Do not use for home cooling. I had to call them twice just to get an appointment scheduled because nobody ever called me back like they said they would to setup a free estimate. Then after they finally show up for the free estimate, I was told they would write up an estimate and I would hear back from them soon. That was over a month ago and they completely blew me off. I went with ENERGY ONE in West Warwick. They setup an appointment on the phone, showed up on the day they said they would, gave me an estimate that very day. I couldn’t be more happier that I was referred to ENERGY ONE. I guess T.H. Malloy didn’t want my money.

Jack is awesome great guy, came out to my house quick at 3am, accessed the problem and fixed it in minutes. Highly recommend.

Great service and reliability, but you pay for it. Significantly more expensive than some. I am also disappointed their prices are not made public, that is not stated on their website, etc..

As a first time home owner, I called around about pricing and the girls in the office were very friendly and helpful. Within an hour, Hank came to inspect my system. A couple days later, they came out to clean my system and delivered oil. Such a smooth and easy process! :)

I Highly recommend Hank and his company. Its great to see a business that cares about customer satisfaction. It’s also great because it is a locally owned business. We had already moved to Charlotte North Carolina before closing on our house in Rhode Island. Just days before closing on our RI home we needed a propane tank installed. It was the week of Thanksgiving and our closing was the day before Thanksgiving. Hank pulled through for us and did everything possible so that we could close. Thank you Hank, his servicemen and office staff for making what could have been a disaster into a miracle adding a great sense of humor to the mix. We would give 10 stars if they were that many to give.

I highly recommend TH Malloy, I requested a quote for my oil burner system that had died on me. Hank came by and gave my a quote. He was very professional and Friendly and made me fee like I could trust this company. After getting two other quotes I end up going with TH they had the best price and got me back the quote very fast. They have a Great team! Highly recommend!

I have been a Malloy customer for over 20 years. I never had a complaint until recently. This past year I was out of work for 2 months with a shattered vertebrae in my neck which I had to have replaced. I fell behind on my payments. I was trying to play catch up with Malloy and other companies. I called Malloy and requested some oil and was told no not until you pay your bill. I explained to them that I know it was behind but I was playing catch up the best I could. I asked if they could deliver some oil because I have my 3 year old grandson and my daughter living with me and that I was almost out of oil. They still said no oil. I also tried to explain to them that I literally had a broken neck earlier in the year and that is why I fell behind. They still said no oil until I got my balance down. I explained to them that I was ahead on my payments as recently as last year or the year before and they said it does not matter no oil. I had to pay them $200.00 and they said the payments had to be $300.00 or more to get oil. I told them I could not afford $300.00 dollars and that I was paying what I could afford. I finally paid them $300.00 dollars (I had to borrow money to do so and created another debt). Thats all they care about is the money now not the people. I will pay them off and I will find a new oil company. The used to be a great kind caring awesome company but not any more. The 1 star was just to post this message.

Its great to see when a business cares more about customer satisfaction than their bottom line. From time to time during the winter months I have checked on other company prices and found T.H. Malloy to be the fairest. When other companies go up in price you Hold Steady. Smart business decision for retaining customers. Hank is a pleasure to deal with and will help you anyway he can.

I am writing this review because I had a wonderful experience with T. H. Malloy Oil & Sons and want to share it with you. I live in Florida and own a large family home in Rhode Island. I sold it and was closing in a few days. I found out in the last minute I needed a gas tank on site. I called at least 20 companies and they all told me they were too busy. I was frantic. A friend told me about Malloy Oil. I called them and they transferred me to a gentleman named Hank. I explained the whole story to Hank. I could not close my house unless I had this gas tank put in and filled. I was not a customer. These people were so darn busy. It was Thanksgiving Holiday. Hank and the company went out of their way for me. Not only did they deliver the tank of gas but when they arrived my darn stoves had to be converted to propane and they converted that for me so I would pass inspection. They took care of me knowing I would not be able to find a pipe fitter during a holiday weekend. I was a new customer they did not have to do anything for me. In fact, they could of done the same as the other 20 companies and say I am too busy. Thank you Malloy from the bottom of my heart. I know if there is an emergency snow storm, or a leak you will be there for a customer. Your company has a heart of gold and you care about people. If you know nothing about boilers and need one replaced professionally call T.H. Malloy. The sale and explanation of our new boiler was outstanding. The techs made sure they answered all our questions regarding the installation and operation. We were very comfortable and satisfied with the process. We will recommend T.H. Malloy to family and friends.

I am a senior. They take great care of me. Clean my furnace and keep my tank full. Great people.

Service techs are very knowledgeable and do great work, but the front office is a disaster. Statements were always incorrect and Hank could not do simple math to correct the issues. Karen rather see you go to a competitor then fix the issues or do research into the problems. Not worth the 1 year free service they offer when you sign up

The morning of the blizzard January 4, I awoke to no heat ! I left my door unlocked and went to work. I called and a service tech was at my home by 8:00am, fixed the problem locked the door and left. Two nights later, at 9:00pm Saturday night, again no heat. I made a call and within 1 hour, a tech came fixed the problem. Its been fine since then, thank for such great service on some of the coldest days on record !!

Finally a company that knows what theyre doing! Contacted them for servicing and they came out right away... made some suggestions for my needs which was exactly what I was looking for. They scheduled an appointment for me to have my furnace cleaned, they came out the following week early in the morning to fit my schedule. The young man who came out and started cleaning my furnace and explaining step-by-step what he was doing and why it needed to be done. I was extremely happy about that because Im always reluctant to pay somebody to do something not knowing what it is theyre actually going to do... but everything he did made sense and gave me a copy of the receipt of what it was that he did. Great experience and even better customer service! Will be recommending them to anyone I know.

William Spivey is such a good hard working man , he gets the job done when needed to ... and is very out going really good with customer service and needs he deserves to be recognized , most people who have delivered oil in past experience were so rude and never did the job right , but no worries T.H Malloy is a good oil company and William is the guy you call for the jobs he’s awesome 🙌🏼

Absolute disaster, there big thing over there is to over bill. Unethical business practices. Its a game but thats fine we will play with them.

Horrible, sleazy, dishonest company. The guy Hank constantly shared my personal account information with other customers who I happened to know. I have had a guy I work with who also had account with this company tell me how much I owed on my account and various other private information that he was getting from Hank. The customer service ladies are rude. The guy who serviced my boiler did a horrible job and even broke things off my boiler and didnt tell me. Just left the pieces on my dryer. Not worth the free service the following year. Me and my coworker are switching companies this fall.

Awful customer service..i believe her name is karen..she takes calls and schedules deliveries. The prices arent great but they are competitive..this will not make up for dealing with her if the slightest problem arises. She doesnt care even if you have young daughters in the home...if she doesnt agree with you or like you, she wont send a truck..she also doesnt like to deal with heating assistance grants..she is a truly nauseating woman and my only advice is to stay away from this company. Try fleet fuel or acorn. Both are much better

Had them come out to change a zone valve for no heat, they did not fix the problem . So they came next day and fixed the problem and charged me twice. Had them come out following week to install warranty water heater. With this they changed the relief valve at extra cost and labor and set the pressure gage wrong. Water leaked on floor. So, a fourth trip to my house , you do the math
