This is probably the biggest beauty supply I have ever visited in my life. It definitely is a one stop shop. One day I plan to walk through the entire store. Definitely will need tennis shoes for that. Took a few pics of the eye lash aisle, bonnet/shower cap HUGE selection, every color/print you could imagine & part of the wig selection.

Spring Twist! The hair I purchased to install this style is in the pictures. This store has the best prices on hair products and have some amazing sales on all type of hair. The store is well organized and fair priced. Check em out

I wish I could leave 0 stars. Employees were rude and all seemed to have an attitude for no apparent reason.I walked in and instantly received rude glares. I waited in line behind 2 people until it was my turn then when I approached the register I asked to speak with a manager (I came in after being invited for an interview) When I asked if there was a manager there I could speak to, the cashier roller her eyes and went to another cashier to tell them I needed a manager. They began snickering and then another cashier walked over and asked why I needed a manager. I informed her I was there for an interview but wasnt sure who I was meeting with. The original cashier was giving dirty looks the entire time I spoke and it was totally uncalled for. Honestly everyone at the register looked unprofessional and like they wanted to be somewhere else. I didnt even stay for my interview because I had already felt uncomfortable just from walking in LOL I would never want to work in a place with such ill-mannered staff. Do better. How do you even work at a BEAUTY SUPPLY store and your hair isnt done. Do better ladies.

This business does have a large inventory, but customer service can be rated at a -10. I was there on Saturday to buy styrofoam heads. The price marked was $3.99, but I was told they had increased the price to $5.99 and would not honor the posted price. The so-called manager was very rude; she refused to let me speak with someone who could have helped. This violates the Federal Trade Act for truth in advertising. I will be filing a formal claim with the FTC.

Very large store! Many brands some that others do not. Prices a little high on some items. Very large selection of hair and wigs with various price ranges. Need a few more nail items such as the french manicure kits. Staff pretty helpful. Be sure to have your fifty cent ready for a wig cap to try on up to five wings. Would be awesome if they had online shopping

They have a lot of great deals and a varietyof items! I have to say though, if you go two hours after they open, you will be in line for awhile and possibly a witness to someone trying to take items out of the store without paying. Dont fret though, the police are always there.

It’s always the African Americans that always give us a bad name. The customer service is horrible and it’s not the owners but the workers. I have visited this place since it opened. However, based on how I was treated today I will not go back. I am looking for beauty supply that will have better service. If I could give it a 0 I would . I REFUSE TO PATRONIZE THIS ESTABLISHMENT AGAIN.

As usual this store is very well stocked. We purchased bows for the girls, haircolor and and hair dresser creme. Brought my family from out of town and they loved it would definitely return.

I saw a displayed wig that I tested and liked it, so I decided to buy a new one but when I got home, the wig they gave me was totally different from from the one one I liked.I came back to the store to lay my complaint and the 2 female managers where not helpful at all. They were so rude and very inconsiderate and I paid $135.00 for the wig and i had to leave it there for them.I aint going back there.

I love this store. Every time I come to Dallas from Minnesota Jenny is first on the list. I think you should accommodate the handicap and seniors the store is to big not to have electronic shopping carts for those that have mobility issues thats why I gave you 3 stars.

This is my second time coming to this location and the attitudes of the cashiers are beyond horrible. There are literally 4 to 5 cashiers behind the counter sitting down doing absolutely nothing and about 7 customers in line waiting to check out. They look at us and continue to talk and laugh etc. One of them literally turned her back while at the register while another walks away from her register just to not check me out. Another stands at her register and just talk to the other 3 or 4 that is sitting down. I try to support places such as this because they keep our community employed but I’d drive all the way to Supreme in Arlington before I spend another dime here. At least Supreme’s cashiers and floor crew ask if you need any assistance. This place has a nice variety of things, but your cashiers can use some Customer Service Etiquette.

Its so true the girls who work up front are rude ,act as if they are doing you a favor by waiting on you. The owners dont care because they all have the same attitude! When I do go which is not often I always say Im going to pray for this place. It needs standards not none caring associates or owners .

