Great ice cream, try the vegan cookie ice cream (even if you’re not vegan) 👌🏻

This is the worst Baskin-Robbins Ive ever visit. The staff awkward, I visited store twice in different month. They dont hear you well and they dont accept to talk to them in window when you are in drive thru, also they dont accept to show you what you ordered looks like you buying fish in sea. I spent 3 mins to explain ordering milkshake and the man there never spent his time to understand what my order is and I called it off with no ordering anything because they dont speak in window just by mic. I wish the management find solution for that and for staff working there to be more polite .. scale is 0/10

The most peanut buttery Reese scrumptious piece of hot fudge heaven that Ive taste in a while.

Our blenders are down well gee its been a week. Maybe fix that? They never have anything. Like, anything at all.

Out of waffle cones again. Im beginning to think the got rid of them. The pralines and cream ice cream was still yummy though.

Dark looked closed. Service was slow. Looked dirty inside and like they were obsessed with signs on their windows. Not one guy working. Strawberry milkshake was not strawberry. Bad experience overall.

Very rude got my order wrong, then when I went through again they tried to deny that my order was wrong and gave me and my friends a lot of attitude. Then took the ice cream back that they gave us in the first place which I believe is a violation and I would not recommend.

They were all super nice, I enjoyed coming here. The girl with the pink hair was super sweet and you could tell she was really trying.

2nd time I have been here and they are out of waffle cones. Why have a special going if you cant provide the offer. Very disappointed! That Jamocha Almond Fudge is delicious! Definitely a flavor to try!

Purchased a Oreo ice cream cake with the cone on top. Very cute cake nicely decorated. Unfortunately the cake tasted like freezer burned ice cream. Even the kids were put off by the taste. Disappointed. But the cake was beautiful.

Just wish ya stayed open a lil longer

This isnt for baskin robins its for dunkin, I have to work at 3 in the morning and tried to find one that was open on the route to work of an hour and 15 mins. This was the only one that was open which wasnt super out of the way. Staff there was very friendly even at 2 am. Deffinently coming back.

Went last night through the drive through and was told they had no ice cream. Just tried calling at 11:30 to see if they had ice cream tonight and no one will answer the phone. It always seems to be a problem to get ice cream here at night. This place needs new night staff.

Restaurant location is in a decent neighborhood. It’s right on the main intersection, just be careful when pulling through the drive-through as it is pretty close quarters.Employee was friendly and helpful.They do carry a nondairy option as far as smoothie sort of drinks go. Don’t forget to grab a few double chocolate chip cookies before you go!

Website says open 24 Hrs. but they actually close at 10:00 PM. Dont worry, the employees will also let you know they are closing, and probably in a very rude way. I wouldnt go back to this place if they gave me free ice cream for life.

The staff was friendly but not very knowledgeable about their food items. Overall its not too bad. Im leaving 4 stars for them since theres nothing terribly bad here but it couldve been better.

Ice cream and hot coffee

This is more so for the quality in customer service. As this place stands, YES! This is open 24hr. Its just very hard to notice.Me and my Gf were ready to get some ice cream. ( I work third shift ) it was around 5 am when we pulled to the location and at first glance all of the lights were out where Baskin Robbins is but the coffee place was still open or ATLEAST we thought. Pulled up to the speaker and tried to order multiple times. We genuinely thought it was closed and head towards the window. We pull up to see people and ask if we could get our order we thought it was closed. Said no problem mind you we were the only people pulling in. But we ask for 2 qt sized ice cream. She goes and gets them and sorta has an attitude with the way she was talking and almosy kept repeating Only 45 min and then when the window was closed her cussing or getting upset that we ordered Ice cream. Needless to say I wont EVER get ice cream here. Not even during the day time as from what others are pointing out rude rude rude rude.

I go here often but lately the service seems to be declining I think they have new employees I get the same drink every time I go but lately it tastes different every time one time it will be really thin and liquidy then the next time it will be thick like a milkshake or the time after that it will be not as chocolatey so its a roll of the dice every time but other than that its a great place to go

Extremely anti-dogs. Went in with my 10lbs dog in my arms to get some ice cream for us (Did not let him down once). The shift-leader, and the crew member got defensive that a dog was present... and went on to explain to me that its a health code violation in pretty rude tone. I tired to smile, and remain respectful but the shift leader had an attitude and was pretty rude. Ive been going there for years with my dog, but apparently they decided that it wasnt okay today.Stick to Handels on State Road, they encourage people to bring their dogs and even have soy-ice creams options for your pets.

I picked up an ice-cream cake for daughters 10th Bday. It was yummy.

I was surprised to see that this Baskin-Robbins location was attached to a Dunkin Donuts, Ive seen this before in Florida but I think it was the most surprising when the employees on the Dunkin Donuts side walked over and helped the Baskin-Robbins portion of the store by filling out an order for my wife and I and my daughter. The staff was friendly and courteous and the floors and counters were clean and well-kept. My favorite thing about this location is its open 24 hours a day.

For some reason my nuts on my Sundae are missing quite often. When I clearly make the request, but to no avail.... What is the deal? :(

After 2 horrible experiences due to awful customer service I will not return. I have never taken the time to review or comment on any establishment in a negative way however I’m shocked that this place is even in business. Tonight I walked into the shop with my girlfriend and instead of receiving a hello or a welcome to Baskin Robbins the guy behind the counter shouts we close at 10. My initial thought was it must be after 10 or a couple minutes till. After looking at my phone I realized I had 12 minutes to order 2 ice cream cones. My girlfriend began placing an order for a waffle cone when the women with pink hair shouts “we don’t have waffle cones”. At this point my girlfriend and I felt like we overstayed our welcome and decided to leave without placing an order. The man with frizzy long hair behind the counter said in a very sarcastic voice “come again”. The moment we walked out they shut off the lights and locked the door 9 minutes to 10pm. The funny thing is the sign on the door says open 24 hours. The old saying ‘good help is hard to find’ certainly comes to mind.

Went here today before going home....was a very hot day so decided to get a smoothie.....I was asked if I wanted whip cream, and I said no, for i can not have dairy...when I pulled up to the window, I recieved my smoothie with whip cream.....I said that I requested no whip cream....only to be responded with....sorry....not let me make it right, and give you what you ordered just sorry ...a bit dissapointing..So yeah I will not be returning here.

We ordered 4 Med. Milkshakes ant it took them nearly 25 minutes to complete the order and 5 minutes to cash us out....crazy.
