We were renovating our bathroom and reached out to cabinet and stone for new vanity. We love the new vanity and the quartz stone counter. Can’t be anymore pleased with the results. We loved working this company!We first started planning our kitchen with Vicki. She did a wonderful job helping us design and develop our plan. She uses a very accurate software that helps you visualize the kitchen and allows you to make exact measurements. We never felt pressured or rushed. Vicki gave us really good advice and helped me make good decisions for the design of the kitchen.Throughout the entire process Vicki was very responsive and easy to communicate with.When it came time for installation the installers were very professional and very clean. The installers really wanted to make sure that every detail was perfect.We had a couple issues that needed to be addressed a couple weeks after the installation. They were just minor adjustments related to appliances that needed to be installed. Vicki and the team immediately came back to address the issue with no charge. We felt very comfortable with this company and would definitely recommend them to anyone!

I had wanted to redo the bathroom for a while, but thought it would be very expensive. Drove by this business several times on my way home from work and just walked in one day. Was amazed at the selection and the prices —they were extremely responsive. Within a few days they came out and measured and gave us a quote. they tore out our old travertine and installed the granite in a couple of hours—amazing customer service and prices. i cannot recommend it enough!

We shopped and shopped for the shiny white cabinets that my spouse wanted for our new home. The best overall price was Cabinet and stone city Dallas because they included the counter tops in their price. We finally pulled down the protective paper this week( installed right at Christmas). They did a wonderful job and I would recommend them. Our home is about 50 miles north of their shop and they put it in with a smile. We a very pleased!

I order vanity from this company and hire them to install. I have some issue on the drawer because i took them off and somehow i cant put it back. i call the company and they say i do have one year labor warranty. They schedule a time and have their worker came out to fix the problem. They came out and fix the problem and teach me how to put it back next time if i need to remove the drawer. Great guy and great company. I didnt even spend extra money for job. When i start doing my kitchen, i will use this company again.

I highly recommend Cabinet and Stone City for installing my cabinets!I used them for my brand new kitchen remodel and they exceeded my expectations. They were direct with their pricing, and were able to install my whole kitchen in one day. Unless youre very handy, I dont recommend installing cabinets by yourself. Sure, you can build the cabinets yourself no problem, but the hard part is putting them up on the wall. They need to be perfectly level, and very few walls are perfectly straight.The guys used their special equipment to make sure that all our stuff was installed perfectly. We had some pipes that got in the way of the cabinets and they were able to drill holes to accommodate them perfectly. They also tell you exactly what pieces you are missing (which is likely to happen) and will come out again to install that at no extra charge. The two guys that came over were incredibly nice as well.Lastly, their prices are much lower than the estimates I got from other installers. I was also able to schedule only a few days out which was amazing. I recommend Cabinet and Stone City for a job well done.

Excellent service and smiling happy people to work with. I messaged thru Facebook marketplace for an advertisement they posted. I called 8 other places before I got to this one. I needed a remnant for a table and they were the only ones to give me courtesy and respect, even though it was a small job. I ended up spending more than double my budget because they were so obliging. I guess all the other places are too good to take my money but I will definitely come here first next time! Thank you!!

What an absolute pleasure this company is! Would recommend strongly. We had our Kitchen done by the team at Cabinet and Stone City and we couldn’t be more thrilled. Solid structure, what we wanted at a price we were willing to pay. We had very few issues but the team managed it quickly and efficiently and we are over the moon with the end product. From start to finish, all involved were fantastic, from the designers visit to the fitting of our kitchen, both second survey and installation met the time frame they promised. Six out of Five stars.

