I was searching for a place to install a full security system onto my Jeep, and after much thought, decided to go by this shop. From the very beginning, I knew I would love this shop. I first called to get an over the phone quote, as Id be driving from out of town to get this done. The price was right, and the cheapest out of the many other shops I called. So, I made an appointment. They got the job done, and got it done ahead of schedule. They went the extra mile by spending extra time with me to make sure I fully understood the system and how exactly it worked. They were all so kind and patient. I HIGHLY recommend this shop if youre looking for someone to install a full security system on your vehicle. Thank you all so much! I now feel better knowing my Jeep is safe.

In a nutshell, this establishment is not reliable; they scratched my car and refused to pay for the damage. Read below for particulars.I got a stereo installed to my car a couple of years back and I was really happy with it so when the stereo was broken I dropped by to get a new one. First they installed the stereo but the back camera associated with it did not work; this happened later in the afternoon so they asked me if I can drop by later and they will fix it. Since I get my stuff done here before; I said OK, paid and left. After a couple of calls, I finally managed to arrange a time frame that is suitable for them. I left my car in their care waiting in the Starbucks across the street. After making me wait two hours, they said connecting the camera system requires extra work and extra money so they didnt do it. Feeling tired after waiting that long I just wanted to go home and do not want to deal with them; I went to my car to find a long scratch in my front bumper. When I confront them about it, the owner did not want to take responsibility claiming it happened after they checked out the car and park it in front of their store. He actually claimed that may be another car did it; which is not physically possible.I have never been to a place who claims no responsibility for the damage happened to your car when they have your car keys! I called the police to get a report to claim the damage to our insurance but the police did not show up for an hour; I was told the police can come up to our house. Thinking my time is valuable so I can go home than wait there, I left. The police came up to my house later in the evening and told me that I should not have left the place. So I sucked it up and paid the cost of paint out of my pocket for the damage this people inflicted on my car.If you do not want drama in your life, do not get your stuff done here. Ironically, I have got the same price quote for the service in another store close to my house, thinking the people working here are more reliable, I took my business to this particular store :)

I am pleased with audio system installed. The two stars is for the inconvenience on time. I was told this process would take 2 and a hours, it’s now going on 4 no one has come to tell me any updates. I am the one asking about my vehicle, and they have the audacity to have an attitude telling me it’s takes time. I know that but still no updates on how much longer they will be. VERY unprofessional and I don’t recommend.

After too-close calls backing up over the years, I decided to get a back-up alarm on my 2009 Hyndai Santa Fe to warn anyone outside that the car was backing up, and sensors that would warn me (any driver) that the car was too close to an object.I found the warning alarm I wanted on Amazon and took it to Empire to install. (They sell some there, but I wanted a VERBAL warning. The one I got, and Empire may now stock, repeats ATTENTION: THIS CAR IS BACKING UP!!)While there, I met Mark and discussed the installation and sensors. He gave me a fair price for installing everything.I was so pleased, a week later I had the identical systems installed on my 2010 Lexus RX 350. I can highly recommend Mark and his crew at Empire. They know their business--products, etc., and they also know how to do EXCELLENT installs with a lifetime warranty on the installation. The product is only guaranteed as long as the item is guaranteed.When I left Empire yesterday, he showed me a $120,000 vehicle they were about to install tint and other systems. They are very trustworthy!!

Wanted to upgrade my speakers for 2016 Harley Road Glide so I went in and Mark was the first person who greeted me. He showed me several speakers and I decided on Focal PC for upper and Focal AC for lower fairing. Also powered by JL Audio RD 400w amp mounted inside upper fairing. The sound was completely different from the factory setup. The prices were 50/75 cheaper than Car Toysand other places. I would recommend them for any car/motorcycle audio projects... 100% satisfied at the moment and look forward to other upgrades in the future..

Ive been to many sound shops in the metroplex. What I noticed different about this one is that they actually care and are genuine in their approach about customer satisfaction. I went in for a remote start alarm system and tint. They gave a great deal on the tint for getting the remote start system. Not many places would do that. Now Ive got a care that has aftermarket theft protection, awesome tint and it gets cool in the summer and warm in the winter with the remote start. Highly recommend.

Long story short, I had a problem with my alarm system (that was apparently too difficult for the Chevy Dealership to solve even after having my truck over night), I take it to this guy and he finds the problem and under a minute fixes it right there in the parking lot. Theres a reason why these guys are highly rated and car toys are not. They accidentally quoted me a $100 lower price on a radar detector over the phone and when I showed up they were still willing to honor it. I showed up at 15 min until close and they stayed 45 minutes late to install it for no profit. I felt bad so I kept trying to rush him, and he kept telling me no Im going to do it right. By the end I went ahead and paid full price and tipped them an extra 20 because I was that happy with it. Ill be back to buy another one for my other car soon.

