This AutoZone had great customer service and were friendly.Had an old battery in my car that was leaking acid and corroded and after cleaning a couple months back corroded over again where my car would not start. Got a jump and drove here. Let them know that my battery was about 5 years old and they took a look at it and tested it and cleaned it up a bit, free of charge. I had full intention to get a new battery since it was so old. I paid extra to get a battery terminal kit with brush, pads, cleaning spray and protective spray. The guy cleaned up the terminals, installed the new battery, made sure all was good and could start my car and get home.Im not sure of the persons name but for the store owner, the store transaction # was 013756. I wish I could thank him more for his service and hope you could pass it on to them.

Stopped at Auto Zone for coolant and they had the right type I needed. Didnt know the dudes name who helped me but he was helpful and everyone there had good customer service.Easy peasy.

This place had the worst costumer service. Seriously everyone there has an attitude and seems like they hate their jobs or just hate dealing with costumers. I work in the automotive industry and costumer service is number 1. Something that these guys don’t have and are ruining auto zones reputation. Don’t recommend doing business with them unless your desperate.

I just had an incredible experience at this location. Went in this store to utilize their scanner for a check engine light code. The store manager John was kind enough to give me basic instructions on how to replace an ignition coil and hype me up on performing the task well on my own. Since I’m by no means a mechanic and live far from this location I had no choice but to do it right then and there. While unscrewing the bolt on said coil I pulled an unfortunate “blonde” rookie move and broke the bolt off! Absolutely thought I was doomed and seriously screwed up but MANNY G. the parts sales manager SAVED me BIG TIME! While not making me feel super insecure and embarrassed with what I had done. He went above and beyond to help me and he deserves all the praise as I would have been stranded much too far away from my town! THANK YOU MANNY G. Your kindness will forever be appreciated!

I was promptly greeted and offered assistance in finding the correct windshield wipers for my vehicle. At the register, the gentleman offered to put them on for me after I mentioned I’d never done it. Great service.

Just had the loveliest experience here. The friendly man that helped me today was the Store Manager, John. I had come to him for help, as my car battery needed to be replaced. Prior to visiting his shop, I first stopped by a Pep Boys, the one on Lincoln. The employees working at Pep Boys today told me they would not be able to sell me a battery unless I had it installed on site. We noped out of there pretty quickly. I called the closest Auto Zone in the area while in the parking lot and John answered. I asked if I could purchase a battery over the counter, to which he replied, “Of course!” This incident was a blessing in disguise. John treated us very well! Thanks Auto Zone!

Fantastic customer service. Salesman attempted to help me install wiper blades that I bought from Costco. He confirmed what I found out 20 minutes earlier, that they wont work. Then he brought out some wiper blades from the store and to make sure they would work, he even installed them for me. Sorry I didnt catch his name, but I highly recommend this store.

Staff was very friendly and helpful when I came in to get my car battery checked out. They had me in and out in about 20 minutes with a new battery. Great service!

They are not like the usual Autozones ive always loved. This particular store seems a bit snooty and has a way of making you feel like never going back to that store again. Which is what I intend to do. My suggestion is to go to the location on Lincoln past brookhurst. Theyre the most helpful and are the hub so theyll. Most likely have the parts you need or get them quickly.

Ive been customer for years, prices seem competitive

If you go in the morning the crew gives you great customer service. Sadly I cant say the same with the afternoon employees always rude and always sell me the wrong items for my car. When I came back to return the wrong item. They wanted me to come back in the morning to get it changed which didnt make sense.

This location has great service and a friendly staff. Plenty of parking and its on a corner so its easy to drive in and out of the parking lot. Autozone has plenty of deals and a decent rewards program. I just started using their app and you can add your rewards card to the app and ditch the card.

Incredible and 10 stars helpful, they helped me out like pros.Kudos to the manager John, went beyond the top.

Have most common car parts. They have to order certain parts that aren’t even very uncommon. They don’t have anything for small engines. I was looking for a fuel filter for my lawnmower but they didn’t have it. There is always a wait. I think they never have more than 2 people working at one time. Fine place if you need to grab a common part. I don’t recommend if you are looking for something a little out of the ordinary.

Walked into Autozone off lincoln and walker asked for assistance buying antifreeze Michael the associate pointed to the back and said its along the wall. I was not sure what kind to get, because of the type of car i have. Another associate asked Michael to show me. He walked me to the back in pointed at a chart for me to look at. I then asked for someone else to assist me and i was assisted. But Michael does not have customer service skills how can your establishment allow this type of treatment

The sales people are helpful and the prices are ok if you look carefully.

This is my favority Auto zone store in OC, open late hours. Commercial account Frank does a great job.
