I have been doing custom metal fabrication for over 50 yrs and I have never had such poor service just getting a simple quote, Got 6 quotes total.1st one way over priced & mixed up information & contact info2nd more realistic but still errors3rd went back up but most errors fixed - then placed orderOnly to get 4th quote to wrong contact & price way up & wrong contact5th back to prices near 3rd quote but taxes added6th shaved a few dollarsRaw materials purchased to manufacture for resale are not taxable !CANCELED ORDER AFTER WASTING 3 DAYS OF MY TIME !JK YOU DONT DESERVE ANY STARS

Horrible place to unload!!! Extremely rude!! Take forever!!! And sorry but 1. Don’t have your employees tell me I need a mask in when they are running all over the place without one! And I do not need to where one when the closes person to me is 20 feet away!!!!!

Wow.... Good enough to take your money. But wont let you use their restrooms. But apparently somewhere out back is a porta john. Bet thats lovely 25 degrees and all.

The first time there, not familiar with their operation, wasnt real smooth. Been back a few times, much better. As for waiting, with fcfs, Ive waited my turn, but quick unloading.

What company or any place of business says wait 10 mins we are at lunch. Any place I have ever worked that had a general retail distribution always accommodates customers first. 4 people sitting in their little break room/ office( computers on desks), no one can stop stuffing their face for the minute load out. Maybe a scheduler might be necessary to not allow this to happen. The only reason for the second star, is the sales team. Very helpful. Get answers from them and buy somewhere else!

First time I waited this long to be unloaded and I hate that they dont have a public restroom inside for the drivers

Worst place I have ever unloaded steel at. Will be refusing loads to this establishment from now on. Id rather take the work write up than wait here for 3.5 hours to get unloaded. Waste of my time and money as a truck driver who gets paid by the load.

Truckers!! I had a 7 am appt. Checked in at 7 am ,at 11 am they just started working on me. Took off one bundle of steel within 30 min period, at 11.30 I still had 9 more bundles on the trailer. I missed my pick up appt. It was friday. Do u wanna take a chance drivers? Good luck!

Rich in receiving at the sheet side is the rudest person ever he has an attitude all the time I got out of my truck to get my gloves cause I thought he was on his last lift and got yelled at to get back in my truck and told he would let me know when I can exit my truck and not until he lets me know then after he is done unloading me he runs his mouth off to me while he is signing my paperwork
