My 2008 Dodge Dakota pickup bed was restored to like new condition by Service King on Reeder Road in NW Dallas. Dennis Kuhn was my Service Advisor and he kept me informed the entire time my truck was in repair. He did an outstanding job of estimating the damage and time needed to properly repair my truck. There were numerous challenges obtaining the parts required for the repair, each time Dennis kept me aware. In the end Service King and Dennis were able to repair the damage faster than estimated and well below the quoted price.

Had my BMW 528i front fender fixed. The service was fantastic. Friendly and prompt, kept me updated, helped get the rental car (even Enterprise put me in a 328i). They have a rating system where if they do not achieve a 10 on their satisfaction rating, they lose bonus. That goes for the service advisor as well as the shop. They work for it, and they really took car of the car. They are probably on all major insurance plans as a preferred vendor. I would certainly give them a go. My car came out great!

In my lifetime this is the one of the worst service center I have ever been not just staff the general manager he is one of the useless guy I have ever spoke. I been this location last week met a lady I spoke to them very gently they were not able to resolve my issue and asked me to call on Monday.When I called them on Monday general manager Chris was on line he said he will get back to me the very next day but I have no response and then I called them today to check about it I got a lady on call and asked about manager but she said he was busy i told her that Im gonna visit the store in 5 minutes as I disconnected my call immediately I got a call from manager Chris and he was showing such a attitude he told me if I go to the store he will call cops I was like what the hell he told me that I was rude to their staff which surprised me and he was trying to cover his mistakes saying that he never told me to call me the next day and I really would like to talk some one who is really superior to him and I want to file a complaint on him I just dont want leave this issue just like that I really want to talk to his superior. If any of the service king superior or supervisor see my comment please reach me out ASAP or else I will definitely take this issue to my media for sure and I want an apology from that manager.

This place will be the last place I would ever take a vehicle even if I didnt like it. They had my truck for six weeks while they were trying to fix it and when we picked it up it was half done and we wound up having to take it to another location to have them actually clean it up and make it look proper. They do not return phone calls and they are perfectly willing to lie to you so that they dont have to deal with the repercussions of their half-ass work. I am sure there are some good Service King Collision Repair locations in the Metroplex that would do a much better job than these people. I for one will never take another vehicle to that particular location given all the trouble I went through and how I had to chase them down to get my vehicle back. You should hang your head low and get out of the business or hire somebody with a brain to help you.

The people and the service is great, the only problem is the estimation of when cars will be finished is not always accurate. They promised a car to be finished in a week, which then turned out to be finished in 2 weeks later than the date promised. But I assumed there was an back order problem. Great place over all.

Service was extremely poor, was in the shop a week ago and the girl up front was completely rude, no smile, no personality. I waited 30 minutes for someone to come out to check my estimate that I had scheduled. The estimator hardly even talked to me or listened to me voice my issues with what was wrong with my car. I asked to speak to the manager and was turned down because he was supposedly in a meeting. Took my business elsewhere for my repairs, Caliber Collision took excellent care of me!

Had to give at least ONE star to provide this review. They did the worst job ever on repairs to my vehicle. It looked better BEFORE I took it in!! Had to go back and forth 3 times for one simple issue. Then after inspecting it further I found 5-6 more things wrong all due to sloppy work!! It is now being taking to another body shop where they have assured me it will all be taken care of. Dont go here!!

After a bad experience with another Service King location, this shop was 100% better then prior shop. OJ and his manager communicated with me regularly while meeting timeline and exceptions promised!I highly recommend this shop!

These guys r clowns do not go to this location. They damaged my car both body and engine, didnt put it back together left it without gas. Go to Herbs service king on REEDER ROAD IS NOT WORTH IT! O and manager dont bother replying ot does nothing get a new crew that does something.

