My girlfriend and I arrived at 7:55 online it says the store closes at 8pm. We arrived the open light was on, but the door was locked. We drove out of our way because it said the store would still be open. Its terrible customer service to close your doors before your closing time. And to have the open light on makes it even worse. I am not happy having to come over here just to be locked out. Looks like jamba juice earned another custome.

Friendly customer service. I had the Acia bowl that comes with 3 different toppings. Only downer was that they added the wrong toppings. But the bowls are good .

I go into the store I wait for in line and the girls just right there just juicing things away like she completely ignores the fact that I need for her just waiting I get it there’s two people she may be by her self for regardless she said I am acknowledge somebody however it states it’s under new management apparently they still got to work on this place and who knows I asked a girl where is another juice it up and she gave me a look of, I don’t know and said that also! Very bad customer service so sadly I come into town and things like that to happen here in orange county it’s really sad !

Seabreeze Squeeze and Razzle Dazzle and red gummy bear are so yum but not on the actual menu secret menu win.

The owner was very polite and helpful. I ordered the Seabreeze Squeeze which I didnt know was removed from the menu, luckily he knew how to make it and did it with a smile. I liked that he didnt try to push the new items/drinks and understood that I hadnt been in Juice It Up in a while. The drink was PERFECT just like I remembered it. Will definitely return!!!

On 2 separate occasions I have gotten there shortly before 730 The lights are out and Im told that they are closedI wonder if their owner is aware of their practicesOn both occasions I was in a position to order multiple drinksBack in the day if someone walked in at 7:29 and 58 seconds you were to serve them

Wish someone updated the operation hours on google because I am here 30 mins early on a Sunday and they arent open.Wish they opened earlier so I could stop by before work. Their bowls are pretty bomb.Here again on another day, Wednesday, and they are not open at 9am. Better off going elsewhere. Too bad our local spot isnt operating right.

I work at an establishment that sells drinks and food. So I’m willing to cut quite a bit of slack. Some days are bad days and some days you’d rather not come to work. I understand these things. That being said...I’m not saying that the cashier was rude but, maybe try not to look actively disgusted when you see a customer walk through the door?I don’t know if there was something wrong with the way I looked or smelled? Alls I know is that I had money to buy a smoothie. So could you just act nice?And im pretty sure she charge me for a large and not the medium I ordered. So, there’s that.

I have been looking for a place to get acai in a pinch at lunch and I found these guys close to my work. Super happy about that.... and surprisingly the acai was not that bad! The granola was a bit old but the ice was pretty tasty for a place not known for that.The parking lot is very busy and can be difficult to maneuver at lunch time.The service.... meh!..... there was only 2 people working at lunch on a Friday. They could have easily had 2 more people to keep up with the orders. It took about 10-15 minutes to get my order so I ended up eating at my desk. The staff was friendly I suppose but they were just too busy to engage. I have never worked in the food industry before but to me it seems that they could set their stations up way more efficiently to save time from running back and forth.