We couldnt be more pleased with our new kitchen cabinet doors. To be able to look at a sample at home and see the quality was invaluable. Any questions that we had were answered really quickly and were very helpful. Once we placed the order, we received the formal confirmation really quickly and I was amazed to get a call the same day to arrange delivery (and that was the following week). We rented a home that had been updated with kitchen cabinetry from this company and we were impressed with the quality. So when we purchased our new home, we decided to go with this same company. We spent over 15k with them and totally regret it. The granite that we purchased from them was cut crooked for one of the vanities in the master bath. They scratched the walls installing the cabinets. Quarter round was almost not installed in some places but my wife pointed it out as they were packing up. I thought that things should have been caulked so that you didnt see that gaps in the trim. They didnt caulk the granite when they installed it in the kitchen. Didnt clean out the cabinets from all the drilling and cutting they did. Didnt adjust the drawers to the cabinets so they look crooked. We may have been a small job to them but 15k is a lot of money to us and I totally regret spending it with them. If you decide to use them make sure you get EVERYTHING in writing. We were told that some things would be added in because of the amount of money we spent and then they went back on their word. If you value customer service, do your research and invest elsewhere!!

My brother order the cabinets from this company. I hire my brother to remodel all parts of my house. My brother took me to this company to see cabinet and style i want. After i choose the color and finalize, my family and i went on vocation. When we came back the kitchen was fully remodel. I love my kitchen now. We are planning Christmas party and show off our kitchen. i cant wait.

Wonderful sales as there wasno pressure. Excellent coordinator as she stayed on top of the schedule. Install team was fantastic - I have an older house built in the 20s and they dealt with the quirks that are typical with an older house. They did a great job on the cabinets and countertops and kept it within budget. I highly recommend this company.

I was very impressed with the kitchen. Delivery was on time and all items were very well packed. The quality of the units, doors and fittings was excellent. It appears that a great deal of time and effort has gone into the kitchens and I would readily recommend this company.

These people are scammers and don’t do a good job at all . Forget about your contract with them . Couldnt be happier with their work, I have my kitchen completed just this past week. Everything was done just the way I wanted, my wife is happy that we actually saved a lot of money going with them compared to what was offered to us by Home Depot. We also got free granite countertops installed because they gave us this promotion for kitchen cabinet orders, which saved us over three thousand dollars!! Very happy with quality work and the quality of the materials!

I would recommend Cabinet and Stone City to anyone. Every cabinet came in pristine condition. The cabinets were easy to assemble and the installation went very smoothly. The only hiccup was a couple of the cabinets were incorrect, but they immediately sent out the correct ones.

Do not order from this company. They are no longer cabinet and stone city, they say they are no longer affiliated, and will not back up or gurantee any warranty work.I ordered cabinets in April 2016. My installation was done in June 2016, and completed mid month. During the installation, I came home ad found beer cans (empty) in my kitchen. I called and spoke to Yong, the project manager at the time about this. He called back, and admitted that his guys had been drinking on the job in my house. He apologized and sent a different crew to finish the installation.Now, 4 months later, I have cabinet doors that all literally falling off of the hinges because the wrong thread size of screw was used. (probably because the installers were drunk). Ive called multiple times to get repair work done. A different project manager (Yong has left the company) was going to come look and he showed up 2 hours late, after I had to leave for another appointment. He never would reschedule, and now hes been transferred to the east coast?The new manger is a lady named Jen. I spoke with her regarding the problem. She told me she had no appointments available, and I would have to call her corporate office. Then, out of the blue on Halloween night at 5:45pm the same guys that did the installation, (the drunk guys) showed up at my house saying that Jen sent them. I would not let them in, because they are the ones who caused the problem to begin with.I called the following morning to speak with Jen, and she told me they will not honor any warranty work, they are no longer affiliated with Cabinet and Stone City, and she hung up.I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS. Do not use them. Shop around and go somewhere else. They are no longer who they say, and they will not honor warranty work.I have filed a complaint with the BBB, and I am now going to have to hire a contractor to do the repair work on my kitchen. I am also going to take them to court.In response to the reply from Jen: You came to my house with Yong when the installation was complete. He introduced me to you. You are a liar and a cheat. Additionally, if you claim to have no knowledge of my files, why were you able to look them up on October 31 when I called and spoke with you? Again, I encourage people to not order cabinets from this company. The current new management is dishonest, and will not honor their products.

