Gabriela and her team did a FANTASTIC job with my Honda Accord after I got rear-ended. They got me an aftermarket bumper at an affordable price and the paint job looked good as new! They even fixed up a few scratches above and around the bumper with the extra paint and Gabriela ordered new letters for the Accord that look AWESOME. I hope not to get in any other fender benders, but if I do, Im definitely going straight back to Value Collision!

I took my car in for some minor hail damage but they went above and beyond and gave my whole car a paint job and new stripes! They even fixed my door which had a dent in it and fit it all under my deductible! Got in my first car accident and after meeting Gabriela I knew Value Collision was where I wanted to do business, Gabriela was super nice, caring and professional. This place is absolutely amazing and have surpassed my expectations. I got in a minor fender bender, with someone who didn’t have any insurance, I thought surely I was going into a nightmare of auto repair. Gaby the owner was able to get me in the next day, I have a Mercedes Benz so I knew my car would take a little longer because of the parts, but I was so wrong. I had my car back and almost as new within a few days. Not only is this place extremely friendly and will treat you like family but the job the did was truly amazing! My 2008 Nissan Xterra got rear ended. Took it to Value Collision and it was fixed up with a new rear bumper in less than 24 hours. Reasonable pricing didnt even need to shop the quote around. They fixed my driver side window motor as well while they were at it. Thanks Gaby and team!

Ill never bring my car anyplace else for bodywork. They always turn a negative into a positive. They deal with the insurance company so you dont have to. My insurance company promised me a rental then didnt return my calls, the shop had my insurance on speed dial and got me squared with a rental. They always return my car looking better than it did before it was damaged. I cant say enough about the high quality of service.

I highly recommend this shop! It is a bit tucked away and unassuming, but Gabriela will go ABOVE AND BEYOND for her customers. Right off the bat, she ordered me an Uber so I could go back to my office. I had a lot of issues with my insurance company and lien holder Kia. She did not hesitate to correspond with both myself, and my mother the policy owner every step of the way. Together we were able to get all the issues resolved, and she even stuck up for me when the insurance company had questions about the legitimacy of my appraisal. She has a great repertoire with insurance companies so she can really help you. My car looks great, and they even vacuumed and washed my car. I came into the shop with an unfortunate fender bender and was told not to worry that all would be taken care of. They handled the insurance and my came back looking better than new in less than a couple of weeks! I am 100% satisfied with the work done on my car and would definitely recommend them to anyone needing body work!

I had a wonderful experience with Value Collision Center. Less than 24 hours after calling them, they were onsite to look at my damage and provide estimates. Value Collision Center was able to pick up my vehicle from my location, and return it as well. They had my car for less than 2 business days, and it looked brand new when completed! I would definitely recommend Value Collision Center, and am happy to say that I have a local place that I can go to moving forward if work is needed.

Ive used this company on two occasions and each time the work has been EXCELLENT. In the latest incident, someone hit the front passenger side of my wifes car. The car could not be driven so we had it towed to the Mercedes dealership. I received an estimate from Mercedes for front end damage.....the quote was astronomical. I was unsure whom to call since I didnt want to let just anyone work on the car. I recalled VCC had repaired the front bumper the previous year so I gave them a call. Gabby sent a tow truck to pick up the vehicle from Mercedes the next morning and began working on the vehicle immediately. Gabby initially said it would take two weeks to repair but they had the car back to me in 7 days!!!There is no sign the vehicle was ever damaged. I recommend VCC to anyone in need of collision repair. The customer service and work are second to none.

THE best body shop in the metroplex, not even close. This place takes care of everything at an extremely high level, from Gabbys customer service to your vehicle and its repairs. My car was backed into while parked in Deep Ellum and the bumper, headlights and hood were all damaged. There was no doubt who I was going to take my car to for repairs, for a SECOND time. I had a similar incident happen a couple of years ago and I chose VCC then, and it made my decision that much easier this time around. Theres no better proof of customer satisfaction then repeat business.

VCC is my go to place when I need body work done. I came here on two occasions and Gabby was sooo cooperative and satisfied my needs. The last incident I had, I ran into a orange cone and messed up my front bumper pretty bad. This happened on a Wednesday night. I texted gabby and told her I needed my car ASAP and she guaranteed that if I bought it to her early Thursday, my car would be done Saturday morning. Indeed it was! Thanks, Gabby! I am so glad I chose Value Collision Center! Gabriela was wonderful! On short notice she was able to get my estimate via email and arrange a rental car (with an upgrade and a great price) and took care of all the details with my insurance company who tried to get her to use lesser (cheaper quality) parts but she fought for me and I sent me text updates letting me know about the status of my car, I never had to worry. Being a woman its nice to go to a shop with a female owner who knows how to make good deals and looks out for fellow women. My car looks great and I recommend VCC to everyone looking for a collision center. My insurance had other collision centers but they had bad reviews Value Collision Center had the best reviews and since I could take my car to any shop I definitely wanted to go to the best! After crumpling one of the crumple zones on my Infiniti G35, I was worried the car wouldnt look or feel right again. I found VCC on the internet, the only place with 5 star reviews, and contacted Gabriela. I got prompt service and a great quote on repairs that beat the dealership AND other shops as well. The workmanship is excellent! All the panels, doors, hood, etc line up PERFECTLY, like new, with no hint of being in a collision. I was worried about the drivers door, which wouldnt open, but after repair I cannot tell it was damaged at all! The new paint and the old paint match perfectly, and the car LOOKS BETTER than before the accident. Im in love with my girlfriend again :)
