I found that the staff working at Cypress college were helpful and willing to be patient to listen to my reason for being there and eager to find a solution the was acceptable to me.

Very cordial and courteous. They wore masks, had plastic shields, and were organized for both online and in person transactions. They made getting textbooks and materials to the person needing them a easy and safe experience.

The best bookstore in Cypress College to buy textbooks and school materials recommended for many different classes ever since I went here on my first year in 2016.

Giving 5 estrellitas for the price. I got my daughter a sweatshirt, lounge pants, t-shirt, for under 90$.but, the o ly down side was the customer service so you go to the window to get books and pick up orders you have to wait till they notice you than they were short and rude with her and she felt nervous to go to the bookstore window. Shes shy and avoids unpleasant situations at all cost. Remember guys some of these kids are first timers to your college show some support and compassion.

Rented out a book at the beginning of the semester, it was already very heavily used and torn. When I checked out I asked the guy if it was okay and he said yeah. Later at the end of the semester I bring the book back in the exact same condition and they said I had damaged it and tried to charge me for it!! I told them that it was the same exact condition it was when I checked it out and they made me feel like a liar. Everything is overpriced so if your renting a book go somewhere else.

Took classes here for a few years. Book prices are high but buyback prices are generous. Clean and well-organized.

This place is pretty great. Get your books early, and scantrons even earlier as they have been known to run out of testing supplies during midterms and finals.

Their gray sweat pants are the best jammies ever....so soft and comfortable. They got books too...

I like the swatmet avoid that taco stand that sell birria they meat portion is cheap

Their textbooks or books r too EXPENSIVE! U cant even return textbooks! I just started summer class on Mon & I wanted to return my chem textbook but of course they dont accept it. So then my mom calls them and gets a behind dial saying u CAN return books from the start of class of that 1 week so until 7 days pass no returns. After that, she tries to talk with the worker there but then we ended up losing $200 just for a textbook. Get ur books somewhere cheaper u dont want to waste $200 like me.

Good place is clean there are more stalls although some things are more expensive than in the store. But searching, we find what we like and everyone with their covers for voices, there are some who do not obey and x bad vibes tozen sneeze xq who knows. and many people from other places go, its fine