I love to shop at Jennys mainly because of the variety of hair care products weave and wigs. This is also a fashion store as you can buy clothing accessories and shoes. But my favorite is all of the makeup and cosmetic choices for every type of complexion and budget. Also they have the largest selection of eyelashes reasonably priced than any other retailer. Staff are professional and eager to assist. They have also done an excellent job in requiring masks and enforcing social distancing.

You can pretty much find everything you need for your hair at Jenny Beauty. If she sold bacon and milk it would be a 1 stop shop. She has all the latest products. She has great customer service and is diligent in her efforts giving back to the local community with scholarships, toy drives and turkey dinners for the holidays. She is reasonably priced. One of the largest shops with 4 locations. She partners with the community which is one reason I work with her and she also has a black customer service and cashier team.

Love shopping there. I can always find what I am looking for.

This is the largest beauty supply store Ive ever been to. 58 aisles of hair products, hair accessories, and hair. They now have three discount wigs sections; however the downside is that they ask that you do not try on discount wigs but you pick them up and look at them. The regular wigs are fair game. They typically have great customer service. I always ask for help due to the sheer size of the store. You can be in the for days but the employees can point you in the right direction. This is honestly a tourist attraction in my opinion.

This store is big as heck!!! I promise it’s the grocery store for hair products! They have everything. Came here for the first time, will definitely be my go to from here on out.

This place is a football field long and wide. They have everything for woman from soup to nuts. I have never seen so many wigs in my life. They even have booths with stylists to make your dream come true.

I arrived at Jennys Beauty Supply on 4343 Gannon Lane Dallas ,Tx 75237 to look for a new wig. However ,when I went to go browse the variety of wig options, they said I could not try on the wigs because I have my natural hair braided. She goes on to further state that when women have braids and try on the wigs they tend to stretch the lace on the wigs and break the product. However they did not specify what type of braids are not allowed so the general term braids includes:natural hair braided back into cornrows,braids with synthetic hair, and natural individual braids . The specific issue I am having is the fact their new policy is discriminating against the very demographic they are marketing to. I ,like most women try on those wigs because wigs serve as a protective style to preserve our natural hair.So I dont have a problem with the store itself, but I do have a problem with the policy that they have in effect knowing they are in a African American demographically inclined area solution to this problem would be to change the clearly tone deaf and insensitivitie that descriminating against the very demographic they market to and make their revenue off of .

Jennys is not black owned! I am guilty of shopping there. The owners are rude and disrespectful. I wouldnt have given them one star but its the only way I could comment. They employ black counter girls and they should since its black women making them rich. I vowed I would never go to that store again the last time I was there. I was looking online for black owned beauty supply stores and what pops up, Jennys. I give them zero star.

My daughter and I arrived here 30 minutes to closing time this evening. I knew what kind of hair I wanted, but being that Im not knowledgeable when it comes to weave hair, I was using the incorrect verbiage when asking for it. A tiny woman at the counter, was very rude when I tried to inquire with her about the type of hair I wanted. Then Marnika came and started helping us! Even though they made announcements about the store closing, Marnika was patient with us and helped choose everything we needed. Then we got to the counter and the cashier with the curly green hair made checking out easy.

First time going. I went to find a clip in for a wedding. Went with a friend and it’s amazing. So many different choices of assortments. Really cool place! I plan to go back. Loved the different choices.

This is a mega beauty supply store. There are a lot of options. Customer service is not their speciality.

Jenny beauty supply is better than most because of the wide.variety of items. If they dont have what you need you can be sure to find something else that will meet your need.

I came in bought 2 bundle if braid hair wet n wavy. The hair started raveling and rearing to shredded could not even use that hair. Waste of money I also asked the cashier could she open the package so I could see the quality of the hair she answered no. So I purchased the hair because my appointment was the following day. I will never purchase human braid hair from Jenny ever again

I was spending over 150 in products not including hair and the Chinese staff is very rude and would not assist in finding one product I needed. Customer service is definitely trash.

