I literally worked here for three weeks and witnessed OSHA violations such as forklifts smoking and operators smoking cigarettes while driving the lifts .The multiple roof leaks soaks the product in rain.The supervisor Jason threatened a vender that hell get his pistol(Glock) if he kept not following orders and not getting terminated or in any trouble afterwards.The vending machine maintenance guys laugh about knowing the machines take people money because they dont actually fix them to work so that it continues to take people money.That explains why when customers complain they have attitudes.If customers saw where the food is stocked they would never eat from those machines .

They are the most innovative, customer service friendly vending company I have ever worked with. Not like other big corporate vending companies, they make decisions at the local level and cater to your special needs. You feel like you are dealing with the business owner next door but has the financial backing of a very large corporation!

Their machines steal money more than they actually vendor items correctly. Ripped off twice in 5 min, one machine right after another. All I wanted was a Dr Pepper. Never again, Canteen, never again.

Called and spoke with Rachel who was COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL. I simply asked her for the number to their Austin location and she told me to Google It. When I asked if SHE can provide me with the number, she placed me on hold and HUNG UP THE PHONE. When I called back and they transferred me to her, she failed to answer. If you need ANY TYPE of assistance from this location, DO NOT speak with Rachel. Canteen is about to lose a valuable customer over her poor customer service.
