The employee, Joe, was very helpful with the purchase of our bikes, at Richardson Bike Mart at White Rock. Actually, I observed all the employees being very nice and friendly to the customers.

These folks were very helpful and ordered a tire for me. After I picked it up and installed it, I had an issue. I took the bike in and within minutes they had it all fixed up and ready to ride.

Hands down best bike shop in Dallas. Ive always got great service from the crew. They are quick and fair with prices. Also felt welcomed even though Im not an expert rider. Other spots make you feel dump if you dont know the lingo or specific issues you have with the bike.

If you’re a petite girl like me, get ready to be judged hard. They’ll assume all you want to do is stroll around Katy trail on a giant cruiser bike. Zero options for used bicycles. Not worth the drive to come here.

Quality products sold by a friendly team of knowledgeable people. They are very helpful and will answer all your questions. They are there to help you make an informed decision regarding your purchase . The Service Department is outstanding!!! I moved 40 miles away but still take my bike there for service. The Service Mgr. Morris Medina was especially helpful on my last visit. He was fair, courteous and resolved the issue promptly! Love my bike and love doing business with Bike Mart - Dallas. I enjoyed this place quite a bit! They have an area that allows you to ride the bike to test drive it. Only thing I didnt appreciate is the trade in value. You get credit towards your new bike and they go through the Bike Blue Book which I had no idea existed. Either way I didnt think the trade in was a good value and I was able to sell the bike privately for double the amount they tried to give me. The prices are good for the bikes and I purchased my new bike the same day!

Great service...last three visits were done with brief waits (2) or same day (1). Helpful and knowledgeable with older traditional bikes. Much friendlier than the old super-upscale RBM attitude....give them a try!

They had the Trek bike I was looking for in stock and most of the accessory items. It was great to have everything installed on the bike before leaving the store. Knowledgeable and helpful staff.

We visited several other bike shops and were very disappointed in the service, friendliness, and availability supplies. Bike Mart was our last stop. It should have been our first. Austin was awesome. We told him what we were looking for and he provided us with a wealth of information and several options of cycling shoes to try. They were not in stock, it was not a problem. He ordered the cycling shoes, called to tell us that they arrived, and installed new delta clips. This was a wonderful experience. Now we know we only need to go to Bike Mart to take care of all of our cycling needs.

Bike service was fast and easy! The staff member was extremely helpful and suggested what I needed to purchase for my bike with a lot of patience for a first timer.

Jonathan was very helpful and when I told him I was new to cycling, he explained things to me in a way Id understand. I never felt pressured to buy anything or add-on extras. When I told him I was worried about buying a bike that had too many bells and whistles for a beginner, he listened to my concerns and walked me through all the features that came with the bike as well as letting me know what he considered to be intermediate features. He was extremely knowledgeable and helped me find a bike that I was comfortable purchasing. I really appreciate all his help.

The representative answered all of those many questions. Provided recommendations when ask and he did not recommend the most expensive items. Very reasonable prices.

I am a long time customer of Richardson Bike Mart; I usually go to the Richardson store, but this past week my bike needed a minor alignment and I headed to the Garland Road location. The shop was kind enough to do the work while I waited, and 20 minutes later I was out the door. Excellent technical work, fair prices, and knowledgeable, courteous folks. It doesnt get any better.

Great walk in repair svc, fair svc prices and open until 7pm!!

I like this store better than Richardson for service because of the close dedicated service door and easy access. You can stack up when busy but go on a weekday and chances are you can wait on your repair. Good folks here. My dog taught me the best walk is the next one; the best ride is the next one as well.

Traded the Marlin 5 for a Dual Sport

I have been helped by Erin Hotchkiss the two times I have come into the store looking for bike. I usually have no clue what I am looking for, but Erin was able to ask me some questions to find out what kind of bike I needed and the accessories to go with it. She even had me test a couple of bikes to see which felt better. I ended up riding my purchased bike right to the lake after buying it. Great customer service!

Great bike shop! Very tidy store, lots of selection regarding bicycles. Not so much of a selection of bicycle locks ATM tho. Staff told me there is a shortage going on. The tunr up section of the store is very knowledgeable and professional. FYI Single-speed tune ups are $50 sans any parts you may need.

