Just picked up a small order (45sf) of tile. Order was snakebit from the git-go. Dealt with Andy Huerta, who didn’t have my tile in stock but found it in Houston with delivery in a couple days. Then found it wasn’t in Houston but could ship from Florida. Then more delays, delaying my project start by almost 3 weeks. First, they double-charged my card. Then 3 weeks later their invoice showed an unexplained “service fee” of $20.So, why 5 stars? If I had dealt with your typical order-taker/customer service rep, I’d have gone ballistic weeks ago. But Andy was a consummate pro and took good care of me. Like I told him, “You’re great, but your company’s computer system sucks”. Highly recommended, but check your invoices!

Ive been working with Michael from Prosource for several years now. He makes my job as an interior designer so much easier. I can take clients to the Prosource showroom and select tile, carpet, wood floors etc all in one place!

Poor communication. I contacted them beginning of February to get a carpet order for a project to be completed mid-March. Gave the specifics of the carpet to a salesperson who said he would get back to me with a quote. He never did nor did my contractor’s contact person. I reached out again after the snowstorm. When I got contacted by the salesperson who works with the designer (who said she would be handling because she had worked with the designer) I was told the order would take six weeks. The designer selected this carpet back in Fall 2020. I’m not sure why the prosource employee working with the designer couldn’t communicate back in 2020 that the particular carpet selected was going to take 6 weeks so it could have been ordered sooner. Now project completion is pushed to mid-April solely because of the carpet order.

I had an amazing experience with ProSource. Everyone there is great but CYNTHIA JONES became my best friend. My husband and I redid the entire interior of our home and without Cynthia I would have gone crazy. She kept me calm and mostly on budget and everything I chose is a wonderful product.

I work for a restoration company in Florida that needed to find some discontinued flooring. After hours of searching I was able to find it here. Andy Heurta was excellent and very patient with us on how we were going to ship it. Thanks Andy for making my job just a little easier!!

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE:I called for weeks trying to schedule an appointment. Now I understand that covid has forced many companies to change how they operate. I was very patient with the staff every time I called and left messages to schedule an appointment and was told someone would call me back. Finally after 3 weeks of calling I was given a date and time. We arrived on time, was greeted by the gentlemen at the front and told to walk around and someone would be out to assist. Let me just say we walked around for 45 mins and NO ONE asked if we needed help. I watched other people come in and get all the assistance they needed. I was extremely upset. I will not spend my money at this place. And would not recommend this place to anyone.

Was not impressed with my service here. Was not helped beyond a greeting and it seemed as if everyone avoided me after with their heads down or on phones. The store had a good selection. Could have been better.

This is the worst ever stone distributor Ive ever seen. I have placed corner stone and specifically asked for a dimension. They put in the order and when I paid for it they send info for pickup. Despite the fact they didnt check it at the time of pickup it turns out the send a wrong item.When I tried to share the problem with them after several phone calls, Donna, the operations manager, first came with the explanation that this item id discontinued and we gave something close to it! When I asked for why I havent informed about this she went for better explanation. Eventually she came back with the idea that this item is what you have ordered! Surprisingly, she resisted to accept that the manufacturer have both versions of the item and there is no discontinuation even though I showed manufacturer website information.All Im trying to say that this place will you corner if there is any mistake of their side. They show no respect to customers and for the above issue you cannot imagine how many times I called. Every time, they collect your phone number and promise to someone call you that in my case it never happened.It is a shame for MSI stone that have quality production to let these people run their business.If I were you, Id looking for another distributor if you value your time and money.

Selection and Sales Associates are great! Clients like being able to see many options in one spot and the vendors like to pick up from one place as well. I have always had a good experience with all Staff members and the process from selections to pick up has been easy. Michael is a great Sale Associate who makes sure the details are down and samples are available.

I have used ProSource for many years and always been happy with their service. The sales reps are helpful, knowledgeable about the products, and give great advice. Although I was a bit worried when my go-to sales retired, my new rep, Edward Bohomie has done a stellar job of filling his shoes. I highly recommend ProSource!

In 20 years of remodeling, I have been to countless supply houses and vendor warehouses. Never have I received serious so perfectly balanced. From being followed around like a lost puppy to being completely ignored seems to be the standard. And never would have dreamed of receiving a handwritten thank you card in the mail. Dont let your decorator or contractor talk you into using this business. Potential customers should be advised that you have to practical beg to get an order in. Once an order is in, dont even try to change it. Instead they will tell you just bring back what you dont use. But when you do bring it back they tell you they dont want it and you should keep it. This is a very unscrupulous and customer unfriendly company. You have been warned.
