Enjoyed my shopping experience here. No pressure to buy something I didnt want. No pressure to buy a more expensive 4 wheeler. Told him what I wanted and he delivered. Only reason I didnt give a 5 star is that I was not told about all the extra charges until it was time to sign the paperwork. I would buy here again for sure.

These guys got me back on the road as we were passing through town a couple of weeks ago. They stepped up and helped out when the other local shops werent interested. It wasnt a complicated fix, but I was surprised at how much pushback I got from the other shops. I was in a bit of a bind, and the guys at Timbrook didnt even hesitate - they just invited me in. Theyre good people. I cant thank them enough, but I hopefully tipped the mechanic well enough. If I were local to them, I wouldnt shop anywhere else.

Jordan was very helpful with our purchase. We traveled 3.5 hours to make this purchase and Jordan kept us up to date on the purchase process. Justin greeted us at our arrival to the shop and did a great job with the delivery ensuring that all our questions were answered about the machine. Dakota Fender processed the paperwork, went over all the details and answered all our question. Tanner in parts was a wealth of information and hooked us up with items for our first oil change and cleaning items and showed us additional accessories we might be interested in. The purchase was every easy and the machine was ready before promised. This shop is great to deal with!! They had what we were looking for when others did not. Keep up the good work!!

After calling several local dealers close to home and being treated terribly, I called Timbrook Honda, which is 2 hours away from my home. I’ve been searching for a CRF 110 for my 8 year old. No dealers around me had them in stock. One dealer wanted a 500 dollar deposit with no guarantee of when the next one was arriving. Another never called me back and I left several messages phone and web. Jordan reached out to me when I contacted the dealership about the one in stock. 2 hour drive was worth it. Staff worked together to get me out in a reasonable amount of time. Would highly recommend them.

I have been in contact with Justin since June and each time I have been in contact with him he has always been helpful and professional. One of the reasons why I drove 90 minutes to purchase a vehicle from Timbrook Honda. The staff were all very helpful and courteous and their professionalism is greatly appreciated.

If you dont care about quality sales service and price gouging hidden fees, then this is the place for you. Almost $850 in extra fees, for setup and documentation. Really low quality sales staff during the buying and picking up process. In the days leading up to the unit arriving, there was zero proactive communication. I regularly had to phone the dealership because they didnt follow up from the last call I had with them. Id rather drive twice as far to buy from a single owner operator dealer, then to buy from this large conglomerate.

Justin was very helpful on the phone before our visit and while we looked at their inventory. I was considering a new motorcycle until my wife found one used that was in like new condition. He was patient while I made a few internet searches and phone calls to friends then led me for a test drive on a nice back road. Any of our questions or concerns were answered quickly. My offer was accepted and their customer service went above and beyond to work out the financial details for my transfer to a license in another state. PS: While we were there, my wife met a couple that traveled from Maine to purchase a pair of new Goldwings. That says a lot...

I called Jimmy after seeing a motorcycle I liked and after talking through the motorcycle and the process with Jimmy I was sold. Made the 2.5 hour drive and dont regret a thing. Spoke with Dakota and completed all the paperwork. The whole team was wonderful and made me and my 18 year old son feel like friends and not just a customer. Great place!!

I just recently bought a 2021 Honda rebel 300 from them and I’m out of state and they made it happen we such ease other than saying I can put my down payment using my debit card and then saying at the end I couldn’t put the full amount down with my debit card I had to get a Honda credit card to do the other half of the down payment and pay that off the next week.

I just purchased a new/old stock motorcycle from Jimmy at Timbrook Honda. I was looking for a particular year and model Honda and they had several. Jimmy got me a great price and we formalized the deal over the phone. I flew into IAD from Reno NV and rented a car oneway to Cumberland MD. I Dropped off the rental car a mile from the dealership and got a ride to their front door. It took a few hours to finish the prep on the bike and complete the deal. The three year old (zero miles) bike performed flawlessly during my long ride home. I have owned many motorcycles over the 52 years I have been riding and this was the 6th one I purchased new from a dealership. Though I was offered various options for service coverage and extra warranties, there was no pressure. Easily the smoothest new motorcycle transaction I have ever experienced. I would highly recommend Jimmy and Timbrook Honda.

Very pleased with the service. I live near Pittsburgh PA and conducted some of my business via phone calls and e-mails. Both individuals responded to my phone inquires and/or my e-mails promptly. The price of the bike (2020 Honda Super Cub 125 ABS) was much better than my local Honda dealers. Jimmy and another sales person carefully loaded the bike into my Honda CRV for the trip back to Pittsburgh. I recommend this dealership.

