Tried going to the Plano store and they were not very helpful. I decided not to give up and try another store. Reading the reviews of yours store, you have to let Michael help you out! Within 15 minutes he found what I needed and was able to get the everything installed the next day. Michael is easy to work with and full of great suggestions and a positive attitude. Definitely will be coming back to get more stuff done at the store!

I google this place and trusted the reviews. I spoke with Eric Galaviz over the phone. The time I called they were really busy and he asked if he can call me back later. Guess what??? He actually called back!!!! He was so nice and friendly. He quoted me a price, made appt, and accepted payment via phone. Once arrived for appt the energy was still the same from a week ago! He was still really nice, friendly, and welcoming. Once my car was finished there was NO extra money owed just like he said. I love a company who keep their word. I will most definitely recommend this place to anyone. Oh and I got running boards installed that I did not purchase from them. Another plus !

I purchased my 2019 GMC Sierra SLT in April of this year 2021 with 31000 miles on ii from a local Ford dealership.The truck was outfitted by 4WP in Dallas, Tx on Riverfront Blvd with a 6 inch Pro Comp lift kit with Amp steps and 22x 10 Fuel Chrome rims and 35x 12.5 TOYO Open Country tires. After my purchase I started to have an issue with the lift kit . I contacted the manager Gus Santamaria at 4WP and made him aware of my issue. Gus did not hesitate and immediately assisted and help resolved my issue with my lift kit. As a disabled Combat veteran, I would like to commend Gus and his entire staff for standing by their products and their Company and making customer care a priority. Thank you Gus, your staff and technicians that helped resolved my issue with my lift kit.

It’s hard to find a place the takes upmost pride in there work and is competitive in pricing. I’ve had two of my vehicles in and had re-gearing and other things done. I do most work to my vehicles and have a hard time putting trust into a shop. I called several times and had way to many questions and I’m sure to the point they were annoyed, they never showed signs of not wanting to take my call and answer all questions and addressing any concerns I may have. They scheduled me in, completed the work in the time promised, no extra or surprise charges. When I picked the vehicles I of course went over the work and it was perfect. They have earned a customer for life!

I have built my jeep wrangler up from wheels, tires, lifts, bumpers, winches and lighting from 4wp! They have been very down to earth to talk to about all my questions or issues. I would highly recommend checking this place out for any of your builds!

I chose to take my business to 4 wheels, because I thought they were a professional outfit. But after the experience I had with them, I must say they are not.Bought a ( Go rhino ) rear bumper had it installed by 4 wheels and was told by them that it would take approximately 1/12 to 2 hrs, turn out to be 5 hrs. When I got home I’ll revise the work they did, come to find out they didn’t put all the bolts and nuts that should’ve been installed with the bumper.I had to go to the auto parts and buy some.( I have pictures )I would not recommend 4 wheels to my family or friends, I also had planned to do my front bumper and other work on my truck, but now I’m be taking my business elsewhere!I hope this helps someone else because you don’t need the grieve when you’re trying to enjoy spending money on your truck!

Purchased some rims. I had a problem with the transaction. Discussed with the manager (Ryan), in the end we agreed to disagree. None-the-less he was more than willing to make it right to the point of what I consider a loss on his part. I chose not to go that path. I wont go into details to avoid possible attempted scams on the business. One of his quotes to me was that he feels his staff busts their a___ for him. From what I saw, I would tend to agree. He has a hard working team.

Michael (Sales) and David (Service MGR) have been very knowledgable, helpful, and provided excellent customer service as I have continued to modify my Jeep. The work that they have done is high quality and professional with excellent attention to detail. I would have zero hesitation to let them grind and modify my custom ride.

Called to get a quote for a 450$ RC 2.5 inch lift kit that included new springs , shocks/struts for front and back, spacer/shackle front and back, gave part number and he said sure we can do that for 600. I was like..... Ok perfect.. and then called back before going down there and asked exactly what they were doing for just 600, and it was just a front spacer kit. I asked what it would cost for the actual parts I asked for and he said 1500 minimum. Thats when I called another dallas location and was told not only could they get the parts for less, but the total would be 1000$.

Honestly I have no idea if they do good work here or not. That’s because after 4 attempts at scheduling an appointment to have new springs installed on my truck, I gave up. Each time I called, they wanted to doubt what I was asking for and diagnose the problem themselves. The first couple times I was very appreciative of this and thanked them. One time a guy asked me to take pictures of my current springs and send them to him via text so he could contact the manufacturer to see if they were under warranty. I did just that but never heard from him again. Bottom line I didn’t care what springs they put in as long as they were for a 6” lift. Fabtech, skyjacker I really didn’t care. I didn’t care about the cost. I didn’t care if I really had an issue with my current springs or not. I literally just wanted to schedule an appointment to have new springs installed in my truck and I was unable to do that. These guys are nice. They seem knowledgeable. But if you aren’t looking for advice and you know what you want already you may have a tough time getting these extremely nice guys to do it. I’m sorry for leaving a bad review this is actually the first time in my life I felt compelled to do this. I’ve never seen anything like it before.

