Needed a bill of sale to register the bike I bought from them over a year ago. I didnt have all the info I needed so I emailed their support email address. Diana got back with me promptly, looked up all my history and sent me what I needed all within a couple of hours!! I couldnt be happier with both my purchase as well as the after the sale service!

I ordered a Racer50 from superior power sports and it was delivered to Michigan in less then two weeks. My scooter was delivered in great shape only a few scratches on rear hand hold. I love it and so does everyone else that have seen it. Saia trucking were great. They were professional and very nice. They took my package off the truck and wheeled it up my driveway to my backyard. Great guys. Thank you Superior power sports for a great scooter.

I ordered a 250 hawk from them 4/20 and i cant even begin on all the problems i been having from dead battery, to no title on delivery, shifter is not on properly, brought i new battery only for it to still die the next day, so must be a bad alternator, either way, having a hard time reaching anybody and i only got to ride my bike one time smh definitely stay far away from this company

Ordered a black or blue Tao Tao 125 kids quad. It was delivered on incorrect day. The unit was the wrong color and damaged like you couldnt believe. Finally got a claim for it however nothing has happened since. They were going to send a carrier to come pick it up and deliver the correct one. 10 days later nothing. After sending 5 emails and a couple phones calls I havent heard anything back. I am calling credit card company tomorrow to have the charges reversed.

I have been going back and forth with the tech support about my brand new TaoTao 50cc scooter. I am having one problem after another with it and now it has no power and there is a loud clicking noise coming from the rear end. My issue is that the company seems to expect me to transport it to the shop and pay for the labor on this scooter. It has less than 38 kn on it. At this point my labor costs could easily exceed the cost of the scooter.I honestly consider my scooter to be a lemon. We have had nothing but problems.The other scooter runs fine.

**DONT BUY FROM THIS PLACE**This place does business as Veloz Powersports, Superior Powersports, Killer Powersports, and others. All have incredibly poor history and reviews. 33 recent Better Business Bureau cases just under 1 business name.Yet, in violation of FTC rules they dont allow you to post your review on their websites. Instead they post only good reviews that may or may not be fake. Its been going on 3 months and no bike, and no money and Ive come to Texas to press criminal charges as well as filing cases/complaints with DMV, Attorney General, U.S. Consumer Protection, FTC, and so on. They may not be around much longer.

I have been working with them since May to resolve an issue with a scooter we ordered for my daughter in April. The scooted has never run and it has been sitting in our garage for months, taunting my daughter (a birthday present that cannot be used). I have been working with their CS team who keeps promising to send a new carburetor. I was notified 7/7 that our claim was finally approved and that the carburetor.would ship in 2-3 weeks. Notified again 7/30 that it would take another 3-4 weeks. I am now requesting a refund and will happily return the non-working scooter. Ill will update when I hear back. Be VERY CAUTIOUS when considering buying anything from this group. They also go by SuperiorPowerSports.UPDATE: We finally received the carburetor we requested back in May. We have installed it and the moped is now running....finally. Throughout the process their customer service was helpful and professional. Shipping was delayed due to COVID which wasnt their fault. I completely underatnd that... I was most frustrated that it took 2 months to place the order for the replacement part. They extended our warranty for three months due to all the issues. While I would still be cautious when purchasing from them, I am happy that this is finally resolved. I increased their rating because of the follow up from their CS team.

I bought an AtV 3 weeks ago. I email them today to ask them when I will receive it since I never got an shipping confirmation and I got surprised how incompetent these people are. The AtV was available on the website when I Bought it. Now they said that item is not longer available they took my money 3 weeks ago.. now I will have to wait 7 days for my money back .. no birthday present to my daughter, 3 weeks wasted. Nothing else to said. A joke 💀

Ordered a bike on May 22 2020. They said it was instock. After I paid for it, it was not instock anymore. The bike arrived late. I applied for the MCO to be able to get a Pennsylvania title. They know I live in PA and they shipped the bike to PA. When the MCO showed up two weeks later. No notary seal on the document. PA requires a notorized MCO. They should know this. I sent the MCO back with a check for $50.00. Emailed them to explain there mistake and tell them I was sending a check to expedite the process. They cashed my check and now I wait. Three weeks and nothing. I will NEVER BUY FROM VELOZ POWERSPORTS again. BE WARE OF THE SCAMS !!!

Beware. Buy your item from another company. Poor, poor, communication. No way to track your order. Dirt bike arrives with ripped open packaging, protective framing is bent. Bike is missing bolts that I had to go purchase. They promise ‘free bonus items’ that did not and have not come. Follow up by email and all I get is a constant dodge asking for order number that I have already provided. Bike is fun and worth the hassle so far. Just find another company to sell it to you. Avoid the hassle. Superior Powersports is hardly superior.

