I have to say that we are very pleased with the dress, prices and the customer service. Both ladies were very kind and such a blessing to my granddaughter for her senior prom. We went to another shop in Cumberland prior to this and when I shared what our budget was I got a stare then the lady just headed to another customer without saying a word. I was pretty shocked at the response. It felt like we weren’t good enough or didn’t have enough money to be in their store. So thank you Simply Formal for making it possible for my granddaughter to attend her senior prom. You guys are GREAT!

Poor Customer Relations, Will never recommend this store to anyone. My niece has been trying to get her dresses back since 2017 and they were never at the store. No she says she has donated them, stating that she called several times and left messages. That was a flat out lie she has not called here and has not once returned any phone calls to my niece.

Shes great. Doing some alterations for me. Your outfits will be in good hands.

Dresses were used. Some were ripped. The attitude was unwelcoming.
