Wouldnt order thru the app especially milk shakes basically water and foot not fresh

Most of thses reviews are little kids sad that the world isnt perfect. Stop yelling and crying about bad employees and things like that when you have never worked in a gas station. They do there best so let them be!

No mask enforcement. Apparently it’s against policy for employees to enforce, which makes absolutely no sense. Ohio Department of Health requires all businesses to enforce the mask mandate. Anyways, I won’t be returning unless I’m looking to take 2 weeks off work.

They need more employees. Like several. I didnt realize they do online orders and GrubHub along with in-store orders. Its the only place open when I get off work so I went tonight. There was one person working on making the food. When I finally decided to get my money back and leave after at least 35 minutes of waiting, there was still 10+ orders ahead of mine that needed made. At one point there was 12 of us standing there, waiting. I dont blame the guy that was working, he was doing his best. But its really unfair of him to have to work to the point that he cannot catch up. And people are waiting an hour for their food. They did have a sign up about hiring. But the wait has been so bad for several weeks. Hopefully theyll get some more help.

I got a decent amount to this one. Not the most friendly workers but its by no means bad just not crazy good. Food quality matches the other stores. Checks most of my boxes :]

If I could leave zero stars I would. This location never gets my MTO orders right and they fail at the simplest of tasks like properly inputting for prepaid gas. I got overdrafted bc of their incompetence due to them charging me TWICE for my gas and I had a bill due the next day. 0/10 recommend. Do not go here unless you are looking to have a bad time.

I dont even know where to start with this store. I have never been so disgusted by the lack of cleanliness in an establishment, especially the bathrooms. I get it, mens rooms are typically not that great. But toilet paper all over the floors, (and none in the stall) unflushed urinals full of dip, overflowing trash, and dirt covered sink is just mind blowing. Its like it hasnt been cleaned in a week. The inventory is constantly depleted, food is always wrong or orders take forever, and the employees just dont care and are rude (probably because theyre always understaffed and over worked, so I cant even blame them). The store owner should be ashamed to think the condition of this store is okay. Thanks god theres a BP across the street.

They never have anything in stock! Ive never seen a more useless gas station. They had no canned coffee at all multiple days in a row!! Ive tried multiple times thinking maybe theyre just having a short today but no its every single day Ive ever gone.

Ordered snack wraps and got burritos instead. sauce dipping cups (that i paid extra for) were carelessly thrown in the bag and exploded sauce all over so i couldn’t even use them. one of my milkshakes had the lid not on properly so i spilled it all over myself. prices are way too expensive for the appetizer sampler and appetizers individually for the quality you get. i’m probably never going to order food from this store again if it’s just going to be prepared and packaged so carelessly and messy.

Needed gas and the shift supervisor refused my 100.00 bill. so I went across the street to BP. much better service and nicer employees. very unhappy 😡 with the sheetz service. Wont go there again.

This place was filthy. I stepped on a huge piece of brocken glass by the pump near my car tire! And there was garbage everywhere in the Pump area... Will not return!!

If you want COVID-19 this is the place for you! I had noticed over the last few weeks that more and more people were NOT wearing masks in this store. I had asked an employee about this and they said that it is against company policy to ask people to put on a mask if they were not wearing one.Of the 15 customers in the store this morning there were 2 with masks on - me and 1 other. 13 of the 15 people in that store this morning had lung issues that prevented them from wearing a mask? BS. Not worth dying for the same food, coffee, and gas I can get at every other convenient store. I will not be back.

This is a wonderful place with some of the best customer service I have ever experienced. I wasn’t able to get my fuel lid open today due to it being so cold and it freezing shut. Being stranded, one or two of their team members made sure I was okay. One of their members even went out of their way to try to go out in the 14 degree weather and try to help me. Top notch customer service. I go to this gas station all the time due to my work being around the corner and I am always completely impressed with the people they have working there.

Visit to Howe Avenue, Akron location at approx. 12:50 PM. Ordered 2 hot dogs. There were no other food orders in the queue ahead of me. When my order was received, opened the wrappers and found 2 hot dogs that were literally microwaved to a crisp from both ends to the center. The heavy odor of burnt meat was overwhelming; You really need to work hard at it to do that level of damage to a normally indestructible hot dog.I returned to the store for a refund, spoke to the manager or supervisor who had prepared the order. I questioned why she would overcook something that dramatically and still serve it, and did not receive a response.Its not just that the hot dogs were charred, my concern focuses upon the fact that the person in charge at the time of my visit is preparing the food and has literally no filter as to what is good or poor quality.

3 days in a row and I couldn’t get a hot cup of coffee for the road because the machines weren’t clean. Like, y’all are 24 hours, those machines should be clean and ready any time someone wants a damn cup of coffee.

Good fast service, clean store, and spacious. The only bad thing is the parking lot is hell to turn and get out of other than that tho its a good and versatile convienant store.

We come in every other day or so. Staff is always great. Management should know that Pati always does a phenomenal job at selling the loyalty program and app. You can’t coach passion.

I’ve always had great service and food here at the Cuyahoga Falls store on Main st. It’s a clean store and the staff are very nice. Prices are great too.

Stopped in for a cup of coffee. Probably the dirtiest establishment that Ive seen in years. floor and just gross. I walked out. People without masks and dirty.

Left my wallet one day and when I realized the next day, I came in and they had it, with everything still in it. Besides that, the employees are super friendly and the food is great (for a fast food gas station.) Sometimes service is slow if its busy, but thats such a nitpicking thing considering I dont believe they have a full kitchen staff. Overall 5 stars for friendly employees and good experiences every time.

My saving grace since I started working nights

November 2020- Waited 30 minutes, they hadn’t even started my food.January 2021- Food ordering down, credit card system down, garbage everywhere.

Always closed late at night, doors locked. Kitchen is shut down randomly. Booh.

Its clean but my only complaint is that the music is too loud. I could barely even hear the lady at the register. Im already hard of hearing and struggled to understand what she was saying. :(

The place is dirty trash everywhere in the parking lot rude employees not worth saving a nickle these companies are multi BILLION dollar companies hire more people keep the stations spotless. It does make a difference to us the consumers

For a gas station this place is okay. Accessible for just about anybody and usually very busy with a lot of gas pumps.

Your switch from soy to almond milk was ignorant. It makes your lattes taste like open ass. Im switching to Starbucks and I will be using the Circle K down the street for all my gasoline. I demand reparations!

Fresh prepared foods. Coffee is always hot.

Some racist guy stuck his hand into my order and took some fries. Sheets employee was awesome and made me new fries, I didnt even have to ask!

Around 1:20pm I stop by for a coffee and I end up not getting it because I didnt know customers has to prep the entire process, so I told the cashier that it was empty and she said:he act like he dont know what he is doing, trying to make me do it for him-she need to stop been lazy and start making some movement.Last time I check, customers need the help on anything they need. Not lazy help and poor quality service. Also first and last try to get anything here...

Ordered 2 coffees then waited in line to pay. Get to the counter to pay then the ladie says the machine is broke and and they cant make them. To top it off there was no one there to make the frozen drink my son ordered. Terrible service.
