Horrible customer service. WOULD NOT listen to my concern(complaint) over the phone. Continually talked over me, telling me him and his team were professionals. He told me hes sold 20 or 30 more of the beds I have since my purchase with no other issues or complaints so my kids must have broken them. He said hes been doing business for over 25 years and never had a complaint. Then told me that he remembered me coming in three weeks earlier complaining about my purchase and Ive never sat a foot in the store, my husband handled our purchase. When I told him that, and pointed out that he had just lied about never having complaints because the person he remembered clearly wasnt me. He continued to tell me how professional him and his team were and how my kids damaged the bad.

I purchased from them years ago my bedroom set, and here recently for my living room set. Reasonable prices, great customer service and they also deliver and set up.

DONT EVER GO TO THIS PLACE I BROUGHT A MATTRESS FROM THEM BACK IN MARCH ANDI CALLED EVERY MONTH UNTIL NOW BECAUSE I DIDNT MOVE IN MY APARTMENT YET AND NOW THEYRE SAYING THEY DELIVERED MY MATTRESS AND THAT IM LYING ABOUT THEM NOT DELIVERING IT THEY HAVE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THEY LIE ABOUT EVERYTHING DO NOT GO TO THEM
