Outstanding and candid feedback on service for MB. Doesn’t upsell, just what is needed and honest recommendation. Took my wife’s car there a couple of weeks ago and they got us out of a jam (literally).

Started by taking my vehicle for repairs. Was completely happy & satisfied with work theyve done on my Mercedes, BMW and upon occasion other vehicle. Now weve been taking multiple family members vehicles to these guys. Absolutely fantastic mechanics. Honest and fair. Never had a problem with work they have done.

Straightforward and honest with what you need fixed. Prices are so fair that I was surprised. Been burned at the dealer so badly. Recommend them over Bavarian Auto in Anaheim if youre trying to decide which one to go to for the reasons above.

TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!!!!! Owen and his crew are the mechanics you have been looking for! We drove in from Colorado with what seemed to be a transmission issue. Working off of his 5 star reviews we visited him to see what was wrong with the car. He took us honestly and realistically through the possible scenarios one being a possible transmission rebuild which would have totaled the car. It wasn’t worth fixing. After leaving the car and Owen doing the diagnostic, it ended up that we needed to replace a coil. The part cost less than $40 plus labor costs, which were super reasonable. He was super honest, easy to work with and a family man. Cannot give this group higher praises.

I’ve been there three times and I have to say I trust Owen fully. I am so grateful to him for his generosity, quality work, and honesty. Plus he let my little one play with the LEGO VW bus on the shelf while we were there and that said a lot. Thanks again for being my mechanic. Shops like this are hard to find.

Mercedes, BMW and VW or Audi, you can bring it to Ultimate Autohaus.Owen, the Owner will take good care of you.I had him do Services on my 2003 ML 500 several Times already. The Dealer wanted over $300.00 for a simple Oil-change.The Guys from Ultimate use the same Oil and Filters but charge LESS THAN HALF!!Awesome.The Mechanics are clean, friendly and know their stuff. I sent a Friend with a 2007 BMW 750li, another one with a 2002 C-class Mercedes, does not matter what you drive, Owen will treat you right and get the Job done.Most important to me is that he uses genuine parts and not some cheap aftermarket replacement parts.Keep up the good work, Guys!