Great experience with a recent bike repair. I was greeted right away by an employee who was knowledgeable and friendly. He was able to take care of me right away, and I was out within ten minutes. The price for the repair was very reasonable as well.I bought my first bike, a Schwinn Varsity, back in the mid-70s at Richardson Bike Mart. They had exceptional customer service back then, and its great to see them carry on that tradition! I would not hesitate to recommend them for anyone needing bike repairs or looking for a new bike.

They really went the extra mile to help me figure out what I needed within my budget as a beginner rider and took so much care in making sure my bike was adjusted perfectly for height and comfort.

I ended up ordering a bicycle online that was not available through Bike Mart, and the service staff here was quick to assemble it for a reasonable price. I am happy with their work, and anticipate coming back on a regular basis.

Austen was a wonderful representative to the bike mart! I’ve been out of cycling for a few years and some components and products have changed leaving me curious to what I needed. He promptly found the pedals and cleats that I needed, made recommendations for my new bike, and even installed my cleats for me. I was in and out in 20 minutes! I have always loved RBM and this is why! Customer- centric! Great job!

I took two bikes in recently to have minor services done and they were very prompt and actually finished the job before promised. By the way, they washed and cleaned my bikes and they both look brand new now!

Christian went above and beyond repairing my Cheetah e-bike. He installed a bigger, 52-teeth front chain ring and retooled my chain guard somehow so it still fits. He made my troublesome disc brakes work perfectly, then did a tuneup that has my bike working better than ever before. All at a great price. Gabe was a huge help too, even doing a free safety repair on my girlfriend’s e-bike as we were leaving the store. We will never go anywhere else!

I was in the process of receiving ZERO service at the Trek Bike Shop in Flower Mound (near my house) - so I called RBM directly from their sales floor. I spoke to Erin Hotchkiss - and she was kind, unassuming, professional yet personable. Since it was in Garland, I thought I would pick it up next week - but decided to go pick it up today instead.I dont know about the rest of the staff at RBM, but if they are anything like Erin - this is - indeed - the best place to buy a bike in Dallas.Very much appreciate your help in getting a bike for my granddaughter.Thank you

Hands on one of the best bike stores out there, both customer service and price wise!Erin H. helped me out as walked into the store. She is friendly and very knowledgeable. Erin helped me pick my very first pair of cycling shoes and clipless pedals. Shes AWESOME.Your prices are also very good compare to other local stores in the DFW area. I found some great deals on winter items as well which I was very excited about.I wish I had found you earlier when I purchased my first pro bike.Be back there for more, even though I have to drive about 45min to get there!

I went to the Bike Mart’s other location to find a new road bike. When I proved to be a difficult fit between sizes, they sent me to Joe at the Dallas location. Joe patiently, kindly and knowledgeably fit me on multiple bikes until we found the perfect model and fit. He is undoubtedly an expert and a fantastic bike fitter. The sales process was patient and thorough, never pressured! Plus, the after market support Richardson Bike Mart gives new purchases (for a year and beyond!) is a huge peace of mind. If you’re in the market for a new bike - or service - the Richardson Bike Marts are a great choice.

Went to this location a few days ago with an idea of what I wanted, arrived, and from the moment I stepped in Joe took care of me right away. They didn’t have what I was looking for but he showed me alternatives and was very knowledgeable. He was fantastic, he walked me through the whole process and even assisted me with my bike rack for my car, I loved my experience! This location is amazing and I will be a life customer, if you’re in the market for a new ride, check them out you won’t be disappointed!

Im an avid cyclist riding 5,000+ miles yearly on my bike and had to write a glowing review for Matt and the mechanic team who REALLY gave my baby a superb tune up this month! This location is smaller than the Richardson location but, hey, it’s near the lake and the folks there have been good to deal with—consistently for more than a decade. Service department is very good and prices fair. I try to support the local shops rather than Amazon and prices I’ve checked are consistent. During the pandemic bike rush some products are out or low supply, but generally they have parts you need.

The guys in the repair shop at the Garland Road store in E. Dallas are great. They get the repairs done quickly and are happy to answer any questions about using the controls -- brakes, shifters, etc. -- safely.

