Best home depo I have ever been to just well thought out and has a nice flow to the store. It helps its 2min from my house and I refuse to go to lowes. There online orders take forever but the seem to keep this store pretty well stocked.

I dont normally go to Home Depot; however, I was in the vicinity and needed hardware supplies. I was pleasantly surprised by the attention received from employees. They provided prompt attention in finding items, instructing on use, and suggesting additional items we might need to complete the job. It was so nice to visit a large hardware store where employees offered the same great service you get from a small hardware shop. I definitely will return!

In a large chain business like this one, it is a truly wonderful surprise to encounter employees who make you feel cared for.I had a carpet job gone awry on my hands when I came into this store and several members of this team spent over half an hour with me trying to help find a solution. I even had a tool rental out with them that they graciously extended (due to the delay in my project) at no extra cost, even though the delay was no fault of their own. Id like to specially mention Paul from flooring, as well as the department supervisor of flooring and Shawn from rentals (who made sure I was taken care of to the best of his ability). They took a few hours of stress out of my life and my carpet installation was able to be finished same day, thanks to them!

Large store but stock is not as wide as I had hoped. The store is helpful in getting orders in if they have it online. They have fast pick up times. Location is decent and clean.

Im currently trying to finish my vinyl flooring project. My last step is to put down the matching vinyl quarter rounds. I had purchased a few already but when I went back to purchase the rest the aisle was being re-moded. I nicely asked the worker if she could help me and she refused and said they were busy working in the aisle. If I dont find the matching quarter rounds what am I going to do?? Im going to try another location, hopefully they have more helpful employees. I love this location and now Id rather not go to it again.

I walked in and asked for help right away. The store person didnt exactly know what I wanted but she walked me to the general area. The cashier wasnt as courteous and that is why I gave 4 stars.

Staff was very helpful in suggestions and showing the products location. Also was able to check out at returns instead of walking down to the other end of the store.

Once again, they dont have what I was looking for. Maybe I should blame COVID? Lowes has it and its my fault for not checking online first. It woulda been nice to get a straight answer from the guy in the department where my item should have been but he had no clue so I went to forage for it alone and there went 15 minutes Ill never get back.

We purchased carpet for our basement steps at Home Depot. This review is getting only 4 stars because the person who helped us with ordering the carpet initially was rude and condescending. He also ordered the wrong measurements. HOWEVER, we went back in and explained the situation to Jennifer from flooring. She was AMAZING! She listened to our issue, vouched for us with her management, and ultimately was able to order us the additional carpet that we needed at no cost to us because of the error with the initial order. Thanks, Jennifer!

Home Depot is always great, no matter which store I shop. But this one is the best, consistently. Clean, with helpful staff. Well stocked.

Got everything we needed but knowledgeable staff were few and far between. However I feel thats everywhere you go since Covid. Everyone is shortstaffed. Just the new normal. We made a raised garden bed hoop house with deer netting. Turned out great!

Just want to recognize the ladies in flooring, especially Consie Downs. She has assisted me numerous times in the last few years and is always friendly, helpful and very patient. Consie takes the time to explain everything, and Ive never left the store wondering what comes next...she answers all questions. Always a good experience in that department!

This was my very first order online with HD and it was a delivery from HELL! I will NEVER, EVER SHOP THIS ONE IN CUYAHOGA FALLS. Cost me $300 because of their incompetence. Friday, order, Saturday, watched delivery truck drive past me twice while I was hollering, waving my arms. They had phone wired-up to automatically hang-up. After half-hour, I reversed-engineered my way into the phone line and got ahold of some useless woman, said It was cancelled and had to re-schedule for Monday. Monday, up at 5:30 am, waited till 4pm, nothing! They never intended for me to get this. You are better off riding with someone who has a truck and will help (for cheaper, probably). If you dont want to lose money, DONT HAVE THEM DELIVER!

Had exactly the item I was looking for, I had already figured out what I was getting online but needed to get it quickly on my way home. Unfortunately all too often lately many other stores dont have the items that stock that they say they do. Thankfully that was not the case here and they had what I needed and even though it was listed as a quantity of one remaining they had exactly one remaining. Almost like it should be that way :).

