As a Walgreens Employee this location is the worst of them all. Always busy lines never respond in time. A curbside takes two hours to be done. Big no no.

The employees of Walgreens are not helpful as like Walmart . They are like statue . When we ask for assistance they ask nonsense questions to customers. They don’t value customers.

The 24 hour service is just wonderful! There is always an employee to assist you for whatever needs you may have. The pharmacy staff are super friendly and if they dont have what you need they will find a way! Truly wonderful customer service all the way around! You are even able to use the restroom facilities here!

The cashier that looks like the lady from Farmhouse Rules cooking needs to be fired. She’s the slowest person I’ve ever seen run a register and she’s rude. She doesn’t greet you when you come to the register and she barely opens her mouth to talk when your checking out.

I used to use this location for my prescriptions. I never needed much but I changed insurance my new insurance requires some paperwork from the doctor to fill. When I spoke to an employee on the phone about why my app said my prescription couldn’t be filled, he was rude and acted like I was trying to break the law. When I asked if he could call the doctors office to request whatever was needed he refused and said I needed to call them. I ended up going in to the location on Graham. They called can got it all handled. No reason the state road one couldn’t have.

I used to use this location for all of my photo orders and photo projects. The last several of my projects and other people’s projects and or prints have been wrong or of the lowest quality. The lady who was running the Dept was extremely flustered with a gentleman in front of me saying she didn’t know what she was doing over and over again because the gentleman’s picture was printed incorrectly. She had 3 people in line waiting and had to fix all the orders. One person outright said forget it and walked out without his order. I’m disappointed in whatever happened with this Dept.

Always clean and well stocked. Im always greeted. For the most part fast service. Pharmacy always busy but very friendly. I would like to commend Diane for helping my husband get his blood pressure medicine. He travels for work and the people in Florida, specifically Panama City and Miami dont even answer their phone. Diane went above and beyond to make sure he got his medicine!

Pharmacist are outstanding at this store. Support staff seems to enjoy their job and typically provide great customer service...even when Im crabby from not feeling well.I also use Walgreens when traveling in or out of state. Pharmacist have communicated with other Walgreen pharmacy about filling my medications which are critical to my well being.*I am not associating this comment with other staff members in the store, including management.Thank you!Mary B, Stow, Ohio*Have not had a reason to compliment, but Im sure they are well deserving of good remarks.

Rude pharmacy staff. I don’t understand how hard it is to politely say “I’m not sure, I would ask a doctor about that” when being asked about medications. Of course, that would mean admitting you don’t know something, which is apparently below some of the pharmacy staff here. If you don’t want to deal with those types of questions or deal with the public work in a hospital pharmacy. I have not had a problem outside the pharmacy though.

Hit or miss. The woman at the cosmetic center is absolutely wonderful and always nice and complementary.. The pharmacy on the other hand 8/10 times are rude. How dare you ask a question and interrupt their day. Its not fair to say that the entire pharmacy is bad, but a few employees can sure ruin a reputation.

I wish I could express my frustration properly. Such disorganized pathetic service. The pharmacy is so unprofessional. My Doctors office called in a script for me, I was standing there while they did. All the information was correct and Walgreens acted like they never received it. How bogus, it was medicine for my asthma and they jerked me around. No customer service, no clue what they are doing. They can’t even get an address right. Terrible service. I have to wait a day for the office to call again, I will use another pharmacy. OVER IT. Don’t shop here!!!!

Went to their so called wonderful Clinic Sat, 4:30 after work b/c my throat is killing me. As I reach the computer to sign in this loud rude voice yells Were not taking anyone else I have my last client in this room. #1 NEVER saw any sign of hours... #2 maybe a kind sorry maam we close at whatever time would have been a little more professional not to mention friendly.

This is a great place to shop. It has the best prices and biggest selection of non prescription medications. It is open 24 hours a day including the pharmacy. I love thelatenight shopping.

The worst. Pharmacy is always slow, don’t give me important information, and now they’re not open 24 hours anymore. Taking my business somewhere else.

The store isnt too bad. The location is convenient. Prices here can be good at times but overall I still get better deals at Wal-Mart.The staff is always very nice at this location. Much better pricing than CVS but Wal-Mart still beats them all.

They couldnt keep my medication in stock despite the fact that they always had ample time to order it and since I had been getting it filled there for almost a year they could have anticipated it. At one Walgreens the pharmacist even refused to fill my Rx early one morning after an ER visit. She told me to go to another one, stating Maybe theyll fill it there. Save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere, like to Giant Eagle.

Pharmacy has all rude staff and pharmacists that discriminate and make things embarrassing and a hassle. The medicine im prescribed my insurace doesnt cover it. My doctor precribes me a months supply. My doctor informed me i could fill it up to 5 times on the same written precription. I recieve a quantity of 60 and fill 20 i try and fill it when im able to because of my job and they give me an issue when its convenient for me to do so because i work out of town... rude staff and pharmacist that give you a hassle and discriminate. I wouldnt reccomend this walgreens. Never had a problem any other walgreens..

I live nearby and stop in often for a few items. The store is clean and the employees are very friendly. Ive occasionally needed to get something late at night and am glad they are open 24/7.

Store manager is a total ass. Very rude and inconsiderate. There were two people in line my wife being second after standing in line for five minutes a third customer came in line. When my wife got to register he asked her to step out of line so he could help the next customer. He made her feel totally embarrassed. I called to try and rectify situation and he told me it was his store to run and he basically could do whatever he wanted. When I asked if this was common practice to push people to the side he told me this wasnt high school and hung up on me. I will never shop at this store again. Discrimination is alive and well at Walgreen on state road in Cuyahoga falls in ohio.

Such a joke. They can’t even afford to replace a speaker for the drive up, so you have to yell your personal information for the world to hear. Staff is unprofessional and just rude.

They discriminate against medicaid insurances.

The pharmacy is the worst I have ever been to. They are constantly making mistakes and it always takes them at least 2 hours to fill a prescription. In 2 years it has only gotten worse. I got tired of all the BS and just transferred all my prescriptions to giant eagle.

Pharmacy very helpful

Schedule an appointment online to the healthcare clinic. Showed up at appointed time and could not find my appointment. Called the support line and they could not find the appointment and someone had already taken my appointment. Never coming back here again!