I have been going to this Bike Mart location for over 5 years now. The staff is always friendly and they help with my wheelchair and bicycle needs. If they dont have it, they will order it. If you want them to do the work, they will gladly do it. I feel like I ask them to do things that are out of their normal scope of work yet they do it as if it was. Love everyone there and happy to feel a part of the family.

Called looking to see what was in stock in a certain style and size for a kids birthday present. Asked the society to take my number and text me a picture of the bike he mentioned was in stock and was “I can’t do that man!” Really? With closures aren’t most business doing what they can/have to in order to accommodate consumers and stay in business. Seemed very bothered by the request and put out. Never been but never will now. I’d recommend looking elsewhere.

Gabe was my tech and he was great. Very personable and made recommendations not unreasonable. Morris greeted me and was very nice too!

The baby brother of the Mothership RBM in Richardson, this is actually the go-to store for the best bike mechanics in town. My collection includes the wonderful but finickity Campy Record and various old & rebuilt classics that theyve never failed to get them aligned & dialed in.

5/27/2020 I would like to add an update regarding the Service Staff. Had to bring back my bike back in for a warranty repair. I’ve had 2 encounters with this Alex guy, and his customer service skills need to be addressed. I’m not sure if the amount service they deal with on a daily bases is getting to him, but he needs to understand that , we, the public, have options and there are plenty of other bike repair shops around. The young man tends to be a bit moody and demanding and even stared right at my face like a baby wanting to throw a tantrum. On the other hand, there is another young fella, I don’t know his name, but he has a lot of tattoos. This gentleman is very very well mannered and polite, just as some of the other staff. With this said, I’ll leave it at that.5/23/2020 Service was great!! Called several shops around town, and everyone had 3- 4 week lead time to get a rear derailleur cable installed. RBM did it on the spot. I think it’s great for business and I will definitely come back for future repairs!!👍🏼

Bravo, excellent work! Im a total novice to the world of road bikes and went in for clip shoes. Erin was pleasant, patient and professional with my questions. She was also personable and my visit a happy stop instead of chore. I left with my shoes cleats and a smile on my face.

Love the store, people are very friendly and helpful, I serviced my rockshox argyle a few months ago and had to get an alignment recently. Gabe worked on my bike this time and I was more than happy with the result, it feels like brand new, the bike is 10 years old he even put air in my tires. I was looking for a specific part and he looked on eBay and other websites to accommodate my request since the store couldn’t order the one I wanted. Also since transit closed on lower Greenville this store has been my go to for my not so usual bike configuration. Will continue to go there 100%. Go local!!

Reliable service. RBM has always serviced my bikes and given good feedback about how to care for them. If the issue is minor, staff will fix while I wait. This is a huge value especially if I run into a problem biking around White Rock Lake. I can pull into the shop and know they will get me back on the road quickly.

Best bike shop Ive been to yet. Only docking a star because they had zero 19 frame mountain bikes, but I understand theres a run on them because of the pandemic. Even though they were only letting in a few at a time, salesman did not try to force me out, stayed with me making recommendations and informing me of brands and upgrades for the future. Really appreciate the attentiveness and knowledge. Will be back for my next bike.

Every time i go they guys that work in the shop have a bad attitude with me and don’t seem happy to help at all when i ask questions they act annoyed never want to go there sometimes i have to because it’s the closest thing highly recommend going to a different shop if you need a fix on your bike. The bike there are good and they have most every piece of equipment and tools i need.

We left two bicycles for a tune-up and they were returned in record time. Customer service was superb, and the bicycles ride smoothly again! Thank you!

My bike got stolen recently so I had to purchase a new one right away. I headed to RBM, passing two other bike stores on the way there, and as always got the help that I needed. Joe was very efficient at finding me a bike that suited me and that was in my price range. If you have been bicycle shopping lately, you know that isn’t easy. They didn’t have the bike for me in store, but not to worry, Joe had it there in about 24 hours. Highly recommend this place for bikes, accessories and wonderful customer service. Not pushy at all, but they definitely want to make sure each and every customer is super satisfied. Thank you Joe and Richardson Bike Mart!!!!
