointed!

I love the variety they always have in stock. But the customer service leaves a lot to be desired. The female workers never seem happy and come off incredibly rude. Today the line was wrapped around the inside of the store and the assistant manager never bothered to help. Just kept stocking glitter which already had full shelves. This making two of the workers handle all of the customers. My opinion is they just dont care about the clientele.

I was in Dallas visiting from TN and needed vinyl for a customer order. I purchased a roll of eco flex vinyl and its the absolute worst vinyl Ive e er used. Extremely difficult to peel. In the end I had to purchase additional vinyl from another source, to complete my order. The store is nice and there is a variety of options to fit your crafting needs. I just hate I wasted money ok n a product that I can not use!

One of my regular spots for materials, they have many of colors the other stores near dont carry. You can find vinyl for business windows , yard signs etc not only for t-shirts.

My first time going to this place, and they had everything out to be seen, well organized, pricing is great, different, colors and prints for HTV, accessories, bought more than I intended to, but was worth the trip and price.

I drive 45 minutes to an hour from Fort Worth to Dallas to purchase vinyl and HTV. Joinus has a huge variety of colors for multiple surfaces. If you need help just ask one of the workers and theyll get you going in the right direction. Ive been going to Joinus a few years now and they still have some of the best prices for local even better than most online places. The building is spacious, clean and well organized. They also sell cutting machines and supplies and last time I was there I saw stainless steel tumblers for glitter tumblers which I make.

Absolutely love this place. One stop shop for you heat transfer vinyl supplies. Did I mention the best store with a variety of options in vinyl??

I really enjoyed the selection of the store. I live in San Antonio, and we don’t have anything like this! We were passing through for the holidays, and I decided to stop. I didn’t realize until I got home the person who checked me out didn’t put some of the vinyl I bought in my bag. It’s not like I can just go back, and get it. I do not understand how this mistake was made.

One of the few if not only vinyl shops in the dfw area. Prices are decent, much higher than if you order directly but then again you are paying for convenience. Staff is somewhat friendly, shelves are always stocked, if you know what youre looking for this is the place to get it.

After being a customer for over a year and even the manager recognizing me your store decided to have a sudden policy change and wouldnt allow me to make a $20 purchase after driving 45 min because i rode with someone else and didnt bring my wallet just card. a 30 day or hell 2 week notice so regular customers have time to even find out would be nice! Id rather pay online have it delivered next day than purchase from a company that has such ridiculous policy enforcement and staff. And requesting to speak to Vanessas boss and being told hes in a meeting Im not going to BOTHER him was just how all valued customers want to be snubbed. Hilarious since I have been shopping there longer than shes even worked there!

This store is very nice and very clean. Very helpful owner. In fact I went two days in a row and bought lots of vinyl. I will be back for more. he has a very good variety of different types of vinyl.The only problem I have is that I bought some Cricut blades and they did not work they were dull but other than that I would recommend this store to every-one that loves vinyl.

If i could give zero stars i would, this vinyl is garbage. It wouldn’t stick to the tshirt i was using (regular old tshirt). I tried to trouble shoot and followed instructions step by step online, but it still did not work.

My favorite place to buy vinyl now. I used to buy online but it is nice to be able to walk in and grab something and go home and use it. Compared to buying online and having to wait or going to a craft store and way overpaying for it.