I had hired a contractor who did business with this cabinet company and took me to their warehouse to choose what I wanted. We did and I picked out what I wanted and was told if I paid cash I would get a 5% discount I also paid a couple hundred extra to have everything assembled. At that time we were told the cabinets would arrive mid week of the following week. I also had to pay in full.. surprise, surprise.. it took almost 2 weeks for the cabinets to come in and the vanity wasnt in the same design.. yet another delay. Its been 4 months and the cabinets are following apart. They are telling me its an installation problem and not their fault. I told them that I paid for them to assemble and they were intact when picked up . The problem is that one of the drawers came right off the runner. They were not attached properly. Nothing to do with the installation at all. Also the vanity has a piece of wood on the underside and that isnt even secured to the underside at all. Again not an installion issue , but an assemble issue . The manager Jin was so incredible rude and told me I would have to pay for a service call or to bring it back in to them and they would replace it. She told me that they do an inspection of the cabinets before they are released for pick up.Clearly they did not. I told her that I have a husband with a terminal brain tumor and has had a stroke leaving him unable to use the left side of his body. I dont have the time to bring it back to them. That would mean I would have to take the runner that is attached to the cabinet off as well. Interesting that they would replace it but for someone to come out , I will have to pay for a service call. This should be a warranty issue and I should not have to pay a service call . They clearly were not built properly. This company does not stand by its product. The service call isnt that much, $50, but I shouldnt have to pay . Its not a simple just put it back on the runner ... there are parts of the metal runner that have to fit into the drawer. Bottom line , Vicky and Cindy were good to deal with, but Jin obviously missed the customer service class. For $50 she is willing to lose my business . I also have no problem with telling everyone my unsatisfactory experience with this company.

Update 7/14/2017: Almost 4 months have passed-still no direct contact by owner to find resolution. Note the F rating with Dallas Better Business Bureau and failure to respond to BBB complaints.Caveat Emptor-let the buyer beware! Check your merchandise before delivery and installation. Carefully inspect your cabinets at the store before final payment and delivery. Do not pay in full prior to installation. Look elsewhere. I have since found that there are many other vendors in Dallas with similar products at similar price points. A complete fail in product quality, customer service and satisfaction.The product delivered to me had a really poor, sloppy factory stain job. The poor finish does not demonstrate artisan craftsmanship. My problem has not been solved and the vendor has failed to follow up with me twice. Each time I have initiated contact the owner has not been available by phone or in store.The owner has not yet made herself directly available to resolve this matter and has not contacted me directly as requested. Every contact with the vendor was initiated by me, each time ending with a request for the owner to directly follow up with me. To date, that has not happened and no copy of a factory warranty has been provided.The only solution offered was for me to buy a new set of cabinets and pay in full again before delivery and installation (at 40% off but why would anyone be foolish enough to pay them again). The problem with the stain can be resolved by replacing some doors and drawer fronts but that offer has not been forthcoming other than offering to replace one cabinet door, any more and I have to pay for new cabinet(s). There are other possible solutions that have not been explored because the owner will not contact me.If the owner was truly concerned with the quality of the product delivered and customer satisfaction, she would have directly reached out to me as requested, arranged a visit to personally inspect the cabinets and tried to find a solution. I invite the owner to directly contact me, arrange a time to personally inspect the cabinets and explore suitable solutions to the problem.As a side note, these cabinets were purchased to replace cabinets purchased from the predecessor store at the same location, Rockywood Cabinets, that were damaged in a fire. The excellent customer experience from 2011 with Rockywood stands in direct contrast to the customer experience with Cabinet and Stone City in 2017.

I have to say I was very impressed w the whole process I was a lil bit skeptical at first because of the bad reviews but boy was I wrong.They did a great amazing job in a very quick matter of time, the Installers came before my scheduled date. Jin was very professional and walked us thru the whole process and answered all of our questions and overall worked w is to get exactly what we wanted. I give them 2 thumbs up great experience. Definitely coming back. Love my kitchen.

I had a rather difficult situation, and Nicole at Rockywood came in and took care of it. We purchased an apartment which already had KraftMaid cabinets installed. But, we decided to install a SubZero refrigerator. Nicole and her staff matched the existing cabinetry, and the installation went just great. It looks as if the refrigerator has always been here.