Love this store! All the employees are super friendly and helpful. Even if they dont know the answer they will find someone who does!Awesome garden center also :)

Im reviewing them as a driver for roadie and they are wonderful. The staff at Home Depot is always great very nice and very helpful.

H.D. was our go-to store! Between the prices going up insanely, and not having what their app. says they have. We are going to the competition who has what their app. Says they have! Even if the layout of the store is difficult to find things!

Asked 2 people for help and waited for 25 minutes and didnt see any other employees, just a lot of other customers wandering around looking for help. Does anyone actually work here? Lol

Someone need to teach the workers how to work and to help customers. Items was to heavy for me to lift, I needed a low cart. They were all full and pushed off to the side. Ask a worker where the carts are and had to go.look for one in the parking lot. I said the item was to heavy for me to lift, they never offered to help, just stood there with his hands in his pockets. A older gentleman need help to reach something, the girl.qorker would not help him, and said she would call someone e to help him when she was doing nothing. Dont tell me they are under staffed when workers are just standing around. Poor poor service at this home depot.

BIG IMPROVEMENTS since I was here last ! I stopped shopping here because of rude , unhelpful employees that you could never find for help.My most recent trip for some major plumbing items was a pleasure and there were now many PLEASANT , HELPFUL , FRIENDLY , employees and this alone will keep me coming back after experiencing horrible customer service at Menards ! I am so happy to see that Home Depot fixed things and you have me BACK from Menards !

Whats not to love about Home Depot always a great experience. Well-lit stores Edith navigate and the staff is always helpful. I purchased a Ryobi corded drill and couldnt be happier.

The people were nice, thus the 2 stars, but they had no cashiers - there was one attendant helping at the self-checkout, but even one lane with a human assigned to it would have been nice.I am not a fan of Home Depots politics and if it werent for gift cards that I was given, Id have not shopped here at all.

A delivery from the Fairlawn store was to be delivered to my home in Cuyahoga Falls it was 2large pieces of fencing and a post it was delivered to the wrong address I called to see where the order was and they said it had been delivered and I supposedly signed for it I told them it had not been delivered and I had signed nothing my son and I found the stuff 2 houses up and the person who lived there had been out of town for a couple of days my son had to carry those items to our house and they were heavy I also feel the driver forged a signature. POOR SERVICE

Just like Best Buy and bestbuy.com, Home Depot takes no responsibility for homedepot.com even though when you go to the homedepot.com website they refer you to your local store. I bought an air conditioner it was close to $600. It was only available for home delivery. They did a bait and switch with the delivery time. And also it came dented. And the final straw was that they suggested things to buy with the air conditioner and the air conditioner had a description on it that did not include those items. I purchased the additional items but the air conditioner did come with those items. This is a lot to take in but come on. Somebodys got to start being responsible.

Helpful, and friendly! Goes out of the way in helping for all your DIY projects.

I placed a delivery order for over 4,000 dollars in order to build a fence and do some landscaping. The day of delivery I checked the delivery status on the website and it said the order was canceled. I immediately called the store and was told that the delivery drivers canceled it the day before because they couldnt fit it on one truck and that they rescheduled it for two weeks later without any notification. Consequently I lost one day of works pay waiting for the delivery that never showed up as well as 1,000 dollars I spent on heavy machinery that I could not cancel. After speaking with a customer service representative, a supervisor, and then a manager all that was told to me was Im sorry there is nothing we can do. They could not tell me what happened or why. I am extremely upset and I will never shop at Home Depot again, neither will ANYONE that I know. Horrible experience leaving me astounded as to how a business allows their delivery drivers to cause such a stressful situation for their customers.

Wanted a big cart for a shelf was told they were in one aisle when they were actually in a different aisle !!This a huge shelf u would think a man would offer to help !! Nope

Great home improvement store for the options in stock but finding help is usually quite difficult at times and when I asked someone for help they said hang on but never actually stopped what they were doing to help me. Eventually I found help and they were attentive but getting that help was an exercise in extreme patience.

