The entire experience was great! Saw this place on Google because I needed a gift engraved. Janelle was so nice and helped me pick out the perfect plate and laser engravement! I had a very late idea that compressed my window for getting a customized trophy to only a single day. The associate was gracious enough to work with me to customize and complete this order in a very accelerated timeframe, which I doubt other stores would have been able to accommodate.
