They are definitely SpeeDee for sure! I was able to get my oil changed right as I got there. First come, first served. I waited in a clean environment with a TV for entertainment. They also had a TV that showed my car getting the oil change, which my toddler thought was the coolest. The staff has been welcoming and friendly. My car was also vacuumed, which I thought was a great touch of service. My car runs great and is cleaner than when I brought it lol I highly recommend SpeeDee Oil Change & Auto Service, for an oil change.

Brought my car in for inspect, was informed that my car failed for tint. Upon asking what my cars tint tested at, I was informed that my tint was never tested and that we dont test tint. So now im out $56 on an inspection that shouldve never failed. I was also informed by said employee that SUVs are the only vehicles that come with factory tint, which is also incorrect.

I came in today 08/11/21 around 1230ish for an state inspection and the tech Michael M greeted as soon as i came and ask me how can he help, very polite young man, i state that i need a state inspection and he told me that it should take around an hour but it actually took less time only 25min I was very pleased. The shop was very clean, bathrooms spot less for been a mechanic shop and the chairs where separate from each others, and they even have a multi charger for your cell phone. I will definitely will return back

I went in for an inspection sticker today and was in and out in about 20 minutes. The gentleman who helped me, I believe his name was Michael, was very friendly and courteous. Overall it was as great of an experience as you can have while getting your car inspected. Will definitely go back.

Great place for inspections! Many places dont want to do them since all the money goes to the state. But they took it and did it in a little over an hour (faster than they said).

Came for a state inspection which they failed for a few things that I proceeded to repair. Came back and they found another “leak” in the exhaust not stated the first time around. But in all reality the exhaust wasn’t even bad but instead they failed to notice a rear shock literally not connected to my truck. Overall decent customer service but techs don’t really pay attention to what they’re doing and try to bust your balls over something completely fine.

Quick and easy. Went in for an oil change with 3 people ahead of me and I still came out only 30 minutes later. Staff was friendly and the shop is conveniently located. Definitely a solid choice if youre in a rush.

Everytime I come here, I’m given honest work. They always give me clarification and detail when it comes to service. I’m always greeted happily and leave within an hour. I had an amazing experience on 2/6/21. I’m a healthcare worker and don’t always have the time to keep up with my car. I went in for an oil change and tire rotation. An employee named Josh did an excellent job and even filled my windshield fluid. It may have been a small thing but to me, it meant a lot. I always leave satisfied and I will continue to bring my car for maintenance.

So glad I found a place to trust for quick service. Not your average oil change place. Fast, clean, organized and friendly. Ive taken several vehicles in for service multiple times and Ive been completely satisfied. Cant ask for more.

Went there for a oil change been going there for nearly 20 years had to mention to them after the oil change was done about if my car was leaking any oil for i noticed a spot in my driveway the guy at the desk didnt know ! He had to ask the technician and it was confirmed that it was leaking but they had no idea where it was coming from and I was told i had to wait for 2 hours to be looked at on where or what the oil was coming from!! when the service was already done and my car was ready to go , if i didnt bring this problem to his attention I wouldnt of been told anything , in the mean time its leaking!!! Very disappointed with this visit ..

Came in for an inspection. Watched staff berate an elderly woman who was rightly upset they put her vehicle equipment on another car. Their treatment was obscene and included both staff and management. I will no longer come here for service. All three customers who witnessed this were appalled.UPDATE: As expected no one has ever called me back about this.

Easy an fast service. Also not worried about it but my car went in to speed dee with trump bumper sticker an came out with no bumper sticker its ok I got plenty more to put on..🤣🤣🤣

Ive gone there for more than a decade and thought I was getting good service from them. Always check on the warranty for after market parts they use. Stuff they replaced fails inspection (every 2 years), so make sure you ask.Same for batteries!

I did not have to wait to have my routine oil change completed. I was in and out of there pretty quickly. The attendant also suggested a couple of items that should be updated of which one I did have the air filter replaced. I appreciated that he was not pushy about having the second item done at the time of my visit. This is my go to establishment for my routine oil changes.

When in for an oil change, got an oil change. In and out without any issues. It’s nice to be able to go somewhere to get an oil change without an appointment and not be turned away or asked to wait five hours. While I was waiting I could see “regulars” coming in greeted by their names and asked questions about their life. I’ll definitely be back!

