The person who attended my car was too good to address my request. He was very polite and very helpful.

I brought my car into the Cumberland RI location. I wanted them to check out my tires to see if they are good or need to be replaced. They did just that along with an alignment check and many other checks. Turns out I do not need new tires. They were honest with me and didn’t try to sell me something I do not need. They did find some other issues with my car and gave me some quotes. They did all of this work and didn’t even charge me for the service!! I’ll definitely be going back here for the issues they found. I recommend them to anyone who is looking for new tires or needs somethings looked at and assessed with their car.

Every time I go to Monro, I always have a great experience. This past time they were short staffed and everyone was still in good spirits even though they were busy.

I Had a appointment & explain what else I wanted to get a check on my vehicle and it looked like it went through one ear to another cause I was visual looking at my car and all they did what was appointed for. Never again coming back to this place. Looked like they dont care about any customer service or people vehicle. Took their sweet time and got me waiting longer than the usual job time...

Been here several times for tire issues and an inspection. Their service is timely, friendly and good prices. Im going back in a few weeks for new tires and I know they will treat me right.

Great service. Check engine light came on and they were able to check it out the next day after I called. Needed a good deal of work which they were able to do the next business day. Check engine light flicked back on a day later, they took a look right away and addressed a wire that needed replacing quickly and free of charge, overall great quick service

Had a tire blow out on the highway; vehicle towed to Monro. Monro was able to get the tire off, ordered a new one, and had the car ready to go the next day. Couldnt have asked for a better experience from start to finish. Very professional, kind, and efficient staff. Would highly recommend given such a great experience.

My husband had his car worked on at Munro and he was more than happy with the experience. When my car’s brakes needed attention, they hooked me up. Good price, excellent customer service, and the job was done well. Plus, there’s a lifetime warranty on the pads! Bonus. I’d happily recommend them to a friend or family member.

Dropped my car off for an oil change and found out I also needed new tires. I came into the store a half hour before they closed to pick it up. I had planned on waiting a little longer to get the tires done, but it turns out that they were a major safety issue and a blow out was imminent. I decided to get it done and told them I would come back next week since they were closing, but they were adamant about getting it done today to ensure my safety. Not many places will prioritize customer safety over their personal time at the end of their shifts, but these guys did just that and kept the shop open longer to get it done. It’s my first time coming to this location, and I can guarantee you have a customer for life! I’ll recommend this Monro to anyone.

This place is fantastic! The whole family takes their cars there to get serviced. They are courteous and always try to accommodate our schedule when they can. Prices are great. Very straight forward and honest. They never try to sell me on repairs I do not need.

Upon further investigation $450+ for front breaks and rotors is overpriced, also they never bled the line, leaving my breaks just as spongy (but less noisy) as when I brought it in. Happily they forgot all about my appointment for more work the next week, forcing me to find somewhere else more honest and affordable. Avoid Monro if you can, I have never left a negative review in the past, but I feel I was taken advantage of by Monro:(

I popped a tire on my way home from work. AAA put my donut tire on. I was able to get to the shop right before they closed. Jason stayed late to get a new tire on for me. Great service! I will definitely come back.

The gentleman here are superb in quality and customer service. After a less than stellar experience at a nearby shop I called late in the afternoon yesterday when I was driving and heard my brakes squealing. The assistant manager (Jay) was so good he picked up the phone, reassured me right away that they could at least make sure I was safe to drive and had me come in. That was enough to make me a happy camper even if I needed to just go straight home until another day to get work done. In true manager fashion he ends up staying 2 hours late to get my car repaired between phone calls to corporate, another store, etc. I was able to drive away that night with safety and peace of mind. I woke up feeling a sense of relief. Will be back!! Thanks again :)

Extremely rude

This place wanted to charge me at first an hour labor fee than said I will just charge you 1/2hour for a 10 minute tps reprogram. Tire pro charges $20. Guess were I went.

This location always helps with all my needs. The people are fast, knowledgeable and helpful. I never feel like Im being taken advantage of and have had nothing but great experiences at this location!

I wish I could give no or negative stars. Setup an appt. online for a Saturday afternoon for an oil change around 3:00 pm. I received confirmation online that I was all set. I showed up and was told not today. Too busy. Are you kidding me?!!! A total waste of time. What kind of business are you running. If you can not handle online appointments then DO NOT offer them. I did notice when I was there 2 of the 4 car bays were empty and 2 employees standing around doing nothing. WHAT A BUSINESS!!!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS PLACE!!!!! THEY ARE JUST TOO BUSY!!!!!. If you are so BUSY hire a person to answer the phone and check appointments online. I never received a call from this place either. WHAT A JOKE!!!!!

I went to check my tire which was losing air pressure. They told me that there is a crack and tires need to be replaced. With the new tires, thay charged $105 for tire alignment. But after that I moved to North Carolina and my car was moved to NC in a vehicle transport truck. I got my car after a week and found that my car is shaking badly above 55mph speed. I brought my car to another car servicing shop in NC and they found that the alignment and balancing is not in place for the tires. I had to pay $170 again. For minor repair / oil changes, this shop is okay. But not sure what they do with tire changes. I am not happy.