I was trying to find a stereo for my car.. after going to several other known locations and being given the run around I was at the point where I wanted to give up! I pulled my phone out one last time and searched for car stereosystem and these guys pulled up. Not only did the direct me there with turn by turn directions they got my car in and out the same day, keep in mind that I arrived 30 minutes before they closed AND they were so nice! I didnt feel rushed to hurry up and buy nor did they act like I was stopping them from doing other things. The guy Hudson was very cool. He took the time to show me my options and even opened boxes to ensure I got everything. He even answered questions I didnt even think about. Way overpriced they use old model equipments but sell it as a late model if you sit down and ask for prices and search il go much it really cost its like 3 times the price. I was trying to get a viper installed he would charge me 600 because its a diesel truck and I got a new viper top of the line viper installed with remote start for 249.99 and each sensor he was charging me 99 for each when they cost 10 each and I installed that myself since it was a plug and play type of deal. I was also trying to buy a radar detector that cost 150 he was charging me 450 because of labor when All you have to do is plug it in and attach in windshield my baby sister could do that by herself its a no brainier. Do some research while you in there and you will see what Im talking about. This Mark guy really does rip people off!!

My boyfriend has had a lot of work done from Empire, from window tinting, to remote start install to stereo/speakers , the whole shabang. He continuously goes back cause they have great staff (I have only met Mark and H & they are both really funny guys) and unbeatable prices. I eventually wanted work done to my car , a Fusion (Gawd forbid I buy a Fusion ever again, dash kits are expensive), I thought I would shop and do estimates. I went to Car • Toys first since they are well known but they came out wayyyyy to pricey. So I decided to try Empire. I got an amazing quote for stereo/backup Camera/amp of my stock speakers which I knew I couldnt turn down. The guys are very knowledgeable and funny. Its like getting a comedian show while car part shopping! I havent had the work done but will be going back in a couple weeks to have it done. If anything should go wrong (which I highly doubt considering my boyfriend never came out with problems) I will update my experience! Thank you Empire

I went to get a whole system in later find they broke a wire and didnt say nothing I thought it was my speaker and had a new one placed went back to let them know that I found a wire broken they tried to get me to pay to fix it I was shocked they were trying to make me pay for something they did so all they did was put a spliter and said there its fixed so Im over here thinking its fixed later I start to hear the same rattling noise in my speaker I know this time its just the wiring they did and they possibly did crapy job somewhere else I just havent found it yet Im 100% positive its not my speaker its brand spankin new. No rips no tears fresh off the shelf but yet I hear this stupid sound like rippling I dont think Im going back to them again ...and to think I got me another car I wanted to put a system in with them ha! No way am I coming back to this place!

Went there a couple of weeks ago. I needed to get all of my stereo equipment( 2 sets of components, 2 amps, sub w/box, and head unit) removed and all of my factory equip put back in. They quoted me a price $100.00 cheaper than the shop I paid to install my equipment and it only took them 2 hours. Fast, clean, cheap work. Will be going back in the future.

They are over priced and say they are giving you a good price everything they tried selling I got same stuff cheaper at Bonnie and Clyde with warranty. And clean installation . Which was the two arguments they had for over pricing.

I drove in there at noon and drove home after work with a killer sound system in my F150 - a Kenwood multimedia unit, JL speakers in 4 doors, JL MicroSub and front and rear cameras (they even through in a subwoofer amplitude control on the dash for free) - all in one afternoon. Good prices. Solid service. I highly recommend these guys.

Relatively fast install and good prices... however they are usually really busy friday - saturday so you have to find your own time during the week if you want anything done. Also, you need to be really specific with what you want, or they might just throw anything in.

5 STAR UPDATE AT END OF ORIGINAL REVIEW....I took an 06 Tundra to empire sound Within the last 2 years. Had a new stereo installed along with door speakers. Was told the system would sound better, but it was anything but. Was flat and had no base. I asked what the frequency response was of the speakers. The response I got was, what is that. So I found a set of speakers with a better frequency response they could install. It helped some but still didnt compare to the factory jbl system. I let it go after they said the jbl amp couldnt be hooked up and would have to use the amp built into the stereo. As I said, this was installed a couple years ago. Lately had to remove the door panels to install exterior door mirrors and found out what kind of installation these people do. The speaker adapter plates didnt fit over the entire opening of the jbl mounts so they just found 2 holes that would line up and used drywall screws to attach the Adapter plate (cracking the original jbl speaker housing)then used drywall screws again to attach the speakers to the adapter plate, which now makes sense why I am not getting very good bass out of my system. There is about a 1/2 gap around half the speaker. I am not saying, dont go to these people. What I am saying is have them explain in detail how they plan on installing speakers and demand to see various stages of the install and the final stage BEFORE they install the door panels. I could have done this kind of work when I was 12 and didnt know anything about stereos. JUST BEWARE, and get details.This is an update, Hudson from Empire contacted me about review. He stated the installer that originally installed system is no longer there and to come by so they can fix his screw ups. Hudson definitely made good on his promise. Installer dynamated my doors, installed correct adapters as well as installed baffles. Sealed up the entire area and soldered connections. Went above and beyond by installing a aux/usb port so I no longer have cables hanging down to center console without charge. talked to him about a possible sub later so will DEFINITELY be going back. Hudson really cares about his customers satisfaction. Thanks, Hudson...See you soon.

My subwoofer was dead in my 2009 Nissan versa and the guy went and checked the fuse and wahla! It was back on like that, getting a Fof F-150 in a couple of weeks and these guys are going to be the ones to hook it up!.
