AMAZING!! They did a fantastic job installing a gorgeous flag at our home!! It is strong, beautiful, and will last for years. I highly recommend Flag Systems if you want a fantastic setup. Get the lights, rotating truck, and the tamper-resistant lock box and channel—the only way to go. The customer service and installation was exceptional. Couldn’t be happier!

Great company to work with! I wanted a professional flagpole for my home in Garland and Flag Systems delivered. They helped me choose the right pole for my home at the right price. About 5 days before the install Flag Systems called Texas 811 (Dig-Tess) to have my lines located and make sure everything was by code. The install crew was great, friendly and hardworking. They removed my old pole, hauled it off and installed my new pole. From start to finish the company has been professional and great to work with. They told me if the pole should lean or I have any problems to give them a call and they would help me.

I hired this company to move our flagpoles at our office. We currently had 6 flagpoles, which we were going to go down to just one. Made an agreement with them to remove the 6 poles from their current location, then install one of them in a new location. When they arrived they decided to cut my pole off at the ground shortening it 4 feet without consulting me prior to making my pole shorter. When I questioned them about it, they agreed they would correct the mistake by building a concrete base above ground. While they did build the base they then did not make the base plumb. So we now have this monster piece of unleveled concrete that is the focal point of our main entrance into our business. I called and tried to speak with them. They admitted the guy installing messed up, and they would correct it and make it right. I have been given 5 dates in the last two months that they would arrive to correct this. Each time they no call no show. I would not currently recommend this company if you are looking for professional work.

They delivered and installed a great product.Their service has been great. Shortly after install one of the flags became loose.I called and the were out the next day to fix.One of the outstanding services include a special trip to lower the flag to half mast in honor of George Bush. I was out of town and tenants were complaining. I text the installer. He went and lowered it for us.Awesome

Michael and his team at Flag Systems did a great job of installing a new flagpole at our location. It was replacing an older, telescoping model that did not hold up well in the wind. Michael helped us select a pole that fit our budget and looked great as well. Very happy with the service!

Great price and excellent service. Installed a 35 flag at DreamWash Frisco in a day. Hired to installed a 40 at another location. Very responsive by email which helps alot. James is great to deal with and even offered swap out pole if it wasnt tall enough. Great customer service!

Very pushy! No respect to the custmer when needing more time to figure out what I want. Did not want to take the time to give me other options. I went with the OTHER Flag company, more friendly.

Called one other company, they did not call me back until , the next day, this company answered the phone, and was very helpful on picking out the 20 foot top of line residential flag pole and flags, great office staff, to installing crew, prouduct looks great installed in my front yard, very proffesinal company!

The installers were were professional. There were some hiccups but got thru them and now have a very nice flagpole installed. thank you!