This was my first visit to this business. I was professionally and nicely greeted immediately upon my arrival even though all employees were very busy. The waiting area was pleasant and I didn’t have to wait long at all. I was informed of what needed to be done in the near future. I left feeling relieved that I had gone to a reputable business to service my car.

The guys in the shop were really nice and the work was completed quickly. They also noted any other issues with my car on my receipt which I thought was really helpful. Definitely going back.

The were kind and speedy (haha) but they did not give me helpfully information immediately, instead telling me.to bring my car into the shop before they could help me.

I called ahead to see if they were booked and was told to come right down. Nice staff and not pushy for new sales like wipers... car was ready and brought right to front door for me!

Super quick oil change. And, theres no pushing to get the extra stuff. They just tell you whats reccomended by the manufacturer or whats needed because its not working properly, and just leave it to you to decide.

I went for my inspection and my re-inspection (failed the 1st time). It was really busy when I went for both. They give very accurate wait times. When they did my re-inspection, I was in and out in under 30 minutes. They work quickly and efficiently, and they bring your car out front when its done. I spoke to several workers there, and they were all pleasant and explained things very clearly.

I needed an inspection sticker and had only one day off that week and a short window of time that particular day to get my car inspected. When I got there, they said the wait would be an hour to and hour and a half and I said I needed to be home in an hour. So, they took me right away instead because no one else was there. Very nice and professional.

I stopped in a couple weeks ago to get an oil change after work.Not only is this place extremely convenient (e.g. I came right after work, there was no appointment needed and they took my car in right away), but the service was OUTSTANDING. They completed my oil change promptly, walked me through their inspection, pointed out the filters that needed to be replaced but didnt try to pressure me into buying them right then like most places do.Overall, I highly recommend them and have become a repeat customer!

I recently had to have my old pick up towed there when I lost my brakes (on a Saturday evening before close) and asked him to let me know what it would take to get it going.. Not only did they wait for the tow truck to show up after closing, but they called me the next business day to tell me it really isnt worth fixing.. I had a good feeling to expect that call because the truck has a lot of hard earned new England mileage. But instead of telling me this is what you need & what its gonna cost he told me he could fix it but chances are Ill have another issue before I know it. Based on the condition and his professional opinion it would be a money pit.. I truly appreciate the honesty that they have always treated me with and thats EXACTLY why I go back and refer family, friends and pretty much anyone I know to go see them. Thanks again for the honesty and professionalism, it truly is refreshing to know I can trust my mechanic whether its what I want to hear or not.

My sisters car was serviced for an Oil Change and a Water Pump. 3 days after leaving, (and not driving on the highway because she works locally) she got on the highway to go someplace and the hood of her car flew up. She luckily was able to safely get to the side of the road and call for help. There was $5000 worth of damage to her car and when she called speedee they brough up the cameras and confirmed that their tech did not fully follow through with the safety check. He was seen dropping the hood and checking it with his eyes, but not doing the safety pull-up to make sure it was fully latched. Despite this video evidence, they are claiming not at fault, have given zero apologies or remorse for the danger they put her and her family in and she now has to make a claim through her personal insurance when THEY should be the ones making an insurance claim.STAY CLEAR!!!!

John and his honesty is number 1. He goes above and beyond for clients.. He does not give you run arounds.. He will tell you these are the issues and this is the cost. Thats always appreciated!

This location is very professional and quick. I am always in and out for my oil change, first come first serve. John and the crew are very thorough and will tell you whats needed to be fixed. Not to mention they vacuum the rugs with the oil change.

Got my vehicle inspected here. Everyone was friendly and super helpful. It needed new tires. I got them elsewhere (closer to home) and brought it back to finish the inspection. They were still really friendly even though I chose to get them replaced elsewhere. Made a stressful week a bit easier.