Update: Unfortunately customer service is not something that is consistent here. Below is the majority of the email I sent to the customer service rep – “I dropped my Dads vehicle off on 4/28. It had damage to the right side of the body including the mirror and right rear tire. The tire had a slow leak that started after the car was stolen and subsequently damaged after my fathers death so Ive known about this leak since I retrieved the car from the police. I mentioned this damage to Dennis out front when dropping the car off because it wouldnt be blatantly evident until days later. After leaving my car there for 2 weeks I picked it up on 5/12. I have to say that Dennis did keep me updated of the repair status after they found out the return date would have to be extended due to significant damage to the passenger side window and this was no problem. When I was retrieving the car Dennis noticed that the V emblem was missing from the passenger door. A worker came out with the emblem in hand and placed it on the car by using his hands to measure the height of the emblem to match that of the one on the driver door. While this was going on the GM came out to thank me for the positive review I had written online. I wrote glowing reviews on Google and on Yelp and evidently corporate had seen one and sent it to him so he just wanted to thank me for my business. I drove off that day a little irritated about the emblem situation and hopeful that the man had placed it on appropriately, but obviously I couldnt measure it out in front of the shop that day and this was one minor mishap in the midst of everything else that went well. On Saturday 5/14 I decided to drive my Dads car to work for fun and while I was traveling to the hospital I received an alert that the back right tire pressure was low. I parked at work and figured I could handle this after my shift. By the time I left that day the reading was 24 psi compared to 31 psi of the intact tire. I notified Dennis via phone and text message at work on Saturday and he asked me when I could come in. I was supposed to work until at least 2pm this day, but the shop closed at 1 and wouldnt re-open until Monday. He made arrangements for me to come by and leave the car with workers in the back after the 1pm closing time, but I didnt feel comfortable with this and left work early to make it to the shop at 1250 and give the keys to someone in the office. Dennis asked me if I picked up a nail or something since the car was returned to me and I reminded him that this was an issue when I dropped the car off initially and I had only driven it one time after taking it home so no, this was not something I did. The car was looked at Monday morning and Dennis informed me Monday evening that it would again be available for pick up. I am a nurse and work 13+ hour shifts so I would not be available any time the shop was open until I had a day off. I had to take a Lyft ride home from the shop on Saturday and back to the shop today to pick up the vehicle. These bills totaled $18.82. When I arrived to pick up my vehicle today Dennis promptly pulled it around for me and motioned me outside. I asked him what Service King would be doing to correct the numerous mistakes and he ran back inside for a gas card he had forgotten about. He handed me a $25 gas card to Shell and I left.I do not feel like my time, trouble, or rides home were even remotely addressed during these exchanges. This was extremely inconvenient, not to mention emotionally draining given the circumstances. I was essentially told were sorry and given $6.18 for 1.5 hours of drive time and nearly 2 hours of missed work. Service King had weeks to make these repairs the first time and I even specifically mentioned the area that not obvious during my drop off.”After a series of emails I ultimately received a $100 gift card and never heard from anyone again. My intention was not to receive monetary compensation, but to receive customer service and they failed time and time again.

My insurance co. sent me to the Service King near Harry Hines & I-35 after an 18 wheelers tire blew out and hit my car. The radiator and bumper were damaged. The receptionist was very rude. When I went to pick up my car after they had told me that it was ready to go, it wouldnt move. They had drove the car until it was completely out of gas and had not bothered to put gas in it. They ruined my gas pump, which had been fine when the car was taken in. They refused to fix it. I literally had to call a mechanic across the street from them to have my car that they had supposedly fixed towed to another mechanic.

DO NOT go to this Service King location. They do not finish the job, they lie and they do not know what they are doing. They use substandard Chinese parts that wont even work on the car. Do not trust them, go somewhere else.

I took my car here to get an estimate the day after I got hit. They took pics and said they were going to get in touch with the insurance. After two weeks of me dealing with the insurance and my claim finally getting approved I was suppose to take the car there for repair. I called to set up when to take my car and they didnt have anything open until the following week so I said no problem. It was more convenient for me to take my car there so I was willing to wait. So now an hour an a half before Im suppose to take my car someone calls me and tells me they cant do the repairs because they cant gurantee it. So I waited a whole week for them to do repairs that they cant do and they couldnt tell me sometime before a whole week went thru and just waited until the morning Im suppose to take it. Now, I have to figure out where to take my car and deal with the insurance again to get it cover. Thanks, service king for the incompetent service!!!

Jason Torres sent me weekly updates since Dec 30 of 2017 via text about the Truck repair oF 12KThey have not even Started after 6 WEEKS IN THERE SHOP !I pulled my truck outta there today 2/05/2018 and got it repaired at a quality shop for only 8k,These guys are crooks NOT TO BE TRUSTED.... WILL NOT MAN UP OR OWN UP TO THEM DROPPING THE BALL

Dont go here. service was so bad it was a nightmare. I had to repair hail damage and a back bumper after the tornados hit Dallas. I left with more damages than I pulled in with. the process was awful, the one manager was always incorrect with the status of my car and I stopped by to see it and pick it up multiple times because each time something else was wrong. to finish it off when it was finally ready they used a colored marker to mark up the car with notes about the hail dents but it wouldnt come off so I had drawing notes all over the car and they forgot to replace the emblems on the car. My back windshield was scrapped and cracked and the one panel of glass on the side of the car was missing the window tint. it was like a the worst month long episode of boiling points. NEVER go here.
