Multiple times I have expressed I was at work and she has emailed me before talking about my payment but when I ask how much can I make a Payment for she tells me to call. I was recommended to buy a car from Chacon Auto by my co-worker. I arrived at 9:35 am unbeknownst to me, the dealership did not open until 10am. I contacted the dealership as I sat out front and Duane answered the phone. He told me they did not open until 10 am. I informed him I would wait until they opened. Surprised, He walked out to my car and let me see the car I was looking for. The process was stellar. Mr. Duane has years of experience, and pitched to me he was like a loan officer and his ultimate job was to present my file to financing so that I looked as attractive as possible. He was very knowledgeable, personable and made me feel very comfortable, nothing like a traditional dealership. He was very forth coming about the price of the car, all applicable charges and monthly payment affordability. Once my file was submitted to the loan department, It was less than 10 minutes and Duane texted me as I was outside on a call, that my loan was approved! Wow, I thought! I had never had such a smooth car buying experience. Once that was done, I went to the payment counter, made my down payment and within minutes had my contracts signed and was out the door. Came and purchased a car from dwayne, he did not explain insurance that i paid extra every 2 weeks on, i got pulled over and found out it was not liability insurance!! all that money every 2 weeks was a waste !!! i had not been covered for almost 4 months!! and then spoke with jeff about the issue and he was no help, i got full coverage insurance that covered non insured drivers also . he didnt even understand the full coverage that i got. just a big headache with this car company! ive purchased cars before and have never had any issues like this.RUN, RUN, RUN!!!!

We traded in an Avenger for a Nissan Rogue and love it! It did take most of the day to get it done, but we didnt have to put any money down and actually had equity towards the new loan. AND, the new car is beautiful. Dwayne is the man! The only thing I wish was different, is that the tires were all the same brand. One brand on the front and another on the rear. Everything else was perfect.

This place is a terrible place to buy a car from. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to buy form this car lot. If you do buy make sure you look at your payments because they will charge you insurance even when you have insurance then will take months to credit your account. They will not give you the money back but will only credit your account.

But while the man was showing me different vehicles another man approached him and said that he had took his customer. The man that was helping me then said I got this & brushed him off! How Rude!! But after purchasing a vehicle from Chacon Ive noticed they dont care about any situation you may have. Especially since were in the middle of a pandemic. They blow up your phone. I took my money else where and got a cheaper, newer, and better car.

Horrible car lot they called me for weeks and lied to me about being approved then when I got there they asked for a co signer and more money I wouldn’t recommend anyone to deal with this lying car lot ..

They sell low quality used vehicles way over book value. Try trading the vehicle in 6months to a year and youll be in another upside down loan even though you made a moderate down payment. They have a dying business model which why their dealerships look the same 20 years later. EVs and subscription base pricing models are here. Theyll no longer exist in two decades or less. Make sure you follow up with them about car insurance several times. They sent me several letters in the mail advising me that they were going to charge for their own coverage even after I emailed them 3 times with the appropriate documents and they could have called and verified coverage themselves they dont have that large of a portfolio lol. I got one month behind on my vehicle, (never late before/even have paid in advance) called and specifically asked if they had any options available to help bring my account current (middle of pandemic)... She rudely applies when are you going to make a payment. I state that I can make a payment today but what options are available to help me bring my account current... (extension, deferment, car pay catch up?)... She cuts me off mid sentence... So I ask to be transferred to someone else. She transfers me and I speak to a guy (accused me before of being behind on my car insurance I have receipts that state otherwise) and immediately jumps on the defensive after making me verify extra information that the previous rep did not, and raises his voice and tells me that I was just speaking to Manager and blah, blah, blah.... At that point I hung up. Even payday loan companies dont provide that trash level of customer service. Dont fall for shady dealerships like these... Work on your credit, find a cosigner, obtain your own financing, or work with a dealership that has reputable lenders who actually know their industry. BUT NEVER use this horrible business.

I just payed off my truck and theres only one drawback. I wont have to go by and pay bill so I wont see the nice folks at Chacon every week.

Chacon have an awesome salesman Duane, see him for all car buying needs.

They are ok. But they charge you for extra fees that makes your car,payments more higher than agreed on the contract.