Usually has what I need, Save your receipt though, Im constantly having issues with stuff I buy there, but swapping a few times you usually find a decent version of what youre looking for.

We knew what we wanted so we came in and made our purchase and left.

Mrs Jack Plumbing and home repair Home Depot in Cuyahoga Falls is always good to me as well as they are to all of their customers.Staffing management willll usually go out of their way for anything that a potential customer may need whether it be answering a question or helping you find an item as well as helping you load it and recommending an installer if necessary as well as its much information as they can possibly give any customer about any problem or project that they may have. I recommend Cuyahoga Falls location to anybody near or far they are worth the drive

Every time I come here for something I ALWAYS walk out with plants. Most of the time I dont even go there for plants. I just went in for mineral spirits and left with 3 cacti and a pot.

The Home Depot is running a distant third behind Lowes and Menards. The store lacks organization and ease of shopping. It might draw customers because of its location with no competition close by, but if you are within 15 minutes of another option, spend the drive time.

The selection is great and the prices are fairly good. I am a huge fan of Ryobi power tools, available only at Home Depot. Most of the floor staff are not very knowledgeable and finding one who really wants to help is not easy. I have been frequenting Menards more recently.

On September 29, 2020 I dropped off my under warranty Ryobi ONE+ 9 In. 18-Volt Lithium-Ion Cordless Lawn Edger for repair or replacement. I was told I would receive a replacement.I returned to the store several times. Phone calls did no good. I was told I would be called back. It did not happen.On January 30, 2021 I visited the store. I was told the lawn edger arrived December 14th and must of been sold on the floor. I never received a notification that it arrived.Surprised to hear lawn edgers are in demand in the winter months!The last time I received this level service the company went out of business.

Pretty typical of a hardware store nothing extraordinary.

Ppl were amazing! My health reasons for not wearing a mask make me feel embarrassed- but the employees here did not!!! They asked no personal questions- which I wouldve answered- but was so grateful to not as others wouldve heard and more than violated my privacy. They were helpful in finding product, getting products, at check out, and even just when leaving! And not one person made me feel less than, as I feel many places, even though wearing a mask could literally kill me- (I actually left medical school for this reason recently, but before pandemic) so their kindness made me and my 18 yr old daughter (who did wear Mask) cry! My 2yr old had no idea what was going on- buyout my 18 yr old actually has been given a health card to not as well & b/c of the HATE and JUDGEMENT we receive- she wears it & puts it under her nose when she can. Its very scary to me- b/c I KNOW the danger she puts herself in to make others feel at ease....yet she struggled every night she goes anywhere 😢. Please stop saying its just a mask I can go back & forth w/you on the truth of that every day! But even if it DID make a difference etc- there are some who CANNOT wear it- and it is settled to be terror right to not explain why. And even more- they are PEOPLE- THEY DESERVE TO BE TREATED AS SUCH!!!! What has happened to this country!? Youre supposed to love FREEDOM over SAFETY. Youre supposed to value your value human b/c black, latino, middle east, European, native American, South America, white.... Were all given the same rights, brain, and beauty!!!! Went to buy a refrigerator and was told 3/4 of them couldnt be ordered and was back logged since the pandemic. And would be told by other places that they could get them and latter call and say no go. HA HA!!!!! went straight to Best Buy a couple of buildings down and ordered the same one I wanted and YES got it in time no excuses SOLD!! Home Depot YOU LOSE.

Man I hate giving reviews but poor service needs to be recognized and handled. I went into the Howe Ave store in Cuyahoga Falls Ohio last night to make a simple purchase and received extremely poor service and very poor attitude from the department manager of all people. I literally left that location and drove to Lowe’s and got what I needed within 5 min.I think customer service is a lost art. I seeked the Home Depot Team member out for assistance and his attitude assured me that he (not Home Depot I’m sure) did not care for my business or needs.Store manager at that location needs to rally the troops and make it a nice place to shop!!!Good luck!

As Walmart and target, very large percentage of the goods are still being offered are manufactured in CHINA! I sent a message toThe manager, start selling made in America or lose my business.