This store has a wide variety of hair products and tools along with makeup. The diverse selection can actually be overwhelming to scan through. I easily can send an hour or so here. I usually get my lashes here at a great price of either $0.99 or $2.99. However the friendliness of customer service and knowledge about the availability of products can improve. Parking can be annoying with people parking over the lines and taking up two spaces but I guess that’s not the store’s fault. When I need hair products at a decent price and various options to choose from, I come here. They have lots of wigs and hairs to choose from for extensions as well. TOne more thing. I was told today July 18, 2018 that the store changed owners so many lines they previously sold are no longer going to be ordered. One of those brands is Obia Naturals😕

Enormous inventory which is a plus! However, the atmosphere is straight club...every customer does not listen to that type music being played. Ive seen customers dancing to the music while looking at wigs, hair color, relaxer, etc. Jennys, why is it necessary to have it so loud? I couldnt even find what I was looking for, because my anxiety increased because of the noise level & atmosphere. I wont be back!

Ive been to a lot of beauty supply stores and this is yet by far the best store of course is not owned by African-Americans however the people that work there are very nice at times except for some of the cashiers but you can find any and everything theyre great ideas they have cameras throughout the store that shows you how to put weaves in or create a certain hairstyle about every three months they have a vendors special where hair vendors come in and give out free samples and do testings and demonstrations this is a great store great prices is comparable actually I believe its a little less than a lot of others Ive been to and its great music so if you ever want to get away and enjoy come to Jennys this store is in an old Super Target store so just imagine how large it is its a beautiful thing Happy Hair

I’m a barbershop business owner and I can never receive help or even descent customer service. Let me start by saying I generally LOVE jennys great wigs , great prices, variety of products pretty huge for a beauty supply store. I especially love the wigs honestly they can last a very long time. With proper care and maintenance.Now their “human “ hair bundles specifically the Jenny brand .Unless you plan to not process them or change the color they are ok for a cheap price.Definitely mixed remi hair not 100 percent human and the natural color was under a level 40 of blonde me hair lightener and developer for an hour and at best it became a dark brown.The hair held up in quality so there’s that .The 613 SHEDS. More than a client with alopecia . It’s good for a week maybe if you do nothing to it and sleep sitting up without touching the hair .I tried to love this hair I really did .I used it for three different clients with different lifestyles and on myself and yeah it sucks.Really that’s the nicest way I can put it. I does pick up toner quickly as does it wash out quickly. It mattes up even in a hair wrap over night.I’m really bothered that they recommended the Jenny brand to me . Clients invest in their hair and it’s like they are being cheated .I personally will go back to using she’s happy hair exclusively for installs it’s more but you get what you pay for at the end of the day .

Huge sizes for little prices should be their tagline! Ive been shopping at Jennys for years. This SUPERstore has every haircare product you could need or want. If they dont have it then it doesnt exist! The staff is very helpful and nice. If you have time to peruse the store, it will probably take a couple of hours. Short on time, the staff will point you in the right direction. I jokingly told one of the staff the place needs a map! But the knowledgeable staff are human maps. The distance is worth it!

Today, there were two cashiers that were leisurely talking to each other and the other one was texting on her phone while another customer and I waited. Everytime I visited the store the workers always knew where I could locate an item I was looking for.I value being treated as a VIP every visit. I am a educator and I teach our student population to be respected and provide quality customer service. This store chain is by far the best Ive ever been to. So many things sold here. Ive been to different states hair stores and Jennys have them beat. Clothing, shoes, hats, purses, perfume, ive never seen so many different types of lashes and of course, hair galore. You can come here with a few dollars and get a full make over! Thanks yall

11/03/2020After today I will not be shopping with them again. I asked the girl with glasses that was behind the counter over by the wigs in the front for help around 1pm... & when I said excuse me to ask her a question she yelled, “WHAT”!? I went to ask two other people for help and they act as if they didn’t want to help either. I gladly left & went to Supreme Beauty Supply. I wish I would have checked the reviews before hand - I would have seen that this is becoming common with them. Jenny I’ve been coming to your stores since the 90’s and know you personal do not treat your customers this way- Please train your employees on the importance of providing good customer service at all times. When you treat your customers well they are happy to continue coming back to do business with you.
