Everyone here is so friendly and really knows their stuff. They have really good prices on their tires. They also got done with my car rather quick.

Would give 4 and a half. The only reason for not giving a 5 is because car repairs suck. But if you do need them go to Leopold. They do great tire work and under carriage work. I have bought all my tires brakes,shocks struts, etc.... Great people to know. Solid pricing and good warranty parts.

Been coming here for 30 years. Get tires, brakes, rotors,etc. they are honest ,very reliable and have the lowest prices I have ever found. They do things right the first time! Highly recommended.

Highly recommend. Leopolds is the only place I will get tires from. They sell quality tires and there work is quick and quality. I recently had suspension work done and it was priced well and done quickly. All their employees know what they are talking about. Dont go to a national chain.

The owner Dennis is great. It would be nice if all his personnel had his same demeanor. Dennis is the difference in Leipold. He is friendly, personable, knowledgeable, and considerate. Dennis is a sole reason to return, time and time again. The others arent rude, they just dont make you feel great. Owners usually care about everyone who walks through the door.. Bravo Dennis for building a great business. Hopefully others will eventually get it.

All the employees are nice and helpful. They are careful with the interior of the car. Andy is very knowledgeable on all aspects of the tires and vehicles. He understood I am on a budget and was able to help me pick out a decent tire for my budget. I recommend these guys over any other shop. They dont gouge single women and offer help at a great price.

Stopped here in a panic after work last week. The story behind the five stars: I got a flat at work, slapped on my spare, messed up one of my bolts, and headed for help. I walked in and told them what happened. They quoted me 45 minutes, which isn’t bad at all, but I live an hour north and needed to pick my kids up. The guys at Leipold saw the panic wash over my face and they leaped into action. I was out of there in 15 minutes. Thank you, from the bottom of my heart!

Ive purchased tires here nearly all my life. I deviated a few times between my 20s and 30s but I learned my lesson. Now, I will only buy my tires from Leipold. I had Leipold put Mastercraft Glacier Trex tires on my old truck, RWD - I am thoroughly impressed now after driving thru another snow fall. Just bought a new set of tires for my truck. First time using Leopold Tire. I am impressed. They replaced all 4 in about an hour. Prices are very competitive and no hidden costs. Definitely will be back. They are really busy right now so it is best to make an appointment for tires.

Love this place! The staff is very very nice and they do their best to make you feel comfortable with your purchase. I had an appointment at noon and they had me in and out in less than 30 minutes and I had all 4 tires replaced and balanced! This is the only place I go to for brakes and tires anymore. I usually wait while they work on my car and I can easily hear the employees speak with customers. Not once have I heard them try to upsell something or sell a customer something they dont need. They keep the customer needs in mind first. This is an honest shop with a great owner that hires good mechanics. Cant recommend them enough.

Good prices and friendly people, but a year and a half later I needed to change a tire, and discovered that my lug nuts were over-torqued. Too many ugga duggas on the lug nuts! Reduce number of ugga duggas per lug nut.

I was actually on my way to Sams club to price tires when I stopped here on a whim. The man at the desk seemed very knowledgeable and honest. I dont know what all brands of tires they sell, but they had what I needed in stock and it fit what I was looking for, not only for the tread pattern but the price too. The same tires would have cost me almost $200 more from a place closer to me. Free tire rotation every 5000 miles. The employees werent standing around Lolly gagging like some at many tire places do. The place was busy. You dont earn repeat customers by chance, so that means these guys are doing something right. I couldnt be any happier with my purchase. Thank-you.

I called mid morning to see about getting tires for my car. Landon said he could get my tire choice delivered to the shop on State Road in the afternoon and have the alignment and 4 tire install done in one (1) hour. I was a bit skeptical that the work could be done so fast, but I told him Id be there at 4:00pm. I dropped the car off at 4:00pm and by 5:00pm the alignment and tire install was done. Ive never had such quick and thorough tire / alignment service done on vehicles Ive owned. The price of the tires and alignment was lower than other shops would have charged me, the install and alignment adjustment was super fast, and the technicians that worked on my car re-assembled several suspension bolts that were put on backwards by another repair shop. Fantastic service with unbeatable pricing. Leipold Tire Company in Cuyahoga Falls will be getting my business and I will definitely recommend this Automotive Shop to my friends.

I took my car in, suspecting a bearing issue, and was right. They fixed it quickly, and I was on my way. Weeks later, I was again experiencing an issue, brought it back to them certain the bearing was bad again. After a test drive, they agreed, and immediately replaced it under their warranty. It was a just bad bearing manufacture and they handled it really pleasantly. We’ve taken many cars there before and after and have always been happy with their work and professionalism.

I was really impressed with how quickly they worked and they answered all my questions. I purchased some more tires to make sure my car was ready for winter. There is never a good day to have a flat tire, but it helps when the business you goo to is clean, professional, and friendly.

They are honest. They use good parts and do the job correctly. They stand by their warranty. I had lower ball joints replaced in September. I went back when I was hearing another noise in January. It was a tie rod end and a lower ball joint. They did the lower ball joint for free. 100% free. Only $140 for the tie rod end. I was amazed that I did not even have to pay for labor for the ball joint. My truck has never felt better. Dont go anywhere else. Have it done right the first time.
