The store itself has tons of items that are very good quality. You can find a very wide range of items at various different prices. It reminds me of a denser Crate and Barrel.However, it is important to note everything in this store is available for a much cheaper price at other stores or online. There are few occasions, like where Nespresso machines, are heavily discounted. Also important to check the clearance as they often have good deals for their discounted items.

Great service. Masks are voluntary as they should be. I dont wear one and whoever wants to can. Thats perfect!! I bought a wonderful coffee machine

Love the store, its always clean and beautiful. The floor staff was very courteous. However Shawn at the cash register was unnecessarily rude. He argued with another patron about letting me go ahead of him. When this patron left the counter leaving his items to be packaged, Shawn instructed another employee to make it look as bad as you can. And then he had said he was being a jackass, referencing to this patron. You dont belong in customer service. It is not only rude but classless to cuss in front of customers. And no customer earned your attitude.

William Sonomas website and logistics are a nightmare. Their entire brand of stores cannot meet demand and are backordered on items as simple as pillows or utensils.Ive ordered several items on their website that show ready to ship only to be backordered for 3 months.Customer service claims its because their products are so popular and they go quick....didnt realize you only made 1 of each item.You order sale items that cancel the next day because they couldnt fulfill the order. Or claim an item will be delivered one day but shows up 6 days later at your neighbors house.I have ordered whole living room sets that have come quicker than a knife from William Sonoma. I will take my business somewhere else before I buy from them again.

Placed the last Espresso Machine on Hold at this location until a certain date. I called to confirm the order would be on hold. I arrived on that date, the order was gone. No way to find out what happened. No help was offered whatsoever. This machine was sold out everywhere so, to me, this was a collosal screw up.

Ill own it - after spending over an hour online arguing with the Williams Sonoma/ Pottery Barn customer service team online, I walked into this store ready for a fight. The customer service agents Luckia and Richard when I called said they wouldnt honor gift cards that I had, but when I asked for the manager at this NorthPark location, the clouds parted, the sun came out, and Perry not only said that there was not a problem, she sold me what I wanted, plus a lot more and has me excited about shopping with her again tomorrow! Online shopping is great, but nothing can replace the customer experience of someone who loves where they work and what they do. Perry is a true professional and knows her stuff. Such a pleasant, empowering experience that I cant wait to do again, and again, and again. This has changed my entire attitude about Williams Sonoma, and I will happily spend more than I would have online to have the security that I am working with a true culinary professional that will help me purchase what I need.

Decent products but an extremely unfriendly return policy. For anything purchased online, you returning at the store and then you have to wait a week or two for them to mail you store credit. Why bother shopping there?

Lots of great items and unique things for gifts and for the kitchen. They also have some nice candy selections. Employees are friendly, helpful and engaging. Prices are high but thats no secret. Awesome clean restrooms. I always love going in here.

Beautiful store that has high-end company kitchenware. Theres a large selection of different items. But if they have it, its only one version of it.So if they have a lighter, theres 1 type.If they have a scale, its 1 type. Knives, plates, and regular stuff are in abundance.

This is by far one of my favorite stores in all of Northpark. The cooking demonstrations and cook/Home/furniture selection is brilliant. Quick tip: plan your trip for dates/times other than weekend afternoons as it gets super busy with waits on Saturday and Sunday afternoons to early evening.

Enjoy shopping Williams-Sonoma! Much nicer since they moved to this new location at North Park. Staff is knowledgeable in their area. Good for anything from kitchen stocking stuffers to small appliances. Enjoy! SW

We visited William Sonoma in a Dallas Texas mall. This was our first ever encounter with this type of store. We absolutely loved the merchandize. They are pricey the quality on their stuff is very good. We definitely consider shopping here again for any of our home decor needs.

Could have been higher of a rating but one of the associates yelled at me for getting an esspresso today as if I was supposed to know that someone was supposed to help me. Even she acknowledged that there was supposed to have been a sign advising customer but it was hidden. Still she made me and my fiance feel like ***holes and all we could do was say sorry keep our conposure and leave. Definitely will not come back.

Sadly the after market coffee pods for my KitchenAid Nesspresso maker did not fit and they refused to refund me. Sad really, take food item back to another store and at least you get store credit. Disappointed 😕

Normally I don’t leave reviews but I went in looking for a new Kitchen-aid mixer. Walked the ENTIRE store for about 15 mins and not one person even acknowledged my existence. Went to Sur La Table instead and got exactly what I was looking for and got my questions answered without having to hunt someone down 🙃

I would like to report 2 different terrible experiences at the Williams Sonoma store at North Park Mall, in Dallas, TX.I recently became a cardholder and on my first trip, I made a purchase of 2 jars of pumpkin butter. I was given an open jar that leaked everywhere, so I had to waste time and gas to drive back up to the mall for an exchange. There was a sign that said cardholders receive a 20% discount on their purchase. I didnt receive that discount until the next day when I had to do an exchange and that was only on half of my purchase.My 2nd trip was worst. After a movie, my family and I went to do a little shopping at Williams Sonoma, again at North Park. My family and I were followed by an associate, the associate took my items away from me which made my family and I feel degraded since she didnt do that to anyone else. I should probably mention that I am Hispanic, my ma is Mexican and my husband is Caucasian. We had our 2 children with us as well.Feeling racially discriminated against, I decided to cut my shopping trip short. I paid for my items, where I was greeted by a cashier who rolled her eyes when I gave her my $20 welcome reward for becoming a cardholder. They looked it me like I was committing fraud, it felt like. I asked her if the store was still doing the 20% off for card holders. She nodded yes like I was an idiot for asking, yet it was not added to my purchase upon looking at my receipt.Ive never been treated so badly and left the store in near tears, Im more upset that my ma and children had to witness that. I intend to pay off the small balance on my card and cancel it.
