Well whats there not to say about the staff of Auto Liquidators. The funny thing is that as many times I was trying to get what I needed to get a car. 15 minutes until closing time and I arrived to meet Adrian but I dont meet him I met another gentleman by the name of Andre who was about to leave for the day. Ok my old lady applied for loan was denied ok. well then a sales rep contacts her and says your approved. she stated how she was denied. he says oh no your approved come on in. so we rush over before they close over a hour away. get there he was gone they was like your. denied she showed them all the messages from this guy and they was like so. well take responsibility for your employees but no management lies just like them. its all good didnt wanna over priced car from them anyway.

I contacted Veronica about a car i saw, asked about what all i needed to get in the car. I took everything, thought i would be talking to Veronica just to get there and get passed to Robert. Robert was very pleasant. Long story short i didnt get in what i wanted but i got something im familiar with. I was trying to learn my car and eneded up putting mykey on by accident. I called and called nobody answered. So my air went out and took it by to see of they could look at it. No maam you have to make an appointment. So i have no air no volume control havent even made a payment yet.

I used to love this place because they gave my family our first reliable vehicle. However, they were less than understanding in 2020 knowing we were only a few payments away from ownership. COVID-19 devastated my family finances as we lost jobs and supplemental income. At the point where we were just getting back on our feet they issued a repo and left us to choose between shelter, eating, and transportation. They added to a long line of life crushing events that we are still recovering from to this day.

I think they should offer free oil changeLike most car dealers. Not charge for everythingNow that I have had to have service done on my car. I am glad it was still under warranty, but what Im not happy about is they wont let me pay my deductible over the phone. They have my car so I dont have transportation. I had to find someone to take it up there. I also got charged 85 for tow. I think this should be included in the warranty. They dont help you went any fee. Or offer any help. I have recommended several people, but now I am going to think twice