Bought a used Grom from them and had it shipped. It took forever to get the paperwork in order. When the bike arrived, it had clearly not been touched by anyone in the dealership after the original owner had sold it to the business. Rusty chain with (no joke) 3 of play, squealing breaks, cracked fender, idling issues. I wouldnt have a problem with this if the sales person had simply told me what the shape of the bike was, but he specifically reassured me that Timbrook always tunes the bikes up and goes over them before reselling. On top of that, they didnt keep the title with the bike when they shipped it even though I specifically asked for it. When I inquired, they ignored me until eventually letting me know that it might arrive at my house in two weeks after the bike had already been delivered. Stay away!

Picked up an ATV snow plow on 2/19 after calling that morning and confirming availability of plow and mounting plate. Unfortunately, by the time I arrived several hours later, the mounting plate (only one in stock that fit my older machine) was sold. Disappointed, but Tanner ordered the plate and sent it Fed Ex free of charge to my home address. Problem solved!

As a racing family weve dealt with many dealerships ordering parts or purchasing new machines. Timbrook Honda is by far the best from the parts dept to the sales they will go over and beyond to help you with all your purchasing needs.

The long-distance purchase of a Honda Rebel 300: I learned that these bikes are somewhat hard to find. Having found a new 2017 Honda Rebel 300 at Timbrook, I began to explore if it were possible to purchase it long distance. Dakota Fender helped me through the process and I took delivery via a transport service (I arranged this as I had used the service before) without a hiccup even though we are in difficult times vis-a-vis Covid et al. I still await my owners manual and Title but have been assured that these are in process. The bike itself is as advertised and will help me regain some skills that I havent used for 50 years. The whole process was hardly typical but, with the help of Dakota, Tim Dooley and their managers, I am the proud owner of a fun little bike that will prep me for the ultimate prize ... getting back on my 1967 Triumph Bonneville!

Im Honda enthusiast and collect some vintage items and some times need Honda OEM parts and or chemicals to wax, oils and gear. Best to get when items are on a sale other wise kinda pricey or your pay for the item more then likely. Highly recommend there spray wax. The parts clerks here are genuine and polite end up talking for hour usally least for me makes for a good time.

I visited this dealership twice. The first time I just dropped in and was basically looking at the inventory and asking questions. No salesmen were there, so I talked to Jason. I told him I wanted to trade in my Rebel 250 for a 150 Scooter. He answered my questions and was very helpful (and considerate - I hadnt eaten and he offered me a couple slices of pizza, which I devoured). A few days later, Glen Wright contacted me about the trade in. They had a 150 Scooter in stock and would have it assembled and ready for me when I was ready to come back. When I returned a few days later, she was there - beautiful and ready to go. Glen was really great - showed her off and explained how to drive her. And they gave me a great trade in value, so I said yes and they started on the paperwork. I messaged a picture to my sister, but her reply was that a 4 wheeler would be of more benefit to me on our farm. So I browsed the 4 wheelers and talked to Glen about getting one of those instead of the Scooter. He very patiently showed me the options and differences, and I selected a new 2017 Foreman 4x4 with power steering and a plow. So they had to start over with the paperwork, and insisted on staying late in order to get everything finished. Although I live at some distance, the very next day they delivered the Foreman and took the Rebel! The delivery guy was also very helpful with a demonstration and answering my questions, and even helped me remove the plow so I would know how. All in all, this is a really great team! They all are really nice and very patient, will answer any question, and will take changes-of-mind (like mine) in stride. I will definitely recommend Timbrook Honda in the future.

I had very bad experience after I purchased the motorcycle I ask for assistance loading and they said that they couldnt so after I was able to loaded I asked if someone with experience can help me securing it on my pickup they send someone from service and when I suggested to strap it instead because the hook was to small the guy got off the truck and walked away very rude. The only person that was there was the sales man Zach very friendly and honest and very helpful.

Stuck on the PA turnpike with a flat rear tire. Timbrook Honda went out of their way to pick me up. When they found out they did not have a rear tire for my Goldwing they had one sent from 75 miles away (at no extra charge to me). ZACH WILSON was great to deal with and very knowledgeable about all aspects of Honda sales and who to ask questions about maintenance.

Bought a new buggy here a few weeks ago sales team are pretty helpful and knowledgeable​. They got a deal for me so I bought the unit. Took it back for first service to change oil, filters and check valve clearances. While I was there to pick up the buggy I asked how the valves looked they said they are perfect well within spec we checked them and there good. Little did they know I marked the valve cover bolts figuring they are charging people for valve adjustments and not actually doing the work and I was right after I got the buggy home I took plastic covers off and sure enough nothing was done with the valves. Called down and talked to them and they talked circles saying it only needs done if its noisy. I guess thats how they check valve clearances by just listening to them. So buyers beware the service department is a joke. Charging people 3x the price for service work and never actually performing all the work, they actually do the easy stuff like the oil and filters then they will tell you that they do the valve work. Joke. I wont be back here for anything anymore thats for sure I made sure they knew that and they didnt care they got a sale out of me and it dont matter now.