I bought a taotao 110cc go kart 3 months ago. He only have rode it about 3 hours all together. Motor is no good. I have spent over $500. To get it fix, just to have another problem with it. Been trying for over 2 weeks to get in contact with someone. Evey time I email them, they say its a high call volume. $1400, for the go kart. $500 in labor. Such a disappointment to my son, and a waste of money for me

I ordered a scooter from Superiorpowersports.com which is also (Veloz Powersports) and according to Google Maps Killer Powersports.I ordered a 150cc Tao Tao Lancer scooter for $1,044.85 on 5/2/2020. I received a confirmation email from the company that it processed on 5/6/20. The email explained the scooter would take 2 weeks to ship. We tried to contact via phone, no one answers. We sent an email on 5/26 and got a response from someone named Amy, who said they would get back to us in 2 business days. No response. I sent another message today on their website via their live chat. Their company is also called Veloz Motorsports with a separate phone number and same recording system. I checked reviews and they are very poor. I am frustrated that nobody can give us a status update or any answers. The charge on my bank account says Veloz powersports. I will not give up contacting them until I receive my order or refund. Also the address is 2201 Luna RD Carrollton, TX 75006. On google maps they are called Killer Motorsports. Tons of reviews of many others not receiving orders or word on their orders!I am reporting to the better business borough, the FTC and considering filing a police report in Texas. I think anybody else in this situation do the same! We need answers!

Sold me a go kart for my kids. Every single bolt was loose. Brakes don’t work. Motor smokes. Rear axle splines damaged on delivery along with the wheels, headlights shorted out. This is all within the first 2 weeks. It’s been months and all they do is dip and dodge. Go else where and avoid this terrible company.

I purchased a moped through killer Motorsports from your company and when it was delivered there were wires hanging all over the place there was things unhooked and when I tried to call killermotorsports and Superior powersports no one would return my call I didnt even get a certification of ownership

This company deserves no stars. My dad bought a brand new scooter from them and has had nothing but problems since the purchase. The scooter was not put together properly and could have caused a major safety issue. They have made no effort to make things right. Stay away from this business.

I should have read the reviews before I brought my dirt bike havent received it yet so I dont know about the quality but the shipping process is terrible they will lie to you in order to receive your money then your stuck the communication was good at first when they needed my money but after none at all. Smh what ever you do do not buy from here...

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! They spent months mis-diagnosing a brand new go kart I purchased for my boys for Christmas. Finally told me to have it towed to mechanic, which they do not cover, who told me problem had been faulty battery all along. They would not cover battery under warranty, because out of 3 month period, which delay was their fault. I spent another $85 for a new battery. Im happy to say 4 months and hundreds of dollars later, my boys are able to drive the go kart. Unbelievable these people can sleep at night.

Should be able to give negative stars. DO NOT BUY ANYThING from this company! Horrible quality of products and they do not stand behind them. I purchased and had delivered a gas scooter/moped . Let’s just ignore that they sent me a green bike when I ordered black and also that the model I ordered was swapped with a different one and that it arrived three weeks later than stated. It did finally arrive. With a broken fender and on a broken pallet. They said they would send a replacement fender three weeks ago. Still waiting.... Next, the gas leaked out from the tank/lines when we filled it, finally patched it up enough to get a little gas in it. Tried to start it with the key. Nothing. Tried manual start. Nothing except blew the fuses. Replaced the fuses. Same thing. Now mind you, I paid an extra $170 for complete assembly. When I filled out their return form, they wanted it rewrapped on the same packaging and pallet (that didn’t even make it off the delivery truck) and would pick it up for a $500 fee to pay for original shipping, return shipping and a restocking fee. No apology, no shame in their “return” offer. This company needs to be put out of business and I’ll help make that happen

Do not do business with this company. Sold us broken electric atv. Very slow on response. Just passing the buck on who is responsible. We went to the TaoTao warehouse and they fixed the fuse on the product. Now the chain is already broken 3 weeks later. All products are a waste of time and money. They also sell under Superior Power Sports. Just a middle man to sell cheap inferior products.

Terrible. Absolutely horrendous customer service and support. Was told at purchase that my order would ship 3 weeks ago. No one replies to emails and the only other option is to call and leave your name and number then stick your thumb in your bum and wait for them to HOPEFULLY return your call. Which they wont. Really wishing I had done more searching about this company, instead of getting hooked by the sweet deal, because its not worth it at this point.I dont know if I am on a backorder, if the company has gone out of buisness, or if this was a scam from the very start. Numerous emails, numerous phone messages left. Less than minimal effort on VelozPowerSports/KillerMotorsports behalf, in my opinion.

DO NOT PURCHASE anything from this company. New dirt bike has been ridden 3 hours. Mechanic repairs and diagnoses hours is up to 8 hrs. Engine with a 1 yr warranty, has had a catastrophic failure. Sent the engine back to manufacture and they proceeded to put new parts in it. I have now spent more money on repairs and diagnoses of this bike than original purchase. I have also ended up with a engine that may or may not be safe for a child. Not a gamble I want to take. Extremely unsatisfied with the bandaid fix for a heart attack issue, but Im not the proffesional so I was told.