I KNOW THIS IS LONG PLEASE TAKE THE TIME TO READ..I’m sharing this story to hopefully save someone from going through what I recently went through. SpeeDee on Mendon road in Cumberland serviced my car on Tuesday 6/4 and drove it off their property at 5pm. I had an oil change and they replaced my water pump & charged me over $600. I returned to their facility on Friday because they forgot the mileage sticker that sticks to the windshield. (Not a huge deal but a step that was forgotten on their check list) I drove to and from work on wed/thurs and Friday (20 miles round trip each day) and drove to PVD fest sat (20 miles round trip) ALL of these places were all through town on side rds THANKFULLY I didn’t get on the highway. I took mendon rd to work and Charlies street to PVD fest. Someone was clearly watching over me because there were multiple times that I could of driven on the highway and didn’t.On sat 6/8 at 5, I was driving on 146 N and as soon as I quickly accelerated my hood flew up and was flush against my windshield. I looked through the bottom and was able to quickly and safely get into the breakdown lane. Once safe, an amazing stranger pulled over to check on us an help us. I immediately called Speedy (from the side of the road) and spoke with Steve the manager who reassured me that all of their bays were on camera and that they follow “Point safety measures” he then explained that all technicians have to lift up to check the latch after dropping the hood. He was thankful that my family was safe and assured me that Brian the owner would contact me and things would be handled appropriately. On Monday (after NOT hearing from Brian) I drove my car with the hood wired to speedy. I again was meet by Steven, nice, appropriate and concerned. He then confirmed that they viewed the surveillance footage and that the hood was dropped but not checked/lifted up on prior to leaving the bay. A simple step that was forgotten...over looked.. just like my sticker. Unfortunately, this mistake could of ended up awful. I then drove it to Miller’s on Mendon road. AMAZING AUTO BODY!! Let’s fast forward to Friday. Still no call from said owner Brian. I left messages, emailed his personal email and again stopped into speedee. On Friday afternoon (Almost a week later) I called one last time and FINALLY spoke with the owner Brian. Who was far from apologetic, explained that “when the car pulled out of the bay the hood was latched” confirmed that his guy NEVER pulled up on the hood and that is not something they do. He then questioned me about the miles, said “i think it’s hard to believe you never drove on the highway going close to 80 miles” and accused me that “whom ever confirmed that I needed a water pump 100% had to of checked their work and opened my hood” when I questioned him about his manager Steve and what I was told on 3 different occasions he continued to talk about himself and the business he runs. In the end speedee did not claim any fault. To be honest Brian never even said anything about the safety of my family. thankfully I have full coverage and received the $5000 estimate of damage due to speedees lack of following a simple safety check! Again I am beyond thankful for the angels that guided me to avoid the highway and changed my mode of direction over the 3 days. I am thankful for full coverage and an AMAZING auto body shop that is going above and beyond to help me. Please please do your family a favor and spread this story so people do not continue to give business to a business that puts their customers and their families at risk. At the end of my conversation with Brian I was told to “avoid slander when posting any reviews ” I assure you that this is 100% accurate just Incase your worried.

Very rude staff. I left my vehicle for RMV inspection test they failed it because my front bumper was slightly missaligned and they claimed that is safety issue. My rear wipers was functioning ok but said it is old and teared so it had to be replaced. I had to buy clips for the bumper and new wipers the next day. I received a phone call 20 minutes before closing to be informed that I will be charged parking fees. The guy was yelling and kept interrupting my scentences. Honestly, the worest place I have dropped my car at.

My husband took my car for an oil change this go round, however I have been a customer of theirs for several years. The staff has always been friendly and professional.

Called to get a state inspection and was informed it is first come first serve. Ask if they had anyone in the shop and they replied no to come down now I live about 120 seconds down the road. When I arrived they told me the wait was 2 hours and that I could not leave the car had to remain there before they could look at it. Awful way to run a business.

Scam alert: Do not go here, especially for a vehicle inspection. They might extort you out of hundreds of dollars of unnecessary repairs while holding your car ransom like they did to me. It is my contention that since they dont make much money on vehicle inspections they must create repair orders as often as possible even when unnecessary. I will not go there again, and Id say its only a matter of time before the house of cards comes crashing down there.

On the run about to go on vacation. So i stopped by speedee for a quick oil change. My 06 jeep was running smooth i got a oil change and left and noticed a wierd rattling sound. I brought it back they said you need a new cataltic converter. My jeep didnt make any rattling sounds before the oil change. Idk Maybe a coincidence but gave me a bad feeling about the place.