These guys installed my icon stage 2 suspension wrong. The front sway bar was rubbing and the sway bar relocation kit had been mostly discarded and in place of spacers they just used some oversized nuts they had laying around. They put my factory skid plate back on using more trash bolts they had laying around the shop and when they didnt fit right they just threw in some trash washers.They installed my lift wrong and then when I took it back to make it right they couldnt find the issue. I go to pick it up and they tell me they backed it into a pole IN THE SHOP. They sent it to the dealership to have new parts installed and painted then acted like they were doing me a huge favor by repairing the damage.If youre looking for professionals to install your parts dont waste your time here. Youre better off installing it yourself.

The location for Toyotas! Most places focus on domestic trucks (Chevy, Ford, etc). This location has experts for both. Highly recommend this location for any of your 4x4 needs.Michael Mitchell is your guy. He spent quality time with Toyotas and his knowledge shows. I came in with my 2012 FJ Cruiser. The previous lift was done poorly, and Michael spent the time with me to walk me through the parts, changes, and any other questions I had. He listened to what I was looking for and followed through. He also was able to expedite the parts and work by 2-3 weeks faster than other shops, enabling me to break in the truck and make any necessary adjustments before a big off-road trip to Colorado. The rest of the crew at this location is great as well, as they handled the service when Michael was gone.

I haven’t been to another location but the crew here is amazing. A bolt on my lower control arm came out while I was driving and I ended up stranded on the side of their building by luck when my wheel gave out. Around 6 of their guys came out to the side of the building with a jack and tools and had me fixed in less than 5 minutes. I know if this would have happened anywhere else I would have had to get it towed and waited a few days at least just to get it looked at. By the way this happened on Christmas Eve a couple of hours before they closed early for the holidays and they still went above and beyond to get me on back on the road. These guys are awesome. David, Ryan, Michael, Gus, and the rest of the guys up there. Highly recommended

They did a great job installing a hidden wrench system and lift kit that I bought from them and also installed some aftermarket skid plates that I ordered from another vendor onto my 2019 4RUNNER. I am happy with their service as well. They were referred to me by WrapExperts in Forney.

Ive shopped with 4WP at several different stores in North Texas (3 sets of tires in 4 years for different vehicles). My most recent visit was 4/12/2019 for tires on an F250. The manager at Dallas, Ryan, is the gold standard in customer service. Every time Im in, my order/service is processed quickly and thoroughly and communication is perfectly clear. He and his team work closely and I can tell they enjoy what they do. 4 Wheel Parts needs to do everything in their power to keep this team happy. Monday January 21 2019. I went over to this store to pickup a $1000 refrigerator freezer for my truck (18 wheeler) Steve was very helpful and professional. I purchased the ARB 50 quart 12 volt refrigerator. I will post another review in 60 days about product.UPDATE SUNDAY APRIL 7 2019My $1000 fridge freezer still going strong. Best purchase Ive made in years for a cooler.Yes its expensive but the money you save on food will pay for the cooler in 6 months.Im a trucker. I drive a 18 wheeler over the road.

They have absolutely anything and everything for your 4x4! I picked up some fabulousSpeaker LED headlights at the warehouse. The warehouse must be 100yds long and each row of parts must have been 50’ high! It’s a sight to see!

Ive tried to use this shop several times for various things and every time, the customer service is terrible and the labor prices are as much as 3x higher than other shops. This place is a waste of time, there are plenty of other shops around that actually care about what they are doing and have enough work to price things reasonably.

Worst experience. Had my truck for 2 days for new rims. Called me to tell me it much worse. Now I need a new front end.... Awesome. Quoted me over $7000 to fix the issue. I took it for a second opinion and this shop found other WORSE issues in 5 seconds... These guys didnt even mention it... However, this new shops quote for a whole new lift, new breaks, new rims, and all labor was cheaper than 4WAP. I will never be ripped off by them. i have found my shop!

I dont even know why I bother to buy parts here. Overpriced, phones always ringing, theyre swamped, no smiles, and its always, its all we can do. Gave me the wrong part as well... They also show everything online un stock... but, theyre not in control of their website.Im a small business owner, and my ratings are a lot higher than this company. Wrong part was in a box I received. Now Im driving to their warehouse, where theyre not able to confirm if it is indeed in stock.These guys are definitely overworked and productivity is minimal.I changed my rating from 2 stars, to 1. Part is NOT at location they sent me too. *****ing goose chase. 40 min later in traffic, and 25 miles one way.
