Very fast, cool people. Docks are extremely tight though. Other than that I’d gladly come again.

Receiving docks for big trucks are tight tight other then that the employees are kind enough.

I own my small trucking company and deliver beer OFTEN (weekly during summer). I’m guessing I have been to 20 distributors. Most are quick, efficient, even friendly. Unfortunately that is not true here. Security DESPERATELY needs training on how to deal with people respectfully. St Louis corporate will receive a call about my experience here...

One truck at a time is the policy here, wait at the curb outside the facility for your turn to check in. Most times the lady will come to you before you pull into the facility to get your truck information. Will take you in before your appointment time. Easy in easy out.

Somewhat easy on and of . Overnight parking on the west side on riverside street. The guard is not a pain she just has no signs on the road. When you pull in pull up to the red cone. If someone is there stay on the street till you can pull up. Showed up 7 30 for a 8 appt. Got a door right away

I got to there facility at 10pm to stay overnight the guard was super friendly he told me the parking area for over night was down the road on riverside very quiet area!!!

Receiving is at dock 14 around the back. Receiving starts at 7am. Park on the street, the gaurd will come get you and tell you what to do. NO OVERNIGHT PARKING.

Called to Make to see if there was an earlier appointment then what was scheduled, I was transferred to the receiving department, And spoke to a female rep on the other end. Who was extremely rude with her tone of voice and unprofessional. I got the sound that they did not like there job and did not want to be bothered by anyone. Be cautious when calling . Can get you bright day to start with a shock of attitude,

I’m a owner operator (Ashleys Trucking) out of Denver Colorado. I’ve been to Ben e Keith location in Dallas three times in a row. I’ve never had a issue with this facility. The security guard is always helpful and friendly! I’ll more than likely be returning to this facility. Easy in and easy out. Thank youChad Ashley

Everywhere you deliver they tell you turn off the engine and there are clear signs where to park check in or to check in before you pull in, not here, and the security guard gets upset when you dont follow the rules that are not posted

I wontb to say this location is big. The staff if friendly they fast unloding. They could do the sercurity lady a big favor and put signs up for us drivers. She pretty fast tho but she should not have to almost break her neck to stop a truck because their no signs or instruction on how to procced. I didnt know where i was going and thought i was lost. I first thought she was being rude but she was doing her job when she stopped me from entering until she finished the other drive.Get more signs yall making it hard for us driversand ur sercurity lady

Horrible this place, TRUCKER DO NOT come drop off here. Security is disrespectful, they treat driver very rude. I approached to ask a question and closed the door in my face. This is the United States, I dont know why they have such nasty people working here. They should teach her what respect is. In addition to that they take a long time to unload and you will have to move out from the trailer by yourself all the plastic parts that are put to the load...

Lady at the check in, very rude!! Acting like she is the boss! She do not want to listen to you, just start to yell, without any reason.. lady, you need to chill out, if you are miserable don’t try to make us to!Would definitely not come back here again, to go again through the same stress with her..

Great place huge warehouseFriendly staff. Lady at gate house help me get unload fast to get to my wife who had a heart attack. She also got me numbers to the hospital where my wife was at

The lady working the guard shack needs serious help I read the reviews before coming and every single person was right she was yelling because I came at 6:45am but I have appt at 7am 🤦🏻‍♂️😂 then asked can I read and I said yes she then grabs a paper off the table and shows it to me for literally 2-3 seconds and closes door in my face Wish I could have recorded how this lady acted so disrespectful

Guard person is humble & very respectful lady. Docks are very tight & absolutely non practical specially when a truck is hocked up with the trailer.

If i can i would give them 0 Starts,this place is terrible and if you want avoid wasting your time and wait there for ever,DO NOT DEL there ,Drivers please avoid this place at any cost !!!!

Truckers! The docks are on Hinton street-theres a guard shack at the entrance.Your typical inhumane place for truckers. Rude lady at the guard shack, very narrow docks (plenty of turning space to back, however).Dock people will not inform you when they are finished so you must wait on their pleasure....and keep checking with them.I will turn down loads to this facility...not worth the aggravation.

Have worked with a company serving BEK for 3 years, they are very dedicated to quality, and service from the customers they serve to the service companies performing work at their locations.

Load is here and to much attitude here not unloading me Ministry of Labour & FMCSA must take Action about why they dont unload drivers when they get here 24 hours waiting 😡😠

Very bad customer to make deliveries. They dont receive anyone until 7:00 am and the security guard is disrespectful. I arrived at 6:00 the time of my Appointment and they did not receive me until 7:00 am and they finished at 5:00 pm. Very bad service and treatment towards OTR Drivers. Forced I give it a star because Google requires it but I would not give it anything.

I dont know if the beer they sell will be good but to reverse at the docks it is a real problem if you have it between two trucks that are already in place. In short, a total disaster. Now I have to wait for someone of them to leave so that I can then get on the dock they assigned me. GARBAGE PLACE

This Budweiser company, the employees who unload the trailers that arrive from other states, unfortunately, are people who do not explain to the drivers, the things they have to do, and they want us to water them and if not, they do not unload us ... Now it is their job and we do it, they have a bad attitude starting with the Security Guard ... they have bad behavior with all the drivers who arrive.
