Good staff, they have cigarillos and Phillies - blunts(size of cigar), titans and chocolate blunts (size of cigar), but the good humidor cigars, pipe tobacco, beer and wine are only found at the main location on Columbia Ave in Old East Dallas between Lakewood and Downtown

I just drove 18 hrs for family vacation I was in need of a device. Since I didnt want to drive further I decided to call a few stores within a mile looking for something. When told they had what I was looking for they told me they dont give pricing. What great customer service....guess whos not getting my business...

Due to chronic pain I buy kratom there all the time. A new employee put the wrong type in my bag. I didnt notice until i got home. It was never opened but they still wont let me exchange it. They just lost a lot of money from me. Im sure the owner wont care but i just wanted it out there. Dont trust the employees to get what you asked for

I want to respond to Tony Smith s 1-star review from a year ago.It IS illegal to sell a detox for the purpose of altering drug tests, period. The PnS employee was absolutely correct in telling you it was illegal!Mr. Smith, dont you know 95% of getting what you want or need, especially at retail establishments of this nature, is all in HOW you ask for things? You asked for what you wanted all wrong...Proves to me the employees here have a little snap....

This place needs more help! The person who is supposed to open the store needs a watch. I would also guve this place 0 star its 10:15 and its still not open. So my advice go somewhere else

Decent selection but pretty pricey. Much better selections elsewhere. People are nice but your wallet is their primary target. Most likely will not go back.

Terrible and very slow service. Does not have things promised in stock. Cashier is lazy and will hassle you about your payment method if you are black. Allows (none black) customers in store without mask or face protection. I will not return to this store ever again. Absolutely awful service.

It was hard to find, but I found it, lol. The two guys that were there were pretty cool. They helped me out on selecting a great pipe. Thanks guys.

Great selection but the staff isn’t knowledgeable. Bought a connection piece for my pen but only works with pens that have a button. Told the dude mine didn’t have one but he convinced me it would work so I got it, no exchange or return policy.

Always have what we need even in our hour drive to see ya, without calling and checking first;).Everyone is kind and knows their knowledge on certain products when asked for future reference 😉. PS. Its a fun shop and great pricing compared to like..The Gas Pipe...xo

I discovered this awesome smoke shop about a year ago and so glad I did!They have a giant variety and good prices. The store is clean and always full of great items.The best part of shopping there is the great people who work there and the always excellent music they play.

Eh. They had what I needed, but the person at the front didnt even say hi to me. I said hi and he acted like I just told him his grandpa died. He was like hi.... Looked at the floor. Didnt even ask if he could help me. I asked if he had synthetic urine, he took me to it said we have 2 and 4 oz and thats it. He rang me up silently. I said thank you, got no youre welcome.... Look, youre working at a smoke shop. I gave you like four chances to treat me like a customer and you didnt. Idk... Try a SMILE. Be happy or at least fake it like the rest of us. The selection is ok, I guess. I think Blue Phoenix was way better. I even prefer puff n stuff over gas pipe, but this was just depressing. Ill go to gas pipe next time.

Never had a problem. Used to hit up the Dallas loc until this one opened a while back. Closest place to pick up tattoo supplies, and their glass is always on point.

I wish I could give this place zero stars. I bought two batteries for my e cig, went to my car to try them, and they didnt work. I asked before I purched them if they came with a charge, because I was needed to use them right away. When I got to my car they didnt work. I immediately went in for a refund and was refused. I took them home in hopes that they would work after a good charge, but NOPE they were garbage!

They had puff and they had stuff. Best head shop in DFW

The people are so friendly my tobacco pipe didn’t come with the bowl and they just gave it to me cuz it wasn’t my fault awsome guys thank u works from 10:17 to whatever ha ha

This particular location is probably the least well-stocked of their four Metroplex Area locations; however, they do have a good selection of the various items that we have to have for our vapourus and sometimes cloudy adventures.

More of a head shop, small tobacco convenience store and LESS vape or ecig shop.Staff nice, store layout is minimally organized (more haphazard, cluttered) despite shop size.As I only vaper, this would not be a place I would shop at.

My boyfriend and I went in looking for a bong attachment since ours had broken, & little did we think to get the size or measurement of the piece we were looking for. Thank jesussssssss for Brandi and Consuela! They were beyond patient and informful with us (defitnaly knew what they were talking about). Even went out there way on calling the place we originally got our bong to see if they can get more information on the attachment. We were able to leave happily with our new attachment right before the holidays (; . Thank you guys so much!
